Detailed Reviews
Before we write this review we would love to give a big thank you to Nadia and Morgane for making our stay so comfortable and went out of their way to facilitate us with their knowledge of Bordeaux and looking after us with directions, taxis, trams, food and a late night beer, Nothing was too much, They know exactly what they are doing and are a real credit to the hotel. 5* treatment.
The hotel/apartments are what some would say are intimate, not suitable for big groups or for stays no longer then a few days. The pool was a nice addition, never got crowded, wife and son had breakfast for two days and they said it was a decent continental spread. The location would be a bit tricky for those with mobility issues, or who can not get around easy because its about a 10-15 min walk to the tram. Overall we had a good experience and if we needed a hotel to get our heads down for a night or to we would most definately return....

My review of this Pension is mixed. Everything had started well, the hostess was nice and I was even able to have my room a little before time. That said, when arriving in the room some lights did not work (so a night light on one side of the bed and (perhaps it is not important for everyone but the toilet bezel moved a lot so not very nice. The towel dryer also did not work (and a stripped cable was also visible) and the heater did not work either (perhaps because it is only activated in the middle of winter?) Afterwards I exchanged with other hostesses who were less pleasant.
Little extras: Free private parking and Full Breakfast and there are several restaurants nearby.
That said, for the next few times I would probably try other hotels.

Very nice and modern accommodation. Very clean, friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool.
Stayed 1 night has we where catching a flight next day. Close to the airport in Bordeaux.
Only one small concern. The hotel is in the middle of industrial estate and there was not many footpaths. But there is plenty of street lighting. Also if you wanting to eat out there is plenty of buses.

Secure Gate entry so as it was raining I got wet trying to contact the hotel, not a good start. Perfunctory reception, information given if questions asked but not particularly friendly. Construction finish of the building appears to be poor, the building is very large and functional rather than comfortable, very poor finish in rooms. Large, clean exterior swimming pool, could not use due to weather.
Room very small, with some basic cooking facilities and a bathroom, I would not consider it an apartment. The room was clean as was the bathroom except for black mould on the shower tiles, though this was partially disguised by the grey colour grouting. The bath panel had a very rough edge at the bottom and did not reach the floor.
Air conditioning was quiet and efficient
Considering this is an airport hotel, there are only French television channels.
Breakfast is at an additional cost, we did not have it and though the information we were given at the hotel said there was a restaurant there is not, it is possible to order food in we did not as I stay regularly at the airport we went elsewhere and had an excellent meal.
We caught ( and killed) three largish black beetle type insects ( about 1cm) in the room, reported to reception.
Although the Airport is in walking distance I would not walk there after dark as there are no pavements and it is through a quiet business area. I would also not walk it with luggage as it is too far for me ( about 30 minutes, less if you are fit)
Tram to Bordeaux or Airport stop is about a 15 minute walk near the Ibis Styles hotel
I would not stay in the Zenitude again ever.

I find it very bad that the hotel does not identify the people staying in the hotel, nor care to know who is staying in it and that the hotel does not have receptionist service 24 hours a day and that from 21h at night the check in and check out of the hotel is by a code.
We were staying in an apartment and I find it bad that at least in the 5 days we stayed we do not change our towels.
The NOT kindness of the reception girls.
Housed in apartment number 30, just in front of the door to access another part, lack of oil and grease on the door and heard the doors at all hours.
So it makes the breakfast very fair and always the same.

Stayed for 3 nights. Too cramped for 2 adults and 2 children in a family room.
Unfortunately the pool was closed for 2 days during our stay, which was very disappointing. There was nothing else in the way of facilities. When we checked out, I was asked if we'd enjoyed our stay, when I said the pool was closed the receptionist decided to argue with me, making the experience even worse.

Really nothing terrible.
Very poor bedding for a room of four. Old radiator and water leak from the fridge.
Also, a guy was smoking in the hallway when we arrived last night.
To forget very quickly …………………..

This hotel is difficult to access unless you get a taxi - it's located in an industrial estate next to the airport. The bedding in our room was dirty/stained, and we had to ask 3 times over the course of an hour to get it changed - not ideal when it is 10pm at night and you want to go to bed. It didn't smell great either - particularly the corridors of the hotels. Overall, not a good stay and I wouldn't recommend it.
