Lovely guesthouse with lovely hosts. The views are amazing of the two castles and it all just feels homely. Breakfast was good. The only things that let it down are the lack of WiFi and being so close to the main road so it can be very noisy.
Otherwise, we would stay here again!

This small bed&breakfast pension offers apartments near to the castle Neuschwanstein. Attention, coming from Füssen it's directly at the beginning of Schwangau so you may walk a bit to find a restaurant. The room was always clean and everything was in a good state. When we arrived, the lady was a bit agitated for the parking situation (we arrived with two cars) but apart from that everything quiet. Breakfast is ok, a solid choice but not too big.

We only stayed one night here as we were touring but we would certainly stay there again. The owners were very friendly and helpful although their English was limited. We were with my brother and sister-in-law and had private rooms and bathrooms to ourselves on the ground floor. The gasthaus was well situated withing walking distance of the two castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau - both well worth a visit. #lovely people and lovely accommodation.

We had a comfort rooms with great views to both castles. All rooms was clean, personel very nice and helpful. There was a good choice of food for breakfast. Food was tasty. Price was fair, nothing to complain. Go there!

The owners are warm friendly caring people. Their English was better than my German so I can’t complain!
The owner gave us a lift to Neuschwanstein Castle.
The room is IMMACULATE! I mean scrubbed clean and the bed was very comfy. The balcony had full view of Neuschwanstein Castle.
Spacious room, great pressure shower, great breakfast, clean clean clean!! You can tell care is put into this place.
The owner also called us a cab.
Cannot recommend to stay here more highly!! The owners should be very proud of the operation they are running! Felt like home!
1 grievance - no wifi :-( which made planning the next leg of our trip a bit difficult - being from Australia. We have no phone. Alas! There a fabulous well priced brauhaus just down the road with wifi! (Much cheaper than Füssen!! Who have learned to up their prices for tourists).

We arranged accommodation on line. Found this to be one of a small cluster of modern guest accommodations just off the main road in the area, beside "Gastehaus Charlotte." Easy to find. Excellent clean, friendly and relaxing modern accommodation. Great view (albeit distant) of castles Neuschwanstein & Hohenschwangau (not exactly walking distance unless you are a marathoner.
Met by the owner (no English, but no problem) who toured us around & made sure we were OK. Free parking (rather limited, but it's a small place).
Double rooms 1st floor, each w/adjoining washroom & shower. New, quite comfortable. Hot water in 2 seconds, but no shower towels. No big deal, we made do with several hand towels. Small room fridge with water, juice, beer, cola, pay on check-out. Everything worked, excellent breakfast included. We were more than satisfied. Enjoyed our stay here.
Very quiet, pleasant o/ni stay, 4 km from Fussen & it's pricey restaurants. (Small lasagna, small beer 14 Euros), handy place for visiting the castles ($$) .... Cable car nearby. Roman villa excavation in the area.
Recommended o/ni or a couple of days. Good value for your bucks. Loved it.

We stayed here for 5 nights this summer. On arrival there was a good amount of car parking, space for all of the rooms. The room was clean, modern, bright and had the most fantastic view of the castle neuschwanstein with a balcony. The room had a fridge stocked with a selection of chilled soft drinks and beer at reasonable prices. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a good selection from muesli and fruit to rolls with cheeses and hams,and there was plenty of it. The owners were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. the room was on a main road but we didn't find this to be a problem as traffic dies down at night and it was worth it for the view. it is around a 20-30 min walk (we do walk quite fast) to get to the castle and around a 5 min walk to the restaurants near by. there is a good brewery pub and pizza restaurants. tegelberg bahn is again around a 30 min walk from there.
I was a bit worried about staying in such a small bed and breakfast with only 6 rooms as we normally stay in much larger places but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, it was a little gem.
