Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

We had a large room in the front of the house. Not much view and a very small bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the chairs gave us additional seating. The street noise is minimal and a fan is provided. We did not pay the extra for breakfast but know that the bakeries/cafes do not open until 9. We were thankful for the off street parking.

Stayed one night for the Airshow. Pre stay contact was great regarding arriving and parking(car park at rear, arrived early and was able to leave the car so we could attend the air show) Our room had a street view, great to people watch from the lovely furniture before we went out for the evening. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and quiet. Teresa is a lovely friendly host. We had a good breakfast before leaving. Will definitely stay here again. We also had fabulous weather for the airshow which helped.

Room on top floor, nice view. Beds were comfortable, clean, towels provided, good heating, portable fan available. Host very pleasant. Would return. Car parking at rear of premises is very convenient, location overall is excellent for all main sites in the town.

I would recommend to avoid this accommodation on account of the very old and hard mattresses. The staff are pleasant, and the location is good, but a good rest is an important part of the stay and they need to invest in new bedding.
We also had a room adjacent to an alley with noisy neighbors late at night and early in the morning.

Great. Quite quiet. Handy for Currys and the local beaches. Compact and quite clean. Shower wouldn't work but was allowed to shower in a different room and they apologised. These things happen! Great cooked breakfast even for vegetarians. The staff were pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay

Spent two nights here on a weekend break. Excellent parking at rear, a friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble, and a breakfast second to none. Set in a 3 storey terraced house, tastefully decorated to match the style of house.
There is even a fridge and freezer in the communal room for guest use. Definitely recommend ,and will make a point of trying to book here again when planning next trip up to north coast.

Went here on a weekend stay, brilliant breakfast (had a fry up, but cereal, fruit, etc available!) and lovely light rooms. Didn't catch the hosts name, but she was really friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault our stay!

Booked two nights for my wife and myself. Lovely guesthouse centrally located with private car park at the rear. Small bedroom but adequate. Spotless clean. Lorraine was a lovely friendly host. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Ideal location for touring the area.

Eileen M asked a question Aug 2015
What time can you check in.
Answer from
Wilmington, Delaware
We checked in around 15:00 hours (3PM). However, if you called ahead you could probably check in most any time if they have the open rooms. I found the owner to be exceptionally helpful in all aspects.
