great location , nice and quite area not too far from the centre of town . No issue with Parking below the Hotel . accessable to Morzine centre by walking across a the bridge across the river . Clean and Cosy rooms at a reasonable price On a biking trip , we arrive early in the morning and the very nice owner reception lady welcomed us warmly ,showed us the facilities and allowed us to check in early . breakfast was plentyful. On the second day we were told we could use the shower by the pool area after mountain biking . On leaving the owner was leaning out of the window shouting goodbye. On the whole an enjoyable experience and i would highly recommend people to stay . its a good example of a family run hotel which value their customers
Stayed in Jan/Feb 2018 A friend and I stayed here on a ski trip. As other have said on here, Madame Claire is quite the character (we were told a list if dos and don’ts and given a quick tour before we’d even officially checked in) but she runs a tight ship and she and all her staff are friendly and excellent and she always make a point of greeting and saying goodbye to everyone each day. The location is on the quieter side of the valley and it’s about a 15 min walk across the suspension bridge to where the bars and restaurants are located, as well the two main gondolas up. The ski bus stop is just outside the hotel too. Our room was at the front with great views of the mountains. It was ‘cosy’, but did the job. Food was three courses plus cheese every evening included in the price, apart from one fondue night. There’s no choice about what you get, so if you’re a fussy eater then this maybe isn’t for you, but we loved everything we had there. It was always well cooked and delicious. They even made us a ‘packed lunch’ breakfast for our early departure on the day we were coming home. Lovely hotel. Bon travail, Madame Claire and her team.
I with family and friends have stayed at the Hotel Beau Regard over many years, always through the skiing season, if the snow not very good we go walking it is such a beautiful place with plenty of places to eat and drink and always a friendly welcome, when the snow is good it is sublime and there is always somewhere to ski or board when snow conditions at lower altitude not so good. Madame Claire is the best hostess, very French and I love the French, Annabel and all the staff will look after you with a smile always. The accommodation is very good for its star rating, warm good sized rooms great hot showers some rooms with baths, beds are comfy, evening meals are beautifully cooked by Joseph and the wine list is a good selection and not over priced, nice relaxing bar for pre dinner drinks, breakfasts are good plenty to choose from to start your day.The only thing I haven't done is take the motor bike and go over in the summer, plenty of things to do in the summer too. All I can say is Cheers and you have got to go Summer or Winter.
Beau Regard is a great family run hotel providing great food, good value accommodation, which includes a small swimming pool, pool table & table tennis.Claire and the team provide some great hospitality and ensure every need is met. We visited at end of March for a 5 day skiing trip with my boys, age 10 and 8. This is a our second stay at Beau Regard and we will return again in future years. The location is not central to Morzine, but it is only 5 mins walk to the Avoriaz lift and a regular bus service (every 30 mins) runs from outside the hotel around to Morzine (Pleney Lift)
Myself and my partner stayed in Hotel Beau Regard for a week and it did not let us down. It is very clean, warm and the food is great! They also do a fondue night - always a bonus when you love cheese. The hotel is run by Madame Clare who is very friendly and ensures everyone staying at Beau Regard has everything they need. Our waitress was great and spoke brilliant English (as our French isn't the best) and was always there to greet us at our table with a warm smile. The hotel has a small pool - extends to outside in the summer months, a gym, pool table, ping pong, table football and a ski and snowboard boot room. Handy for when the mountain is a total white out. The Super Morzine gondola is about a 5 minute walk over the footbridge and the Pleny gondola is about 10 to 15 minutes walk. we preferred the Super Morzine side of the mountain as there were wider, longer runs, less ski school and you can ski right over into Switzerland. The hotel is also in a really good location next to a large sports centre and ice hockey rink too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in France 😊✌💛 Cheers!
