    Basic hotel in the heart of Bamberg
    This was a historic hotel at the very edge of the Dom in Bamberg. The amenities were basic, everything was clean, and the staff was professional and helpful. A nice breakfast area and breakfast. Very historic and quaint.

    We will be driving into Bamberg. Do you have parking at Barock Hotel am dom?
    You need to reserve parking. In 2016 the price was 7.- Euro a day.

    Do the rooms have any 120 VAC outlets for a hair dryer or electric razer that are US compatible?
    Do you take American Express?
    I didn't use an American Express while there and I just looked at their website and didn't see anything. I would just email the hotel directly. Info@barockhotel.definitely. If you decide to stay here, you will not be disappointed! The customer service is superb. Mrs. Bosch is a fabulous hostess. And, of course, Bamberg is one of the loveliest cities in Germany!

    "Upper floors are probably quieter, but it's a quiet location anyway, in narrow streets near the Cathedral."
