Ich war für ein langes Juli-Wochenende im Landhaus zur Aue zu Gast. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Ilmenau, hat einen schönen, sehr gepflegten Garten mit zwei Strandkörben, einem angedeuteten "Strand", einer Liegewiese, Liegen und hübschen Gartenmöbeln für Hausgäste. Bis in die Fußgängerzone/Geschäften und zu den Restaurants sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter, der Kurpark ist direkt auf der anderen Flußseite, nur von einer Holzbrücke getrennt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal durchweg freundlich, dienstleistungsorientiert und hilfsbereit, am auskunftsfreudigen Empfang erhält man nützliche Informationen und Tipps. Fahrräder konnte man unbürokratisch und kostenlos leihen, sie waren in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Das Frühstück (typisch deutsches Frühstück, keine warmen Speisen, ansprechend dargeboten in Buffetform mit sehr aufmerksamer Bedienung) nimmt man in einer Art Wintergarten (hübsch gestaltet in warmen Farben) ein. Wie viele Häuser in Bad Bevensen ist man hier eher auf Gäste im fortgeschrittenen Alter und weniger auf junge Leute/Familien mit Kindern eingestellt. Dennoch finde ich das Landhaus zur Aue ein sehr ansprechendes, gastliches Haus mit familiärer Atmosphäre, ideal zum Ausspannen oder als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren oder Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung.

Ein sehr schönes familiär geführtes Haus, sehr nettes Personal, alles sehr sehr sauber.
Frühstücksbuffet klein aber sehr gut zusammengestellt.
Garten und Strandkörbe am Fluß einfach ein Traum.
Man sollte allerdings den landhaustypischen Eiche rustikal Look mögen, er macht den Charme dieses Hauses aus.

Lovely hotel on edge of the town centre & next to the river & park which has the 'Spa'. The train/bus station is a 10/15 minute walk on the other side of the town.
I had a single room which was large, it had a table & chair & a leather reclining chair & footstool !! There was also a fridge & kettle etc in the room.
The breakfast was ample & varied. The town has a good variety of shops & caters for everyday needs. No restaurant in the hotel, but good ones nearby.
Staff were helpful & friendly.
Would I stay there again - yes.

Zentral zwischen Fußgängerzone und Kurpark gelegenes Hotel mit dem Charme der 80er. Aber der Sauberkeit und dem Service von heute. Super nettes und freundliches Personal. Perfekt eingerichtete Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Teekocher ! Dazu im Strandkorb an der Ilmenau relaxen. Jederzeit wieder.
