We stayed there for just 1 night, and we get to Villa Kiza by car, so the location wasn't a problem at all. It's not in the center of Thessaloniki, but located in a smaller region called Agia Triada, so I don't know how easy it is to get to the center of Thessaloniki on foot or by bus, but it takes 15 min by car.
The apartments were very clean & freshly decorated which were all white and new. It's very impressive when you first enter the flat. The bathroom was a little old, but clean again.
Only if the kitchen had a kettle, it would've been perfect. But other than that, the TV, A/C everything was perfect.
The owner of the Kiza is a couple both very friendly and helpful. They were very eager to help and make sure everything is alright. We wish we had more chance to talk to them.

The apartment is located on the main street before entering the Agia Triada from the direction of Thessaloniki. It is well marked. It is situated in its own park, so it is very pleasant and peaceful. It has parking and good wifi. It is very clean, nice and tidy with lots of fine detail in the apartment. The beach is near, but the recommendation is that if you have not own car, take a rent a car and visit the beautiful beaches around, like a wild beach, cape, Fenari (Epanomi village) and Potamos which have bars and lounges. Thessaloniki is at 13 km. You can go by boat if you do not have a car. There are nice restaurants - Anemos (great fish), a good bbq, meet (stake) you can eat in Anestis. There is always crowd, so have a patience, it is worth it.

We stayed in Villa Kiza at the start of October, it was off season, but the weather was still nice. Villa Kiza looked very nice, but when we got there for some strange reason we were put in the ground floor apartment, next to the main road, an apartment with no direct sunshine, when obviously other flats were available. This meant that everything was damp. Out clothes were damp, we couldn't dry our beach towels or togs, all the food in the fridge was wet from the chilled condensation and the windows were covered in water every morning. To cap this you cannot put toilet paper in the toilet, instead you make little parcels that you keep in a little bin for the duration of your stay, not the worst of things to deal with, but when you wake up to a damp room every morning, even with the aircon on and it's 10C warmer outside and the internet never works for more than 30 seconds at a time, it starts to be a bit annoying. The facilities look OK too until you try and use them. All the saucepans were sticky, so have your food is wasted. The shower sprays directly into your face, it can't be directed. The TV was new and good, but the choice of channels a little odd and with pretty much unusable internet I would recommend bringing other entertainment with you for relaxing. That said, the beach is close and nice enough. There are various restaurants in the village that are decent enough, but you have to walk down the beach to get there or take a bus. There is nothing in the immediate vicinity. Peraia, similarly, is a few bus stops away, but does have some supermarkets and an ATM. If you are only interested in sun and don't care what country you're in and it is high season and hot and sunny, then yes, Villa Kiza could work for you. If you've rented a car, want to travel around and don't fancy being burnt to a crisp on the beach everyday, then I think I would recommend that you keep checking what else is available. All in all it was a disappointing end to an otherwise excellent trip to Greece.

Room Tip:Do not take a ground floor apartment. Insist on a room further back from the road on the top floor.

The staff was very friendly and very easy to deal with. Very nice and clean apartment. We will definitely stay here again. Great restaurants less than 3k away. Walking distance to a public beach. Love the rolladen shades.

What a great stay! Mr & Mrs Kiza are such friendly and warm hosts and our apartment was perfect. Though there were only two of us, the apartment would suit a family very well too. We arrived quite late but Mrs Kiza was there to greet us and was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to recommending places to travel/eat in the local area. We arrived without a car which I would advise other travelers to ensure they have as the area itself is a quite rural (but lovely!) but after noticing we were without transport, Mr & Mrs Kiza made sure their bikes were in working order and loaned them to us for free so we could get about which was so kind and helpful. Their is a bus route right outside the hotel too so if you want to use public transport, you can (just be mindful that you're in Greece if you plan to do this!). Our apartment was spacious, modern and well equipped with a huge balcony. If you're looking for a place to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of the city with a beach closeby, you should definitely consider Vila Kiza.

Over the years we have stayed in many apartments but Villa Kiza is a brand in itself. From the moment we checked in, all through our stay, until we check out we were completely embraced by friendlyness, hospitality & absolute comfort the apartments offered. It is this warm welcome, hospitality & comfort that makes one feel at home during the entire stay. We stayed for 6 nights, our apartment was on the 2nd floor with beautiful garden view. The balcony is large and shaped in L form so that there is always sun or shadow so one can always choose to sit as one prefers. The accommodation is build on a large area with lot of trees at a quite location but still close to all the facilities. Our apartment was large spotless clean and had all the luxury one would expect for. The kitchen had 5 pits, large fridge with a separate freezer, magnetron washing machine and an oven!! not that we needed all that but it fits very well in the brand that they offer. The bathroom even had a small washing machine that was very handy. The accommodation has its own private shaded free parking space and is located very close to the Peraia Beach and Agia Trias supermarket. Along the beach there is a wide selection of restaurants to choose from for fish or typical Greek couisine. Rather nice and very quite Potamos beach is 6 km from the accommodation and is worth a visit. Thessaloniki can be visited by boat leaving from Peraia Pier, but check the inbound and outbound timetables. ( euro 5 one way). Our special thanks goes to George, Magda & Ofelia for offering us all the help and advice to make our stay exceptionally good.

This was a one night stop hotel near the airport but far enough from noise and traffic, we stayed there before we start our long drive to another resort. The Apartments where big and most of all very very clean. The Manager George was very friendly and helpful. We liked so much we came back and stayed there one more night prior to flying back home. I would recommend these apartments to anyone very relaxing lovely balcony and you have everything you need around you. For a stop over night you can't ask for more from Villa Kiza.

We, a party of four, stayed at Villa Kiza for two nights while visiting relatives. We are all very impressed with how well the garden and the property are maintained. The rooms are all white, with beautiful decorations. Kitchen is spacious with everything you need. You can see the owner put a lot of thoughts in making sure everything is perfect. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to everyone.
