Clean, comfortable, quiet but a very small room, shower room and toilet. Bed was lovely and comfortable and the linen was good. Tea and coffee facilities were welcome but not particularly well stocked.
For my purposes of an overnight stop the only criticism I have is the toilet, which was so high up to had to hoist yourself onto it and your legs were then dangling in mid air!
Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Cannot comment on breakfast as I left very early.
I would have no problem in staying here again for an overnight stay but if staying longer I would try and look for a larger room.

We were only one day in this hotel, but both the hotel and the hotel owner left an unforgettable impression to us. The hotel owner really did everything to make our stay comfortable. She even put our bikes into one of the meeting rooms.
The rooms are clean and trendy and have a really nice bed.
The food in the restaurant was great and the coffee was really the best we drunk during our trip in France.

This hotel is just a few minutes walk from the railway station. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our bedroom was very comfortable with a lovely walk-in shower.There was tea and coffee making facilities too. It was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent -served in a bright spacious room.
The centre of Niort is only 5 minutes walk away and 10 minutes to the market.

Situated close to the railway station. Stayed one night. Spacious clean and well furnished room. Modern bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Reception staff very helpful. Being a Monday most of the restaurants were closed. We were directed to a lovely restaurant which was walking distance.

Great hotel easy to find - free in street parking until 9am
The room was large for a family very clean and the beds were comfy - this was for an overnight stoo on the way back from Spain - perfect for our needs and very good value
