Very nice structure. The rooms are furnished with care and attention to design and cleanliness which makes the stay inside them very pleasant. Our room was also equipped with a large terrace, equipped with a chaise longue and a masonry sofa on which a comfortable mattress was laid. I loved the presence of the hairdryer dyson accompanied by all its accessories. A real treat. Waitresses often stop by to make sure everything is fine and nothing is missing in the room. The service is generally very courteous and attentive. The only slightly crooked note is the organization of meals and the lack of a dish of the day to enliven the menu especially for those who stay in the structure a little longer and decide to always eat in the resort restaurant.
Complessivamente consiglio questa esperienza!!

We enjoyed our trip to Piedmont and stay at Casa di Langa , however felt like hotel has a lot more potential .

Pros:
-The parking valets were extremely professional and friendly, appreciate them helping us with luggage and getting the car given had baby pram!
-Hotel grounds and facilities: feels modern and sleek, from design of main building to the rooms. Liked the design of the room, fairly minimalistic with large painting and a terrace. Finishings from bathroom to toiletries are high quality
-Room: good large bed, comfortable AC which is easy to regulate, clean
-Faula Ristorante - we really enjoyed dinner there, fantastic service and food, the pasta dishes were original and tasty
-Good filter coffee for breakfast
-Spa: appreciated that you can book 50 mins of private spa facilities
-Amazing sunset views of vineyards and green hills stretching beneath the hotel

Cons/recommendations:
-Felt like some service should have been available for this type of rate/hotel class - towels by the pool should be provided, otherwise have to carry towels from the room and there is no straightforward access to the pool by lift (with a pram you have to carry it down a set of stairs).
-Breakfast was slightly underwhelming given how good the restaurant is for dinner; strange to have menu with additional items you have to pay for (looked like 18 euros extra for eggs benedict, which is a standard dish included in most hotels of this class; otherwise don’t offer it altogether)
-The hotel has large grounds, vineyards and gardens, loads of plants and is already positioned in Piedmont within so many beautiful places to visit - however there was no information provided to us about activities available. Also there was lack of information about the hotel , the concept, grounds, vineyards etc (eg brochures in the room)
-We were provided with a baby crib free of charge however there was too much confusion as to whether the room fits a baby crib, how much it costs (50 euros extra per night for crib is excessive , had it provided free of charge in all other 5* hotels so far)

Perched on a hilltop overlooking the Alta Langhe region, the Casa di Langa takes advantage of stunning views over the misty vineyard-heavy landscape, punctuated with castles and churches.

Built in a contemporary style, using local materials, the hotel feels fresh yet of the region. The rooms are large and comfortable, the decor minimalist chic and someone there definitely knows their contemporary art. Our room included a bottle of sparkling wine and lovely bath products. Each evening we looked forward to an aperitif or late night mint tea in their cozy library bar, Sorì, and our breakfasts were served in the Fàula restaurant, both restaurants have gorgeous views.

We wish we could have dined at Fàula, but we’re too tempted by the draw of both Michelin-starred and casual, local restaurants in the nearby villages such as Barolo, Monforte d’Alba and bustling Alba, all short drives away.

As it was white truffle season, we visited the festival in Alba, took part in cooking experiences, enjoyed multiple wine tastings and experienced a truffle hunt with a local hunter who was also an excellent wine maker. There we were treated to our best meal of the trip, a five course home cooked meal cooked by his wife.

We could not have done it all in five days without the exceptional help of Anita and Paola at the welcome desk. They were kind, accommodating and full of wonderful tips, making our experience one we will never forget.

All in all a fabulous experience.

Operating for about 3 years on a property that covers an entire hill in this particularly generous scenery of natural beauty in this period. Practically everything you could wish for a relaxing and comfortable stay is available. Spacious room with a beautiful view and private outdoor space. In the room there is everything: particularly abundant towels (which is also renovated during dinner time, excellent distribution and access to lights, large bathroom (perhaps improving ventilation) with large shower, functional furnishings to the environment. Excellent soundproofing between rooms. Friendly and friendly staff, from reception to services. Good spa even if there is no steam room. Breakfast varied and hearty with a wide choice of sweet and savory and with many ingredients from the local vegetable garden and greenhouse.
Particularly pleasant. Absolutely recommended.

For work and pleasure I travel to many 5 star hotels and I am able to recognize where hotelleríe know-how is at home and where it is just a pretense. Here this hotel is pretentious, beautiful yes, but without the requirements of a true 5 star.
Some examples:
-at dinner a bottle of champagne placed in a glacette in an uncomfortable position and far from the table usually indicates a diligent service aimed at filling the glass of the diners; here at Langa's house, however, no one has ever spilled the wine, forcing me to hold the bottle in uncomfortable positions to say the least.
-breakfast is like a 4 star, with such a limited selection that it really annoyed me.
-it is a dog friendly hotel; leaving aside 50 euros per day for the dog, a bowl of water was not brought for the dog at dinner and no dog friendly amenities were brought to the room (even though they told me they would bring them upon request: a customer doesn't always have to ask, you always carry them and in case they will not be used)
-under the scorching sun in the pool there are only 11 umbrellas for around 40 rooms, and when asked to add more they informed me that they didn't have any, forcing us to stay in the water so as not to be too exposed to the strong sun.

In short, I could continue but I'm bored writing; in this hotel many pretensions and few luxuries of a true 5 star, on the other hand very high prices to keep the poor foreign customers happy who are well stripped.

I don't recommend it, not because it's bad, but just because it bothers me to be made fun of.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Di Langa. Beautiful rooms and scenery. Excellent service. Great location. We also loved our dinner at Faula our first night. They were able to accommodate my vegetarian diet while my family enjoyed authentic items from the region.

We loved two charming days at Casa Di Langa. This one year old hotel is fabulous facilities and the service terrific. It is brand new, purpose built with 5 star accommodations. The theme is sustainable and ecologically sensitive which is fun. The rooms were large, contemporary and comfortable. The views are amazing. We enjoyed the restaurant so much we did two evenings in a row. We hear they are in their way to a Michelin Star which is fully justified. We do like our stays at charming monasteries and chateaux, but sometimes we really want a full size room with modern amenities where everything works.

Dear guest, thank you for your amazing feedback! we're love your very nice comment regarding the service of our staff, thank you!! I'm very happy to read that you liked the hotel, the views, the room and the restaurant! this is wonderful, you had dinner at Fàula two nights in a row! thank you for your support. In the restaurant, we feature 3 tasting menus that change seasonally plus the à la carte menu. Then, being a sustainable hotel, one of the 3 menus is green and is made with the vegetables that we grow in our vegetable garden. We look forward to welcoming you back soon and we wish you a lovely day. Kindest regards,

In terms of quality of service and property, this hotel gets about 99 pct of what you’d find in an Aman property for about a fifth of the price. Allesandria in the front desk had the best restaurant recommendations and called around several restaurants at the last minute to find us an opening. The rest of the staff similarly went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. We also found the views to be as good as anywhere in Langhe, and the rooms were modern, spacious, and comfortable. If youre looking for a luxury stay in Langhe, this is your bet.

The area of Alta Langhe is beautiful and the hotel sits in the middle of some wonderful hikes and interesting villages and towns.

The service is excellent. The garage has electric car chargers. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the swimming pool is beautiful and heated to 28 degrees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return Couldn’t fault it

Dear Barbara, thank you so much for your kind review. In fact, the hotel is located in a privileged area, in the country side with stunning views of the Alps, the Barolo hills and the Alta Langa forests. I'm thrilled to read that you've enjoyed all our services and specially the Fàula Ristorante. To speak about his talent, this year he has implemented a green menu that is prepared with the vegetables that come strictly from our vegetable garden, a farm to table sustainable concept. We look very much forward to welcoming you back to Casa di Langa. Warm regards.

The hotel is in a beautiful isolated location on a hill facing the Piedmont hills and the alps in the distance. It is close to barolo, Alba, etc. It is a fairly new property - modern and very well-equipped. The infinity swimming pool has a great view over the valley. The rooms are large and comfortable, with large terraces. If you can, get a room looking toward the alps. The restaurant is very good for lunch and dinner, and the breakfast is extensive. Unfortunately the spa is very small so you need to make a reservation for a time slot. There is only a sauna, a hot tub and a small relaxation room - odd for this type of resort. The service is excellent.

Dear guest, thank you so much for your detailed and beautiful feedback. I'm very happy to read that you've enjoyed our service, the property, the restaurant and specially, the views. I agree with you, they are amazing and represent the Alta Langa: from the Alps and the Monviso, to the vineyards of Serralunga and La Morra, to the hazelnut bushes and the ancient forests featuring chestnuts, wild cherry trees and rare yet protected wild orchids. Thank you for your feedback regarding the spa. I wish you a lovely day and I hope to welcome you back in the near future. Grazie,
