The house has been completely rebuilt and furnished to high standards of comfort and safety. Our breakfast will include all you would expect from a top class hotel. Bedrooms are large and well equipped. Pier 39 overlooks the harbour and is convenient to restaurants

We’re just home having stayed overnight and can’t recommend this B&B highly enough. On first arrival we were blown away by the decor of the downstairs and Adrian was very welcoming providing coffee on arrival. Our room did not disappoint...massive room, airy/bright, with all mod cons, including flat screen tv and a fridge. The bathroom shower is enormous with a separate stunning bath to relax in. So centrally located too. This morning we were greeted at breakfast with fresh Greek yoghurt and berries, and a drink of pure orange to start. There was a large range of cereals to choose from if wanted. We had a cooked breakfast and I have to say it was all of a very high quality...Adrian knows how to cook a poached egg! Thankyou again and we will definitely be back.

what can i really say our second time staying at pier 39 and is it possible to say even better 🌊🌊☀️☀️ Arrived in Portrush and the sun just came out . We got parked right ourside the front door Adrian was waiting with a big smile and warm welcome Helped us to our room with bags . Chatted away like an old friend . Room was beautiful. Harbour view. Beautiful Decor Spotlessly clean Bathroom with beautiful bath and shower Anyway we headed out for a wander and wee drink . Came back to a toasty warm massive comfy bed Breakfast was so good 😊 as you can see by my empty plate photo Fruit / yogurt and a full cooked breakfast with coffee 10 stars 🌟 from us booked to come back soon

Lovely place to stay, was given directions before we arrived , welcomed on arrival by adrian our room was beautiful and had a lovely back garden area. Very good place to stay as a nice break with a partner or friend. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful we had juices coffee tea cereal yoghurts and a cooked breakfast which was delicious. Will deffiently be back.

The clean and modern property has everything you need provided by host Adrian who is both informative and attentive and likes to collect art and has many decorative items from far off countries from Easter Island and China greeting you st the front door.,Set opposite Portrush Harbour you are no more than 5 minutes walk from all the beaches, shops and attractions in the town. The views from our room on the top floor were stunning of the harbour, beach and further out to sea. The location is hard to beat.

I cannot rate Pier39 enough. We stayed in the sea view room, and being able to lie on the bed and look out at the harbour really was what my soul was needing. I have always been one for city breaks, but I knew I needed more of a break and Pier39 delivered.
The whole building is decorated beautifully and our room was stunning. The bed was really comfy and gave an excellent nights sleep.
I will definitely be coming back time and again. Loved the whole charm of Portrush as well. The host, Adrian, was extremely helpful and friendly, which is always a must for staying in a B&B. We couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome.

We booked Pier 39 as a treat to ourselves to celebrate our anniversary. The location is great, overlooking the harbour and easy dandering distance to bars and restaurants. The host, Adrian, was so lovely and friendly and really welcoming. The room was just gorgeous! We booked the sea view room and it was very impressive; loads of space, great views, clean and beautifully modern. In the morning, we had a fab breakfast, I went for yogurt and granola and fruit and my partner enjoyed his cooked breakfast, said the eggs were perfectly fried. The only downside was that we hadn’t booked another night! Highly recommend this gorgeous B&B.

My wife & I booked in for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary and stayed in the room with sea view. We were very pleasantly surprised by the design and layout of the room which was bright and airy and the very comfortable and tasteful furnishings made it easy to relax. Adrian was the perfect host and did everything to make our stay enjoyable, which it surely was!

From the moment we arrived to the second before we left we were made to feel totally at home. Everything about Pier39 is about ensuring your stay in Portrush is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The rooms are extremely well appointed, the beds as comfortable as I've experienced and breakfast superb. I simply can't wait to revisit.

Absolutely incredible stay, very clean and modern. We had a ground floor room with patio doors which led onto the shared garden area. Room was very clean and well kept, with en-suite. We came over on bikes and Adrian was kind enough to give us off street parking in a locked compound.

I highly recommend a stay here. Adrian text us to let us know the property was available before check in time. He helped with directions and had reserved a car parking space for us.
