It was within the associative framework that I discovered this pretty little hotel full of charm. Everything is there to make me feel good: each room is uniquely and tastefully decorated, the managers do everything to satisfy their customers, the cleanliness is there. A pretty little interior garden allows you to enjoy the sun. If I have to come back as part of a personal trip, I will come without hesitation.

A great hotel and highly recommend. We stopped for 2 nights to explore Niort, a city with much to offer, great dining and activities. We are cycling the Velo Francette. Hotel is very central easy walk to everything, secure velo storage, wonderful hosts, lovely decorated and clean rooms, plus a restful garden courtyard. A great place to stay for at least 2 nights to explore from, wish we could have stayed longer....

Don't stay there. We chose this hotel because of its city center location and it has a car park. The hotel has a terrible smell and the carpet is stained. The rooms are poorly furnished. The 6 euro breakfast is a rip-off. What made us angry was that the owner tried to overcharge us. When we refused, he actually shouted at us. He spoke English initially, but when we tried to talk to him about the charges, he tried to shut us up by saying that he speaks French only. At the end we insisted of paying only the initial agreed room price, he then charged us more for breakfast.

Found this superb hotel in Niort on our way to Bordereaux, it’s perfectly situated in the centre of the town near restaurants and bars. Perfect location to investigate the town also, that said it is a lovely town. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and very reasonably prices too. The breakfast was €8 and again great value. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are passing near Niort. Also our bikes were locked in the court yard and very secure there.

We visited this hotel on our way to the south. Small price, small room, small bed, small wifi, small breakfast (but ok for the small price 7 Euro/person). Positive ... it's in the city center and you can walk in the city or visit a restaurant ... Negative ... you have to use the public parking at about 200 metres. No problem, but good to know.
