We had an amazing time, every thing was exactly how it should be and I loved the details such as the sound of birds chirping in the hallway and the decor! The staff was really good and helped us checking in although we arrived past in checking hours. The room has really handy charging spots and light switches, and the hotel is very well organised and it focuses on environmental friendliness. The surrounding environment of the hotel (Neu Ulm) isn’t that great but don’t let that hold you back it’s truly worth it! The breakfast was also very nice and it has an garage so your car is definitely safe! We would love to come back here and we would definitely recommend!!

Nice place recently built. We had a great time there. The bedroom is actually like a studio with tv, Nice Double bedroom, Ac, dishwashing machine, kitchen acessories, private bathroom. Nice design with Brazilian style, good wi-fi, everything you need for a good stay for a weekend or for long stay and home-office. The lobby was nice, good design, good caipirinha, good breakfast, but the nicest thing was the kind multilingual staff (German, english and Brazilian portuguese). Everyone there was amazing and treated us Nice specially Bruna kind and helpful giro, who even gave us some Brigadeiro (Brazilian Sweet). Hope to get back some time for more long stay acoomodation in Neu-Ulm.

Pros: Elevator in lobby, the staff was very kind and helpful, the kitchenette with fridge was very useful and stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, an amazing free breakfast, self-service laundry, sound-proof rooms, air-conditioning and nice windows, free WiFi, and the TV had access to Netflix. Semi-convenient location, the hotel was not a far walk to popular attractions and is very close to a mall with a grocery store. You will need a taxi to/from the train station if you did not rent a car. There is a gorgeous park nearby. Cons: There was little to no extra space in the room which made opening suitcases and moving around difficult, the bed was small, the bird noise machines in the hallway are very loud, the self-service dryers were awful they did not dry fully and kept malfunctioning, there are many extra little charges for random things, the swing in the room can hold a max of 90 kg, and the shower got water everywhere in the bathroom. Do not let the cons sway your stay, we did enjoy the hotel and the friendliness of the staff.

Price is too high for the service offered. There were missing items in the room such as lights on ceiling and inside the wardrobes. Furthermore since we are in Germany besides some Brazilian culinary touch I was expecting for breakfast to find a better choice of German food. For example, Leberwurst, smoked hams and more types cheeses.

Great location, super friendly staff BUT microwave plate was dirty, dishcloth was wet and used, pull-out bed was very hard, toilet smelled very strongly of urine.
The rooms are very modern and beautifully designed. You had pots and pans, glasses, plates, cutlery, a dishwasher and many other things that you had in the room. Staff was super nice and friendly. It was great that the coffee (latte, cappuccino, etc.) was free during the day. There was an underground car park which cost me 17 EUR per night. You can walk to the shopping center or Münster. I didn't have breakfast included, but it looked delicious. There is also a bakery 5 minutes from the hotel if you want to have breakfast elsewhere.

We spontaneously stayed overnight for one night while passing through. Well thought-out, contemporary overnight concept with a fun factor. Dogs allowed - which we were very happy about - cheap outdoor parking for 10 euros.

Great, unusual and extremely clean hotel, very child-friendly, relaxed and friendly staff, great check-in, jungle atmosphere throughout the hotel which immediately makes you feel relaxed, very spacious and extremely clean room, lots of storage space, great little kitchenette, coffee, tea and water available all day in the lobby. There were also a few Brazilian delicacies at breakfast, which was great! I was only not so impressed with the quality of the goods (especially bread/rolls, cheese and sausage). But that did not detract from the extremely positive impression. Spacious underground car park, easy access to the city center.

Amazing experience here, I found it difficult to leave! Upon entering the facility, which is close to the train station and the medieval town center, I was greeted by Lucas, who spoke perfect English. He was very friendly and helpful with good positive energy.
My little apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean and appeared to be brand new. It was fully stocked with everything I needed. I was able to save some money by making my own meals via the kitchenette. Everything is eco-friendly and I love the little touches here and there. Just walking down the hallway you hear piped in birds chirping. Gustavo was also very friendly and helpful when I checked out. I could go on and on, just give it a shot, you’ll love it!!

I was in the hotel at short notice with my son (14 years old) and he and I really liked it. The location was also ideal for us as he was doing an internship and I was basically using the hotel room as a home office. Free coffee even after breakfast was great.

We came to Neu-Ulm to celebrate my best friends wedding. The interior is super nice and gives a super relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. There are a lot of nice gadgets in the room like chrome casting function on the television or inductive areas on the table to charge your phone and a table with integrated music boxed wich was very fancy and modern.
