Stayed here for one night July 18th 2022 before an early flight at 6am next morning. Got lunch here which was lovely and used the outdoor pool which was also handy as temperature got to 40° Celsius which was too hot to venture out in. However the service at evening dinner was extremely slow, everyone was waiting about an hour for dinner. We didn't even bother waiting for icecream included in kids menu as just wanted to go to bed. Drinks were pricey enough in the restaurant too, like a coke was €5. Hotel seemed understaffed so maybe thats why restaurant so slow. Would stay again but eat elsewhere if able to walk or drive.

The strong point was the bedding, we slept very well! The room was spacious, with a kitchenette and small fridge.
On the other hand, disappointed with the bathroom and the furniture which is dated and for a 4 star hotel it's a shame..

Spent the night before a very early flight. The hotel is new and nicely designed in a modern, boutique-hotel type style. Flat screen TV and surround sound. Modern fixtures, nice wood paneling - I didn't feel as if I was in a typical cheap hotel. If Quality Hotels is doing this in all their facilities, I may become a fan.
I was concerned about getting my wake-up call and having the taxi called and ready as requested, as the hotel shuttle doesn't run until 6AM. No problems with either service. The hotel desk on our request also called our restaurant in Bordeaux to let them know we would be late for our reservation.

This hotel should be bulldozed and rebuilt. It’s the worst hotel Ive stayed in in Europe in 20 years of business travel. I dont even think it can be renovated its so old and dirty. The rooms are horrid with black mold growing in the shower area. No door on the shower stall either so all of the water just runs into the bathroom and makes a flood for you to stand in. Not 1 euro has been invested in this property in the last 10 years. The AC unit doesn’t work. The carpets are completely worn out and stained. The food and service is horrible. When the manager writes below and tells you I’m not correct and that his hotel is great dont believe him. Have a look at the picture of the shower these people expect humans to use.

We came to M & Spa only because that is where the Blue Valet service left our car when our flight was delayed past their 11 pm closing time. We took a taxi, got our key from the concierge, found our car, loaded it up, and headed off to the hotel where we had made a non-refundable reservation. Barely out the gate, I hit something and got a flat tire. I can't change it myself, so we decided rather than try to get assistance at 2 am we would just forget about the 120 Euros for the hotel and get a room at the M & Spa. We were fortunate there was one, and within our budget. Moreover, the concierge made a call to the night clerk at our other hotel, told our story, and in the end got us a refund. The room for 162 Euros with tax was big and bright, with a comfortable bed, desk, couch, kitchenette and full bath (with tub). We could not have found a better port in a storm.

I visited Quality Suites Bordeaux Merignac in May 2021 for a family trip.
We were warmly welcomed and given all the explanations regarding the hotel facilities and rooms.
The reception staff was well prepared, with friendly approach: they made us feel home.
The hotel restaurant was closed due to COVID restrictions, but the staff gave us plenty of support for ordering food from some outside restaurants.
The hotel has a large free parking, a nice bar and a very good selection of wines.
The room was spacious, cleaning was well done and it was a pleasure to sleep in a bed equipped with a new excellent mattress. We used the kitchenette to cook and we found it well equipped with all sort of cutlery and cooking tools.
I'm overall very satisfied and I would like to thank the staff for making so enjoyable our stay, we will definitely return.

Bad option for families. The hotel was booked via the website. The information stated that it had 2 swimming pools and was "good for families". So it is. It just says "children under 12 are not allowed in the spa". What they don't tell you is that one of the pools (heated, the only one open at this time of year...) is inside the spa and therefore children cannot go there. In other words: the hotel claims that it is for families when in reality it is a huge deception and children cannot go to the heated pool! I tried to ask for a refund on the reservation and leave when I discovered this, but the employee said it wasn't possible because there was no supervisor (and I wanted to change to a nearby hotel that actually had a swimming pool that children could use!). It's okay that the hotel doesn't allow children, but make this issue clear! This talk about being politically correct and the hotel that families love with me doesn't work. I'm sure you'll lose a lot of customers if you make the issue of using the pool clear, but it's better to tell the truth. I printed the screen so it's clear what they're doing: they say children can't go to the spa. How can we know that the spa includes a heated pool if the outdoor pool is not part of the spa?

The hotel states on the booking websites that it has a heated pool, but it does not make clear the information that the heated pool CANNOT be used by children and is closed for half the week. Bad option for executives because the spa is closed. They insist that the information about the spa is clear, but they appear in the family search engine as a fanily friend. It seems like a joke.

A SHAME simply... nothing of a 4*!! Cleanliness is more than to review.. we have a baby bed DEGEULASSE clearly! The bed was stained and brown on all sides, and then the mattress in the cot completely brown... with huge stains!! What a shame for a baby!!! Not to mention the hyper expeditious and not at all kind welcome. No smile no sympathy limit disgusted to be there, seeing that you had to quickly take the room card, pay the taxes and leave!! The condition of the room more than limit (stained curtains, yellow rots everywhere between the 2 windows so impossible to open, fridge not clean, towel that smelled bad, limit floor). Obviously in view of all these concerns no compensation or commercial gesture was made. A shame pass your way there are several hotels in the area and clearly I should have trusted the comments already there and RUN AWAY!!!!!

I am not sure. It is not far but all a bit layed back. A taxi would be a good bet but make sure you have provisions for eating and drinking. That is the key! The Camponille is super and is about a tin min walk down the road.
