Proche de la rocade et du centre ville de Gradignan notre établissement dispose de 38 chambres rénovées il y a quelques années dans un style moderne et contemporain. Les stations de tramways se trouvent à moins de 10 minutes à pied et plusieurs lignes de bus permettent également de rejoindre l'hôtel facilement. Parmi ces chambres, le Comté d'Ornon propose 4 suites familiales avec terrasses privées. Notre espace détente est composé d'un jacuzzi, de douches à jets et d'un sauna. Cet accès est gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel ( hors tarifs spécifiques via certains sites ). L'espace restaurant offre à la clientèle différents services tels qu'un bar lounge avec une thématique bar à vin, une magnifique terrasse dans un écrin de verdure, une salle de restaurant bistronomique au confort soigné et reposant pour y découvrir une cuisine de marché. Notre chef Alexandre Loiseau et sa brigade utilisent au quotidien des produits frais et de saison afin de vous proposer des formules et plats de qualité ! The welcome is very professional, considerate and caring.
The restaurant offers a menu and tasty dishes. The restaurant room is the same as the breakfast room and is a little austere.
The hotel offers a spa/sauna service for a very modest fee for 1 hour. This is very useful for relaxing after a day of work.

I stopped at this hotel last month on my way down to Spain to visit friends and I still compliment myself for a great find. The rooms were VERY clean and comfortable. The food , I had dinner and breakfast, were very good. The team was welcoming and very professional. I would recommend this address to any weary travelers in need of a great night to sleep and nourishing food. I know that, since I am doing this trip every 2 years, it will be one of my most awaited pit stop. Thank's again!!!

This gem is owner-operated, a rarity in the hotel industry.
You can feel it with a great many details.
These guys know what service is. A very pleasant receptionist, a perfectly quiet night sleep, after an excellent dinner. The next day after cruising the wine country the Spa was welcome and right on. The utmost pleasure was a deep tissue massage with essential oils, which was a great plus for us, as we travel for work this time and were jet lag. Perfect reconditioning with also with an amazingly diverse Breakfast, and Vegan friendly. I was ready to hit the streets of Bordeaux,

We booked this for one night on route from Spain back to the UK.
We had booked for a Sunday not noticing that reception closes at 17.00 on this day and their restaurant is closed. Their colleague rang us while we were driving to check our progress and ensure we would be there on time or to make alternate arrangements for our key. He also searched for restaurants for us (all local ones are also closed on Sundays) on our arrival. It was clear that this was someone who enjoyed their job tremendously and went out of their way to deliver great service.
We booked their destination charger and parking is behind a secure gate. The hotel was easy to find.
Rooms are clean and everything you would need for a few nights. Breakfast was the usual buffet offering.
I’d certainly use this hotel again.

We are very disappointed with this stay, the young woman who welcomed us on Saturday evening (February 17, 2024) was unpleasant and in addition she did not want to take our reservation for the jacuzzi the next morning (because there was no had no more room the evening we arrived) and so she told us to come the next day at breakfast to reserve and in the end the young woman who was there told us that we would have had to reserve the day before (except that of the eve had not wanted)!! We absolutely do not recommend this hotel and we are very disappointed! Especially since we paid €138.20 even though we weren't even able to use the jacuzzi and the room wasn't clean (hair in the bed and in the bathtub, ashtray not empty)

hotel location is in an industrial zone, no social activities nor easy public transport. nothing to do there. taxi-uber seems like a must for a foreigner guest.
carpets in the room keep dust and microbes, not a good choice and they were veeery dirty.
toilets are tiny but OK.
bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. and was clean.
TV has no international channels, only french.
wi-fi connection was perfect.
restaurant & food was good.
Spa ? no way. this is not what I understand under spa.dissapointed.
staff was nice and good.

What did I like about this venue?`
Great for Quick in and out during a roadtrip, why:
- close to the freeway.
- 24h personal reception, very friendly. :)
- Staying on the ground floor - you can park right in front of your door (free parking).
- There is a Japanese restaurant near by. Also, I suggest for Weekdays and Saturdays, the next door farmers store. lovely products.
- Clean, well cleaned carpet
- Pets allowed at 7 Euro fee
- Free parking on the premise
My Dislikes:
- The neighborhood, which did not bother me on a one night stay too much.
Overall, I recommend and may stay here again, while I founds it somewhat pricy, which may have been related to the summer holiday ending... and many people travelling.

Second night, noisy and undisturbed customers. Night watchman continued to serve people who were already well drunk late (after midnight). Forced to get up and get dressed to get some peace and quiet.
