The room we received was indeed spacious and very clean but to our surprise we had to ask for clothes, shoes, and lacked elementary things such as bags for hygiene products and tiso (the box was almost empty and not renewed). We took a room with a balcony, which is a more expensive room. We didn't know the hotel and we thought it was a balcony overlooking the view but it was overlooking the electric cabinets. We didn't use it. It was a really unnecessary expense. We were with a baby and we were told in advance that the small pool was heated and not that it is.

The hotel is stunningly designed, you can see that design and gardening have been thought out, there are great corners to sit in and the atmosphere is good.
Unfortunately, we didn't think enough about the customer's experience and the little details. First of all, we don't bring you a towel suit and housekeeping shoes. It's basic to get in such a luxurious hotel. We asked to send us housekeeping shoes, they said they would take care and not send (we mentioned twice!)
Anything else costs money – a spa/hamam/hot drink at dinner, etc.
I would expect a luxurious and cheap place to give at least the minimum...we were really surprised.

We came for one night to be close to the stars :) - watching meteors. The hotel is nice, but nothing more, the room is nice and standard - but nothing more, the breakfast - usual for the Isrotel chain (with the exception of a bottle of ouzo and almonds that was placed on the sideboard (shafu). The pool is "full of" children. In short - fine. But.....no No justification for the crazy price of NIS 2500 per night + breakfast!!!

Kedma’s combination of phenomenal design (serene, Moroccan-influenced, terracotta colours throughout, combined with tasteful greenery) is only trumped by the top-notch service offered by its friendly and attentive staff. On this second visit we were struck again by the small touches and attention to detail at every touchpoint and by the overflowing abundance of the dinners and breakfasts. Definitely a place to visit and revisit on future trips to the holy land!
And a special shout-out to manager Shani Ben Moshe, whose competent excellence and personal approach made our second stay all the more special.
Highly recommended!

I traveled with friends and was excellent, not suitable for a romantic vacation. A dark room, a stunning bathroom with condiments. In the room we were waiting for dressings, a coffee machine with capsules and glasses. Beautiful design, a balcony with no view and it is not recommended to open the exit door to the balcony because insects enter. Luxurious lobby, not large but suitable for the number of guests in the hotel, children's pool and children's club. Parking plenty.

We spent a long weekend in July at the hotel. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere and was run well with good service levels, notwithstanding it was at full capacity. The food was very good. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so if sitting by the pool reading a book all day, every day is not for you then you should pre-arrange activities outside of the hotel - hikes, bike rental, ben gurion's house...
A couple of gripes: When the hotel is full there are not quite enough beds by the swimming pool (albeit the staff do put out extra sun chairs when required). Also, the we stayed in a room with a 'terrace' but the terrace is small and surrounded on all sides by high walls so not conducive to sitting out on.
Overall a big thumbs up.

Hotel: Brand new hotel, just opened, very nicely designed. Very relaxing and calm feeling in the entire hotel. Employees are friendly. Check in was fast. Lobby bar is beautiful and not crowded. Due to COVID19 the hamam in the spa is not working. Massage was very professional.
Pool: beautiful, but pretty small. Since there is nothing else to do in this hotel, this is not enough, too crowded. Also there aren't enough sunbeds. People are putting their towels on the sunbed early. At 8:30 all beds are full, not with people but with towels...
Food: dinner is nice, there is a great variety of dishes. Due to COVID19 you are being served at the buffet. Breakfast is much poorer than other Isrotels. No fruits, pancake and pastries is pre-prepared and very dry. Saturday evening dinner was terrible, it was all the leftovers from Friday.
Rooms: standard room is small, but nice. No mini bar, no toaletries.
Basically I was expecting more.

The hotel is located at a very quite area in the Negev. All you need to do is to check in and relax! The food was great - Breakfast and Dinner. During the day the snack bar next to the pool was more than enough for chicken, fries and cocktails. The standard room was comfortable and was big enough for a couple. The staff was extra polite which gave us a really good feeling.
The minus size is that the pool area is not proportionate to the hotel size. So in the mid day you may find the pool too crowded which was a little bit bummer but not a deal breaker.
We had a great time!

Electrics in the room buzzed all night and kept me awake. Impossible to get a drink after 10.40pm. As a venue of hospitality and a place to sleep, major fail. Probably instagram’able though, in parts. Noisy otherwise too, between rooms and the highway directly outside. Just avoid.

Horrible hotel with no double beds Only separate beds attached in rooms with balconies. Bad and unfriendly service on the part of the hotel. Lying about the client.Unpleasant and disappointing experience. Not worth the spell compared to the expensive price.
