The beautiful view of the mountain can be enjoyed especially from the Zen Deck, the favorite spot, as far as the eye can see greeeniiii even from within the room we use, Deluxe Twin Room, mango tea available which makes the tea time atmosphere more excellent .. Luxury hotel with natural nuances so perfect for those of us who are on a business trip or staycation. 10 days stay at this hotel, no boredom. The pool is fantastic, safe for kids, with many choices of children playground, rabbit, horse riding, or bike rental. there is an LL resto with a fresh garden atmosphere for breakfast, all cutleries, seats, and services are arranged as best as possible to avoid the spread of covid 19. So do not worry, even during the pandemic .. The breakfast menu is quite complete with Western menu, This is the first time I ordered Poached Egg Benedicte at an Indonesian hotel and it was served with a very delicious sauce .... based on my experience, not all 4-5 star hotels can serve poached egg benedicte as soon as this. The service is friendly, I remember Mr Gery from Breeze Bar, serve the best mochacino with the art on top that I never seen before.. However, the location is far from the city, it is suitable for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city .. So a holiday to Bogor? Just come here, staycation !!! Hope to be here again.

Last week my family spent a night at Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis.This was our first time stay there and happy to say that we had a great stay.
The hotel complex is surrounded with golf course. It has very nice view and comfy ambiance.
Check in process was smooth, I was handled by Mr. Arif who was giving me all information in detail and promptly. I didn't need to wait long to get my room ready. Staff are fast response eventhough it was quite busy at that time. Mr Ronni, gave us a quick hotel tour for our family.
We stayed at the studio room which is marvelous, very spacious and it is suitable for family with 2 kids like us.
The room we stayed in is facing the outdoor playground and we also can see the pool from our room. All rooms has balcony and set of chairs. It was so nice to spend some time at the balcony while enjoying the view.
The room is equiped with some amenities and refreshment such as mineral water, tea, coffee and electric kettle. Just want to give a heads up, when I tried to use the kettle, its lid is broken. So when pouring the water, needs to put extra caution so it won't spill out.
The hotel has lots of fun places for kids. They have kids pool with slide. My kids love and enjoy it very much. Near the swimming pool, there is outdoor playground and the kids can feed the bunny there (the hotel gave complimentary coupon to do this activity). Beside the bunny feeding, we received another complimentary coupon for horse riding.
If you are staying with kids, you should try and take your kids to the kids club too. They're not only have some toys, slide etc, but they also have some fun craft activities for kids.
Starts in the morning around 9 am, they also have bird show outside the kids club.
The breakfast was also great. They offered many choices from local to international food which was so tasty.
Oh the night before, we also tried the famous wood fire oven pizza from the Fire Grill & Bar. Couldn't agree more that the pizza was very yummy.
We didn't get the chance to try zumba nor yoga at the Zen Deck but maybe some other time we will spare some time to try it.
Overall we are pleased to stay there.

Got bored in Jakarta and longing for some nature a.k.a traveling moment, so I decided to go somewhere near Jakarta.
Found this hotel and got best deal, paying package price for 1 24 hours stay (not 1 night) with free breakfast, lunch, and dinner for two!
Once checked in, we got surprised by getting our room upgraded by Julie, one of the staff there. Our room is located in the 6th floor with mountain view..
Covid protocol was perfect, there were security in each pools to limit numbers of guess in the swimming pool, everyone using face mask and shield with hand gloves. We got our temperature checked before entering the lobby, hand sanitizer almost everywhere in lobby area.
Room was spacious, comfortable bed, bery good wifi signal. The only thing that I think need to be improve is the hot water for shower. It get super hot or super cold, nothing in between. Besides that, everything was perfect.
We also had our free dinner sent to our room. Each of our menus are wrapped nicely, food was good. We tried their sei sapi and the “sambal” was superb.
For breakfast, they divided into 3 shift to limit the crowd. It was buffet breakfast but we can’t take the food by ourselves, there will be attendee there to take the food for us, and mostly freshly cook meal.
Oh since we took their 24 hours package, so we were checked in around 4 PM and we can do check out at 4 PM the next day. Yay!
Over all, we are happy to stay there and would love to come back!

The view and cleanliness are the only 2 things that i am happy with. These are the things that i am quite dissapointed: 1. My kids never get the experience in any 5* hotel before that they cannot play with their unicorn float in the kids swimming pool. 2. The breakfast taste and variety is poor 3. Some staffs are not well trained about what they need to say or to behave. 4. Cant get late check out time even only untill 1 pm. 5. A quite small room for the kids club. one thing for sure, i dont think i will ever return to this hotel.

Yes, it is our SOP not to allowed any kids flotation in any of our pools for health & safety I am sure you understand this is for the protection of all kids. Thank you for your feedback regarding our kitchen, the exec Chef and his team are reviewing our standards , I am happy to say advise that do received many positive feedback on social media for our kitchen team, recently the team has won two awards in 19 & 20 of “ Best Grill & Steak Restaurant “ from NOW Jakarta and Traveloka “Best Experience in Food” The check-in or check out time is based on occupancy. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 12 noon. Late check-out can never be guarantee by any hotel worldwide and is based on occupancy levels that day. I am happy to understand that my team did arrange late check-out until 1 pm, I am sorry that this time did not suit your personal plans? At the kids club we do provide both an indoor and outdoor area with many activities, outbound flying fox, balance bridge, wall climbing, trampoline. Daughter love stay here and ask for more night. Even though the access to this hotel is difficult and lobby hotel is far away from parking stand, but all the effort paid off. the View is awesome! Great ambience
Check in process is quite long (pls improve) but they offer you welcome drink to bring back your mood.
Hotel provide excellent service for children (super smart marketing tricks). kids club, feeding rabbits, riding horse, flying fox, playground an of course Pool. Even only tiny slide but it attractive for children. Hotel provide Feeding rabbits and riding horse free everyday for those who stay in Executive, but deluxe type must pay IDR 25,000 for weekday and free on weekend.
Love the Deck as icon of this hotel, enjoying the view and taking numerous picture while breathing fresh air.
Well room cleanliness (well done Mr. Fachri) and complete bathroom amenities, Compliment goes to 4 bottle of water service, this simple things is the important factor to differentiate Excellent and Very Good Hotel, also fresh juice when having Breakfast.

Overall really enjoyed my stay here. The check in process is straight forward and the staff is really nice and accommodating.
The parking space is outdoor but when it is raining they usually picked you up from the parking space using their mini shuttle.
Breakfast were enjoyable and they have quite selection from savoury to sweets.
There are 3 pools,most of them are clean and due to the hotel location it is refreshing to have a swim and their gym equipment is more or less sufficient for a short call exercise.
The room it self is clean and spacious, the bed were nice.

Held my wedding 2 weeks a go and everything run smoothly. The venue, views, rooms, food, and on top of it the staffs are amazing !
Worth to spend, all the wedding details are amazingly memorable. Arin our wedding specialist is really helpful.
Enjoyed our las lunch there and met Niko at LL1. He delivered the next level of hospitality. I saw him on breakfast before wedding, he was fully in charged during wedding reception dinner, and in the next morning he was there on breakfast even on the lunch before we left.
Thank you RTGG for creating such good memories for me and family, surely we will come back !

Stayed here for the 2nd time around 24th to 25th March. Had to change provided wheelchair for my mother several times, but the staff was very attentive and fast-working to switch and provide the replacement. The staffs especially at the lounge beside receptionist is nice and kind to always fullfill my mother's requests during lunch. There is also one staff who is willing to help carry her in wheelchair to get to FIRE grill for dinner to avoid using long tracks to get there with wheelchair. Kak Ani at the front gate is also nice when we are waiting for the car to pick us up after check out. Overall, I am amazed by the service and we did not have any regret staying here, during what turned out to be my mother's final day before she passed out few days after.

We stayed here as a family of 5 by the end of March 2021, in a Junior Suite and an Executive Studio. Both rooms are quite spacious, especially the Junior Suite. The amenities inside the rooms are complete and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. The downside was actually outside the rooms. Some bad smell in the corridor and the balcony, I guess it came from the sewage. Day bed in the balcony was also dirty. The other thing that made us worry was about the health protocol in this Covid 19 pandemic, especially in the restaurant during the breakfast. Not enough staffs to serve, so some guests could freely touch the food on the tables/stalls. And lack of discipline in using the masks. I think this was unacceptable for a 5 star hotel now days. Even my children wanted to go back to our rooms as soon as possible before finishing the breakfast because of the situation. We ordered in-room dining. The food was delicious, much better than the breakfast. There was no limitation on number of people using facilities such as pool or gym. I think they are lack behind other 5 stars hotel in terms of health safety and cleanliness. I really hope that they could improve this.
