It was a nearly great service.
We arrived at wyndham garden on August 25th around noon certainly before 1 pm it took them 15 minutes to give us our bracelets so we could enjoy the service and even better, since they had empty rooms available, we were given our room cards before 2 pm!
The service as a whole was really great, most of the staff knew some english and could hold up a conversation, however, some of reception staff didn't know enough english and it was a bit odd.
The food tasted great in each of the restaurants. I certainly recommend the pide restaurant in the beach area and the out door grill station in the main restaurant. We stayed there for a week and never had repeating main courses at the buffet, but you will see a bit more than half of the different options every other day.
The bars are different, some are fully stocked and some are there just too keep your buzz going, one point to notice is that all imported alcohol is charged separately and the all inclusive service does not cover that.
I made a reservation for the fish restaurant and the service was beautiful, if you're staying there for a week you can make one al a carte reservation free of charge but make sure to do it ahead of time since the asian and Italian restaurants get booked pretty fast. Our server was ozgun ( sorry if I'm not remembering your name correctly) but he was fluent in different languages even farsi, which made the service much more enjoyable.
Going back to the room, our room cleanliness was satisfactory and our bed was made every day and our towels were changed too, now we get to the negative part... There was a kids bed in our room when we first got to the room so I called the reception to have it removed, after an hour of waiting I called guest relations to handle it but nothing happened so I kept trying next day and after 2 or 3 calls someone came to take it, having the minibar restocked was the same story of many calls but it wasn't frustrating since we didn't come to our room that often. All in all the service was better than acceptable and we enjoyed our stay there
P.S. 1.don't forget to check the soup station every day, there are some heart warming options there.
2. If you're in your room and some one knocks, immediately shout you're going to open it otherwise the housekeepers will instantly open the door and come inside

We booked this hotel as it was highly rated and seemed to be great value for the price we got. We were not disappointed at all. This is a fantastic hotel for families with kids of all ages. Our 5 year old loved the little swing park and the kids pool and also visited the kids club for a bit most days. The 15 year old loved the larger slides and was on them every day.

There always seemed to be food available any time of day so we were never hungry. The food can be a bit samey but there was always at least one different dish every night. The kids disco every night was great fun but we tended to miss the later entertainment as the kids were getting tired.

We tried most of the cocktails on offer which the menu is available through scanning a qr code at the bar. The beer on tap is efes and went down a treat but as is normal at all inclusive, it is only given out in small half pints.

There is a shuttle bus to take you to the beach area every 15 minutes but we tended to just walk. It only takes about 10 minutes. There is another kids pool with large tipping bucket, and adult pool, pool tables, table tennis, more eating facilities, loungers on the beach and a bar out on the pier.

We had a family room with 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and large wardrobes, the other with a double bed and wardrobe. The large living room was great with a 3 piece suite and TV. Access to the balcony was from both the living room and double bedroom. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and the mini fridge topped up with water and soft drinks which were all complimentary.

WiFi is available throughout the hotel and beach areas but can be very temperamental due to the large number of people all trying to connect.

The lobby bar is open 24 hrs so you can get a welcome drink no matter what time you arrive at.

Plenty shops and bars within walking distance.

Temperature was hotter than expected in April with most days hitting 26-27.

We had a great time staying here and we are already looking at booking for next April again.

Just back from a 2 weeks stay.
Hotel is lovely but pool very shaded because of the high rise buildings so we spent the days at the beach pool which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel or you can hop on the beach bus which runs very regularly.
Enes in the lobby bar looked after us every night, we didn’t need to tell him what we wanted to drink as he remembered and would be pouring them ready. He’s a credit to the hotel, such a friendly attentive man and always a smile even in busy times, nothing too much trouble. If the hotel reads this then please pass on our thanks from the large vodka and the large tequila sunrise and the latte’s before bed!
Room was spacious with enough storage for us, slippers provided and iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. Cleaning of room was a let down though as no cleaning of the sides in the bathroom was ever done or the units in the bedroom. Even the floor was never swept. The only thing done by the cleaner was the making of the bed and changing of towels. I understand they are busy but this really needs to be stepped up a notch or 2.
Food in the main restaurant was tasty and although a good selection every day was the same so it became very boring. You can try to mix it up a bit by having salad instead or pasta but if you only like one or 2 of the main dishes you will become bored of it. It’s the first buffet I have experienced this and could be so much better if they varied the food. Breakfast you expect the same every day but not dinner. You can use the Ramada hotel next door for dining if you wish, we didn’t only because we are staying there next year and would prefer to wait and experience it then.
The beach restaurant also repeats food daily but as it’s only a lunchtime snack it didn’t seem so bad and there is also a pizza bar there too.
We tried the Mexican and the Asian specialty restaurants and they were both very nice.
Weather was fab for the 2 weeks we were there.
The location is great, 15-20 mins from the airport and there are plenty of shops and a few bars on the street just outside.
It was a really lovely relaxing holiday and would return if the food variation improved.

We are currently staying at the hotel as a family holiday.

Good points:

Short transfer time, last drop off but only around 40 minutes

Weather is fantastic! Extremely hot! Don’t listen to the reviews where high buildings block the sun!! It’s complete rubbish!!

Hotel is very clean, especially public areas.

a great variety of food

plenty of sun loungers (get your towels on early)

slides and pool great, pool isn’t massive

Staff helpful and polite.

Family rooms are great, very spacious and cleaners come daily to make the beds and change the towels.

Nobody told us but you can use the sister hotel next door, the Ramada Hotel!!

Great location, shops, pharmacy, bars, restaurants all within walking distance.

The one night in the AlCarte restaurant was lovely, we picked Asian.

Lovely beach, with plenty of beds available and you can get all inclusive drink and food whilst you are over there.

Kids entertainment and adult was all good from what we saw, usual holiday entertainment.

Staff work extremely hard.

The spa, Turkish bath was nice (slightly over priced for what you get) but barter on the price.

Downfalls:

The beach is a 10 minute walk across the road (a shuttle bus does run every 10 minutes but it is small so does get cramped especially in the evening after entertainment, a lot of foreign people in this hotel are very rude, have poor manors and happily shove children out of the way to get their own seats on there!) it picks up from BOTH hotels with only around 15 seats on it!

All entertainment is on the beach side (daily and evening) nothing really happens in the hotel

WiFi is absolutely AWFUL!!! Useless in fact!!

Not enough staff on the bars at beach club, 1 person and there can be quite a wait

A road side room, they are EXTREMELY noisy! Stray dogs barking ALL night, traffic noise.
balcony very small.
Stray dogs and cats everywhere.

Booked with TUi, we have seen 1 rep just in on 1 morning, Not impressed by that, JET2 have regular reps around.
All trips are booked in the sister hotel but we had no advice/help from the rep, not like previous years with flying with TUi and this was the reason we changed from JET2 to TUi in the first place!

The pirate boat trip wasn’t the best! Was boring if honest! Food was nice, drinks aren’t included and they soon add up! For a family of 5 we spent the best part of £80 and they were warm!
they are sooooo hard sell on taking photos which drags! We must have been sat on the boat an hour waiting for photos to be taken alone!
We had just 3 stops to swim all day from 9-4! Barter the price if you do book! There was a guy who kept the small children entertained with drawing etc, foam party was a laugh.
Not very well organised.

Pros:
Hotel is kept very clean there is someone cleaning up everywhere.

Water slides for the kids on twice a day due to lifeguard supervision.

Beach pool area is great.

Beach is 10 min walk or 5 mins in shuttle bus.
Air conditioning in rooms.

Fresh towels supplied and shampoos and body wash.

Water is available in fridges to help yourself too.

Rooms cleaned every other day if wanted.

Mexican restaurant was lovely and also the Asian.

Cons:
The que at the bar. In the evening was only really the reception bar available and often 1 staff member apart from the girls collecting glasses.

70 percent of the staff don’t speak any English at all I thought they were very rude but they are not they just don’t speak English (you are in their country though)

There is no entertainment at the hotel at all everything is at the beach and we didn’t like to go there in the night as we were bitten a lot.

The food is very repetitive but you won’t go hungry there is always something you can eat but it gets boring.

The stray cats and dogs. The cats live in the hotel grounds and are not looked after at all so dirty looking. The dogs just fight throughout the night enjoy the wake up call.

Suggestions for the hotel:

Please turn the soft drinks machines around in the bar and pool bar area so people can help themselves to soft drinks to save the kids waiting in line at the bar, lots of people don’t acknowledge the kids at the bar which is annoying.

Also allow us access to the coffee machines at night to reduce people waiting in line too.

Put some pool entertainment in at the actual hotel and change the CD for the music around the pool it was the same CD for days at a time.

Top tips:

There is a supermarket when you walk out of the hotel turn right and walk along and is open till around 11pm. This is fixed price for everyone as some of the others make the prices up as the feel. I would get pot noodles there for the kids as they struggles to eat in the hotel.

Shop around as you will be ripped off if you pay the first price in the local shops.

For the price I paid I would have returned knowing what I was getting but my partner and kids do not want to return.

Pros - I emailed the hotel before we arrived and told them it was my sons birthday the day we arrived, they upgraded us to a family room for free and decorated the room with balloons and provided a birthday cake for him which was so nice of them and my little one was over the moon. The hotel is basically 3 hotels in one you can use Ramada which is literally just opposite and slightly better in my opinion. You can also use the beach area which is fab, kids loved it there is a beach and pool area as well as pizza and restaurant which are nice. The entertainment is at the beach as well and was quite good.
Staff are mostly nice and helpful, they work really hard and hotel is clean the staff are always walking around cleaning.

Cons - the beds were really uncomfortable the mattresses were so hard I really struggled to sleep on them. We were also kept awake most nights by a really noisy family who were up screaming and banging until about 5 in the morning. The food was average all inclusive buffet but was often cold and really repetitive literally the same food most days. The alcohol is really low quality but again expected when all inclusive. The pool at the hotel was in the shade most of the day and not many sunbeds most of which were taken really early in the morning.
The area itself was exhausting you can't walk anywhere without people trying to pull you into the shops, they would also hand things to my children then ask me to pay for it. We found a lot of people rude in the hotel, pushing infront of you in queues etc. Although the hotel was clean the room cleaning wasn't great they made the beds every day but that's about it they didn't top up toilet roll or coffee so had to get our own.

All in all it wasn't the worst but definitely not the best and we probably wouldn't return.

I have just come back from staying here with my 13 year old son. The hotel is lovely, clean and very big. All staff were friendly and food was a good variety, suitable for even fussy eaters. Take advantage of waffle time in the afternoons near the beach bar. The hotel also has separate restaurants on site Asian, Turkish, Mexican, where you book in advance for a lovely set course menu rather than eating in the buffet area.
The hotels private beach is a 3min walk away and it has ample amount of sunloungers and beds free of charge. The hotel also provide a free bus service to and from the beach every 10mins.
I didn't go to any of the evening entertainment shows so can not comment on that.
I had a back massage at this hotel which was probably the best one I've had.
This hotel is 15/20min drive from Antayla Airport and the location is very safe to walk around day or night. With a ridiculous amount of shops 1 minute walk away selling amazing quality clothes, bags and shoes. Restaurants nearby if you decided to eat out.
You can also see a dolphin/seal show which is a couple of minutes drive away and pay extra to swim with the dolphins.
We also went on a lion trip where we could feed them and hold a baby cub...a fantastic trip for any age! This was a day out not to forget and included either horse riding, zip line or quad bike ride, with lunch.
Couldn't fault this hotel, food or area at all, being a female alone with a young child we felt safe at all times.

Just got back from a week here and we loved it. The hotel was lovely, you get full use of both hotels & facilities aswell as bars, restaurants, pools etc at the beach club!! Staff are always cleaning around you so the place is spotless, there were so many options of food and drink which were all of high quality and with very little queues. The location is central on the main strip surrounded by shops and restaurants if you fancy a trip out. Would definitely recommend!

Second time in Turkey, first at this hotel, if this was our first time in Turkey, we might not have come back.

Pros
Aquapark (but only 4 slides)
Size of family suite
Guest services staff were very helpful
Sauna and steam room always fairly empty
Hamam/Massage staff excellent
Beach is nice, clean and has large shelters as well as parasols if you want shade.
Pier has sunbeds and you can jump off into the warm sea.
Bar on the pier.
Toilets are clean, even in pool areas.
Water areobics/activites at beach pool are good fun.
I asked for an oat/soya cappuccino and when they didn't have oat milk, they went to the shop to buy some and gave me the carton to keep in our room...though you do have to ask the men in the black T-shirts as the other waiters say that alternative milks aren't available.
Gozleme at hotel and waffles at beach bar were a hit with the kids.
Shuttle service is good if you need it but doesn't save you any time, walking is more direct as the shuttle has to go along the duel carriageway and return on the other side to access the turning to the beach.
Cats, if you like cats, you can find them everywhere!

Cons
Cold water at hotel pool
Cold water in splash pool
Not enough loungers/space at the beach pool.
Very limited lactose-free /vegan food at beach area, can get by at main restaurant but nothing to look forward to and only dessert is fruit. Be ready for salad/ chips.
Tall hotel= rush for sunbeds in the sun
Not much room for hanging wet towels and swimwear for a family of 4.
Beach/pool towels available from the spa where they try to sell you message etc
Music choice at beach pool/kids splashpool really isn't appropriate for younger kids-need radio edits!
Rooms have paper cups which weren't replaced once used...had to keep asking for more from the bar.
Stairway smells of cigarettes throughout the day as cleaning staff smoke on the fire exit.
Had to leave a list of things to be replaced or they'd get missed.

Restaurant staff are hit and miss. Some go out of their way to help while others ignore you.
Had to ask twice for forks and get our own drinks one night as we just weren't getting served.
Reception staff not very welcoming and gave us the wrong location for an event when we asked about it.

This is a great family AI hotel. We've done a lot of AI holidays and so far this has been the best we have had. The hotel is incredibly clean and well staffed. There are 4 a la carte restaurants (mexican was fab)and you can also use the Ramada next door for a bit of variety. There is a great beach area with another pool, various snack bars and a bar on the pier. Entertainment is fine, mostly not our thing, but plenty going on- shows, karaoke, quizzes, kids disco etc. The bingo is a tad expensive however at 18E per card! Decent range of cocktails and mocktails. Pancakes, chicken kebabs, chips, burgers etc for snacks plus pizza at the beach and do not miss the fried chicken and waffles at the beach restaurant in the afternoon. We had a family suite which was an excellent size, although the balcony was small with only 2 chairs. Fab air con, big shower. Fridge with bottles of pop and water which got refreshed periodically. Sunbeds by the pool were at a premium but you could always get a bed at the beach. Because of the position of the hotel the pool beds are in shade some of the day. The beach is a 5 minute walk away but there are constant minibuses. Towels can be refreshed at both the pool and beach. Hammam is fab, but try to get a deal. Location is great in centre of Lara. Loads of shopping but watch the road. Turkish drivers do not always apply the highway code and the hired bikes / trikes are a menace. It is rare that I would like to go back to a hotel but I would go back to this one. It felt very safe and the staff were very friendly. But make sure you tip a euro or two whenever you get good service. One of the waiters noticed how much I had paid for a bottle of european sun cream I had bought locally for about £12 and he was really shocked. He said I had paid about the same as he got for a day's work. Bear that in mind people and cut these guys a break. A tip here and there is really appreciated.

You will find in Turkey they will take any currency, you usually get a price in € for everything but I’ve taken lira and paid in their own currency when I’ve been. It’s a great hotel, the beach restaurants are fantastic
