Myself and my Girlfriend stayed here on Saturday night. Really good price and well worth the money. I called in advance to ask a few questions regarding check in and out times. The lady was super friendly and tried her best to allow us to arrive early and stay on as late as possible. We kind of assumed the place had only just opened as EVERYTHING was like brand new. The decor was fresh, everything was bright, even things like the sauce bottles on the breakfast table seemed brand new. I walked by an open store room and seen all the products were lined up perfectly on the shelves. I had a chuckle at that. So we were surprised to hear it had been opened 3 or 4 years. The staff were all really friendly and were up for a friendly chat every time you seen them. We went for a fry for breakfast which couldn’t be faulted and the service was tip top. We stay in Portrush a lot and this will be our new place. Highly recommend.

It is a 30 second walk to a spar, chippie, pizza place, wine lodge and a one minute walk from lidl.

Have to say have stayed in the five star hilton in Kensington london and the all seasons portrush is far superior place to stay. The rooms are spotless and rooms are well equipped. Small fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer, kettle, cups, teas, coffees, smart tv, toiletries good brands to.

The beds are so comfy and big to love my comfort. This place has it all and park right outside its all one level and all rooms are beside the massive breakfast room where seems drinks are served. Beer fridges to there sure you ask can get wee tipple.the breakfast rooms also spotless, well laid out.it has everything for all tastes.there chef does amazing job.the best fry up had in a long time.i can honestly say this place is amazing and alot of money has been spent on it.

Tracey the owner is one amazing lady.she is so helpful, polite, friendly and nothing is to much bother to her.she will stop at nothing to make sure you leave and return.

We are booked in for longer start august and we cant wait.

Thanks tracey to you and your staff x x

My husband and i had a lovely 1 night stay at Traceys B&B. This is more like a 5 star hotel and everything is A1. Coffee machine, fridge with complimentry bottles of water, amazing shower gels and cremes, Fluffy towels and even a facecloth which means everything to me. Included in price was a very nice breakfast which had everything you would want, from cereals, fresh fruit and a big hot fry freshly made when entering the dining area. Location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the beach in Portrush. We will definately be back here to stay.

All Seasons was the stopover for 8 of us for 2 nights on our cycling trip to the north coast. It is absolutely immaculate with spacious bedrooms and great dining area. The food was first class with a great choice of cereals, breads, fruit, etc plus cooked breakfast. Tracey was so flexible with our booking and made us feel right at home throughout the weekend, even accommodating our bikes! We'll definitely be back. Might even bring our wives next time!

What a find, just could not fault the All Seasons.
Modern spacious bedrooms, spotlessly clean with comfortable bed, extra large bathroom with abundant toiletries and powerful shower.
Everything looked so fresh and new you would think the place was just newly opened and Tracey and her staff were super friendly, nothing was too mush for them.
Plenty of choice provided for continental and the cooked breakfast was perfection, what a way to start the day.
Honesty bar provided in dining room, just write down what you have and it will be added to your bill.
Enjoyed the place so much have already booked again for next year, well done to everyone you have a little gem of a place.

Overnight stay on a short break on the North Coast. My partner and I booked this B&B and can confirm the high ratings and great reviews and all 100% deserved. Nothing is a bother and Tracey immediately made us welcome on our arrival. She even gave us a lift to town!

Room is a high standard with quality toiletries, lovely towels and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in morning of the highest standard too with locally sourced sausages and bacon etc. Very tasty and the best start to the day.

The property is around 20 mins straight walk into heart of the town but bus stop is just along the road if you wanted to leave the car. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to see Tracey and her staff again soon.
Thanks for a nice visit!

This b&b is a 10/10... Room was modern clean warm spacious and beautifully decorated, we stayed in room 11 which is almost like an apartment every facility you would require is available from a TV with netflix to a hairdryer large mirrors coffee machine and a mini fridge which had complimentary water and chilled glasses.. The choice of cereals, fruit, juice and cereals the next morning is plentiful and the menu for the hot breakfast leaves you spoilt for choice!! The owner is warm and friendly and a great host.. Not a single complaint and thanks for the lift to the train station it was much appreciated.. Will definitely be back

I went to the All Seasons B&B with 2 friends for a small holiday to Portrush for some fun. All I can say is I will definitely be returning to the All Seasons any time I’m staying in the port. The staff were remarkably kind and made us feel like we were family , not just guests. Our room was fantastic and very luxurious. The breakfast (and options) were perfect each morning. During our stay we experienced issues with the WiFi but the All seasons would not be beaten. Before we knew it, the WiFi was looked at and back up and running. Overall I would highly recommend the All Seasons B&B to anyone as I am purely confident that you will not receive service and comfort in any other B&B or hotel. I am so so so excited for my next stay and to see all the wonderful staff again.
