Stay in August 23 as a family with 2 children aged 7 and 17.
Regarding the apartment, we were in 77, upstairs. The interior was very good, spacious enough, acceptable bedding and working air conditioning. It consisted of a small kitchen living room, an entrance with cupboards, a large functional bathroom, a separate toilet and 2 decent sized bedrooms. An outdoor terrace gave us a view of the canal, very pleasant during the day. From 11 p.m. every evening, the numerous bars and nightclubs in the immediate vicinity unfortunately made for a less peaceful vacation. Concerning the noise, the apartment being well insulated, it was bearable with the windows closed. On the other hand, I advise you not to want to spend time on the terrace in the evening. In fact, the small pedestrian crossing between the canal and the residence is transformed into public toilets for all customers of bars and nightclubs. You have an incessant parade of people who come to urinate all evening, without any shame. The people occupying the ground floor also had persistent odors from the visits of the ras who had taken up residence there. The staff is sparse but pleasant. The swimming pool is poorly maintained, unsupervised and unheated (very cold). Everyone does what they want, loud music, food, cigarettes, unwanted dives, wars of deckchairs and cigarettes... I recommend this residence for vacations for young people who want to drink and party but I strongly advise against it for families wishing to spend a peaceful vacation.

We spent two weeks in the Gulf residence in late June to early July 2024. The welcome and staff were very warm and attentive. The residence has a beautiful flowery layout and with palm trees, the architecture of wooden housing is pleasant. We lived upstairs in a 2 room apartment. The accommodation was very clean on arrival. A cleaning kit is also provided. Only downside, the room had no window, and the sofa bed would have to be changed. The residence has a beautiful swimming pool heated to 26 °, the deckchairs look new, in good condition. Important information, the residence is located on the leisure island, Luna Park and Amnesia Discotheque nearby, it is important to take it into account when booking, summer period. For us it was not an impact. Parking and access are also secured by codes and guard at night at the parking lot. Overall we had a very good stay.

The bed is rock hard, the sofa bed is sagging and the chairs on the terrace cannot last long and are not really relaxing chairs. Lady at reception is super helpful, also speaks English. The swimming pool is excellent, lovely sunbeds. It is located next to the amusement park, which was not always open, otherwise you would hear it. It is about a 25 minute walk to the boulevard. The beach pavilions are still closed. The location of our room was on a corner, next to a large tree that provided shade. Towels were easy to book. Grounds is secured.

Honestly this is unacceptable I have never seen an apartment so dirty and dilapidated in my life no solution found dubious stains on sofas as well as on beds the solution of welcome a sheet! Bathroom with furniture that goes to wasteland rusty towel rail blood on the duvets chairs stained at the noise of the residence we were aware but expect not to sleep between the nightclubs and the carnival young people and the sounds of car that loves to pass and iron unpleasant welcome no solution found or even try to look for a solution! In short we do not recommend at all if you wish to drink even a coffee around impossible to move to the port because the restaurants do not open before noon only positive we are right next to the beach this place is made for young people not for families! At 200 € per night for an apartment supposedly 6 people when everything is planned for 4 you should perhaps have better services! In short really flee!!!

Facing the parking lot and in the dark at 3pm Claim made to the management pay 150 euros more for light it is not free....no mention on the Reservation site .. as the pool 10 m by 10 m good photographer!!! The place looks nice, it could be nice. It's a short walk to the beach, to the harbours, restaurants and Aquapark. But how can you enjoy without a night sleep? First the Luna park ,opposite of the street. and after midnight discotheque Amnesia. It s partly an open air club, The beat is so loud. it doesn't stop until 06.00 . Earplugs did not help us. We wanted to leave badly after two nights, but didn' t get any refund. What a nigthmare for a family with children. Only a good place for young party people. Or if you have weed to smoke, like my neighbour, to help you sleep.

Terrible place. I hated every minute of it. Our room was close to Lunapark and it felt like living in hell. Neighbors load and noisy and disrespectful when I asked to be a bit quite. I hated everything. Dirty. No windows in the bedroom. Just really bad.

I hated every minute in this place. Dirty rooms. Bedroom without window :-( Close to Lunapark that was open and load all nicht. Felt like a nightmare I could not escape. Will never ever come back and cant recommend it to anyone that like some kind of standard.

Super welcoming apartment, very clean and very functional with air conditioning. Very well appointed terrace. Very professional staff, very kind and attentive. Access to the sea in Less than 10 minutes. Beautiful swimming pool, too bad it is not heated. Restaurants and cafes nearby. Sufficient parking for the entire residence monitored at night by a guard. Very clean bed linen. A very good stay!

Stayed here a number of times. Great location, near beach, leisurely walk into marina. Staff very nice and helpful. Super market nearby. Loved the local weekly Saturday market and also the market at Rochelong on Monday. Will be booking to stay again.
