Contrary to others i had little trouble finding this hotel in Niort, Deux Sèvres, France. My GPS wasn't updated, so the adress, 26, Rue de Condorcet, wasn't there yet, but by entering a streetname near to it, and by looking at the hotel's site i found it straight away. It is a cheap budget hotel, the prices are modest, so don't expect luxury there! The room was small, but clean and adequate, with TV, WIFI& airconditioning. The shower room was extremely small, but what do you expect? You can't have it all at a low price! Next to the hotel there is a restaurant, that's not bad. So when you're just passing, the hotel(and nearby restaurant) are cheap&adequate!

It is what it is. This brand of hotel is not five star. Bed was brill, shower needed some maintenance, bathless bathrooms are small but work ok. Reception was smiley and helpful. Breakfast consists of bread, bread, bread, coffee machine ok, some condiments some fruit, no butter. You'll need at least an hour to get value for the €5.90 it costs

This hotel, located in the economic zone of Chauray, has a catastrophic reputation and greatly harms this perfectly located area. There are not enough negative words to describe this hotel, if it can still bear that name: it is dirty and almost all the equipment is defective. I wonder what the SA Louvre inspectors are doing. To flee. Choose the first-class La Crèche hotel located 8 km away and come and dine at the Poivre Rouge restaurant on the Chauray ZI. Poor people looking for a budget hotel are entitled to a minimum of respect. I pity the management and the staff who work there. If you don't believe me, try it and see.

Free parking and in 10 minutes by car you are in the center of Niort.
We have stayed in other Premiere classe so we knew what to expect, but it was the worst we have stayed in in this class. Sensation of cleanliness 0, sticky floor, stains all over the wall, the bathroom had been sprayed with cleaner and already, you could see the blue streams of cleaner next to the yellow streams of dirt but without bothering to clean it properly. Room size just enough for the bed to fit. I tried to contact them up to 5 times before going to resolve some doubts and there was no way, so on top of that 0 communication with the hotel.

Expensive for the quality provided. Tqbler not have space on sides to leave room properly ñ. There were mqny imperfections on walks and they charged me 40€ for a room not more than 29. I been there two nights because not have chance but not for quality.

We stayed here on route to Brittany and the hotel was clean, inviting and the staff were friendly with very efficent service. My only gripe was that there were clearly other guests smoking in their rooms as we could smell cigrette smoke constantly which was rather unpleasant.

A terrible night for us - the first bad night in a Premiere Classe - no towels, no staff to ask, noisy room and a fire alarm at 1.30am - room was clean but tired and the bunk did not look great for our son :-(

Booked this hotel as a stopover. Only booked on the day, so it did the job. Was EXTREMELY basic. No tea/coffee making facilities. A wet room shower/toilet. We only paid about 30 Euros for it, so have no complaints. However, we probably just went a little too cheap for this night away - especially as there was a Campanile next door (which are much better for an extra few quid). No complaints, but probably wouldn't stay at these style of hotels again. Thanks anyway
