Beautiful and cozy boutique hotel in Jardin,Antioquia Colombia. We went looking for the gallito de Roca(bird) that is from this region and for our surprise we found many other birds. We did a a 2 hour walk around the town with our cousin that loves birds and taking pictures @maty_pajariando . We ate at a local restaurant in the main plaza and also went to eat at the trout farms that are famous in this area. The hotel service was very special from the check in until check out. Rooms are very clean following COVID protocols and they give you a kit with face mask, alcohol, hand sanitizer for each guest, also water bottles are available all the time in the room. Breakfast was included with a menu with different options and it was delicious. The hotel was expensive compared to others hotels in the area but service ,food amenities and bio security due to COVID was for us peace of mind and worth every penny. Definitely we will come back

This is our second trip to this hotel. The hotel is clean, great bed and pillows. Bathroom is big, clean and great towels. They have a little garden area in the back with a jacuzzi. Restaurant on site for breakfast that is included. Restaurant also serves dinner which is excellent as well.

We loved Jardin such a pretty town with lovely people and lots of bars and good restaurants to choose from. This hotel is really nice, we had a lovely room with good sized en-suite. Plenty of storage space which was good. The garden was nicely laid out, and a nice place to chill. We had lunch which was great. Staff very helpful all in all a really great place to stay in a lovely town.

The hotel seems lovely from pictures and online reviews. We were looking forward to staying there but had to cancel last minute given the situation with the coronavirus. I was disappointed that the hotel charged us the full amount of the 3 night stay given these extenuating circumstances. Before posting a negative review I wanted to give them a chance to do the right thing. I contacted them online to inquire about their policy and they didn't have the decency to respond. I am a very even-keeled person and rarely get upset but I am extremely disappointed how the hotel handled this situation. We are dealing with a pandemic that is forcing the entire world to hunker down and I would hope businesses would be understanding and flexible.

This is a very attractive hotel in an attractive pueblo. The location is good, but the town is small enough that every hotel has a good location. The service was odd, though. Their laundry machines must be tiny because it took them a long time to do our laundry, in shifts. It would have been one load in our machine at home, two loads on a standard European (or compact US) machine. I have generally expected hotels to have professional machines with high capacities, but that clearly wasn't the case here. Additionally, checkout was slow because they took a needlessly long time checking our room after. It felt like we were being discriminated against for some reason. We're in our mid-30s and she's pregnant, so that doesn't make any sense, but it was the feeling we both got at checkout.

Our duty is to go "beyond" to meet the needs of our guests and in your particular case, we did not meet that goal well. We could have provided the laundry service according to your requirements and although at the time of check out, our staff followed the established procedure to verify the possible consumption of minibar, the fact is that your perception was not the best and Somehow you felt discriminated against. For us, the most important thing is the respect that our guests inspire us and try to exceed the expectations they have when staying at Our hotel. We deeply regret that in your particular case, Our staff has not been assertive enough to follow a procedure, without leaving that feeling that hurts us greatly and for which we offer you and your wife our most sincere apologies. Rest assured that we will take concrete actions so that facts like these do not happen again, we will try to contact you directly to offer our apologies. We would love to have the opportunity to make up with you again and be able to have you again in Our Hotel.
