The suites are unrented units in an apartment complex. Room was clean and had a kitchnette with stove-top and fridge. There was NO air-conditioner, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. Noisey residents (all night) made keeping windows a non-option.
Area dining options were extremely limited.

Not much to say ! The staff was almost non existent and when there not very helpful ...the hotel is a bit tricky if you've never been to Bordeaux before , it is so so far from the centre of things and really frustrating at times . For me it's a definite no no !

This is a reasonably priced hotel in Brodeaux, within walking distance to Central Station, farmers' market and city centre.
Apart from these tributes, don't expect anything more in terms of service. Front desk is good for check in and out and nothing more. Don't expect any recommendations from them.
If a few machines constitute as a gym, then many hotels would qualify too.

The appartments should have no stars at all. The Place is in dreadful state, I checked in and without taking the luggage out of the car we had to check out. It was too dirty and the smell of cigar and sewage was unbearable. The apartment had not been cleaned in a long time. We requested a refund or 50% of it as we did not even enter the place and they did not provide the same. For a lower rate we found a 4 star apartment, in booking.com closest to LAC in Bordeaux that was gorgeous. I do not recommend this place for families.

I felt in danger and I was extremely worried about my belongings when I left my room for the day.
Warning - Do not stay in this hotel if you expect a nice stay. There is hostile atmosphere inside the worn out and rough complex, with groups of men on the balconies smoking and shouting till 6am, who do not give you welcoming stares to say the least!
There is an awful smell of sewage and cigarettes throughout the buildings and in your room. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was boiling hot. The parties on the balconies outside went on till 6am.
The hotel is really run down. It’s seriously needs some work done on it. The walls are marked with dirt, the balcony was very run down and all the paint work was chipped.

Absolutely avoid this place! Utterly disgusting - dirty, smelly and felt filthy in here. Stains, hairs, noisy neighbours, dodgy area. Absolutely rank. Check the pictures for yourself 🤮 We arrived late at night because our camper developed a problem coming from Antibes.

I arrived on march 5, around 11.30pm. With the security code they gave me, we were able to get in to the hotel parking lot. In the morning around 9 am, i check out and only to find that my car window were smashed. And all my luggage inside the trunk were gone!!! When i told the reception man, he said only 1 sentence, : well it is not the hotel responsibility. Shocking answer , but its true!!! When i asked hin to check the cctv camera, he said he will look at it but he didnt know when will he be able to do that. Besides, he said the cctv camera wasn't looking at my car!!! What a stupid stupid hotel management!! I parked exactly infront of the hotel warehouse ( storage room). And it was a secure parking area. Closed. Only with the securitycode could get in. But The hotel didnt seem to surprise about the burglary. I dont know. Maybe it happened regularly? They shouldve been care more, protect more to the tourists. I lost lota of things. 2 big suitcasea with my shopping inside. And small cabin bag. What a nightmare staying in the hotel with no security, no cctv, and with no manner at all. They just wanted me to go by giving me the address of the police station and ask me to go there, maybe it is easier for them to send me away from their hotel. Well hopefully this review could give people ideas how dangerous to stay in that hotel and be more carefull when staying in this hotel. Definitely not going back to this hotel!!!

Stayed here for four nights. Initial problem with the bed arrangements but after some negotiations the only helpful member of staff was able to cater for our requests. The room itself was very basic and not very clean. The television had little or no reception. And the wifi was very temperamental to say the least. The location is isolated and unless you've hired a car taxis are going to be rather expensive. All in all this was a poor excuse for a hotel and I would not recommend this hotel and shall not be returning

Stayed 3 nights to watch football n Bordeaux. This place us in middle of no where basically. Need taxi to go to Merinac which cost 20 euro plus each time. Bordeaux itself 35 euro each way, same to airport which according to websites is 5 minutes away!! Photos on website must have been taken a long long time ago or somewhere else! Areas by lift had no lighting , lift smelled of urine Sunday morning. Drink machine out of order. Reception closed early. Plus point the reception staff were helpful.
