A very well located and qualitative campsite with “meh” points nonetheless…
We were in a cocoon cottage.
Very warm welcome - the cottages are well decorated and well equipped - direct access to the beach and easy accessibility to the shops at the Cape port.
A “shared” swimming pool with several cottages giving obvious tranquility far from the large common swimming pool which is often crowded and whose presence of “uncivil” people can be annoying.

In the minuses: an ecolodge advocating sorting with an overflowing trash and sorting area in which you cannot always deposit your waste.
The serenity of cocoon cottages is questionable when you have biker neighbors whose motorbikes you hear early in the morning and late at night.
The supermarket is almost non-existent; few products even to help out.
We had pizzas at the campsite restaurant… average quality
The cleaning price varies depending on the size of the cottage; nevertheless for ours: 90€ / a price if ever there was one, high!

Good points :
- Proximity to the sea, shops and the port
- Air-conditioned, comfortable Privilege accommodation with a beautiful exterior
- Restaurant and bar: A big thank you to the very professional managers and customer services Sandrine and her husband as well as the TOP team Emma and her mother, always helpful and smiling, Brian and his colleagues who take great care of the customers.
VERY negative points:
- Failing and pathetic animation that is clearly unprofessional (with the exception of external service providers, musical concerts and shows), music unsuitable for families, much too loud, DJ who thinks he is in a club and who does not take customers into account). Uninteresting, repetitive, boring animation from one day to the next and from one week to the next which ends abruptly at 11:30 p.m.
Holidaymakers are certainly there to rest but essentially during the holidays to have fun and this was clearly not the case in this campsite without an authentic atmosphere;
Thanks to the restaurants REEF and BEACH coconut tree for the dancing evenings until 2 a.m.
- Power cuts regularly, especially at 7 p.m.!
- No lighting in the aisles. Get your flashlights!
- Gravel in the paths is impractical for everyone and particularly for our friend in a wheelchair (note: only 1 PMR accommodation and unsuitable campsite)
- No pétanque court (too bad for a campsite!) or spot for teenagers to get together (yes, it’s important for them!)
- Poor reception: no explanation on arrival other than providing the campsite map and during the stay no response to the questions asked. Staff neither smiling nor dynamic with one exception.
- Where is the management? not seen in 3 weeks of stay nor during the ultra-quick welcome drinks with little information;
The geographical location is perfect but cannot compensate for such shortcomings given the prices and the 5 stars indicated.

Despite an ideal geographical location (next to everything), the campsite itself was well below our expectations.

A real safety problem at the swimming pool, with only one supervisor who also does not enforce the rules (people run, jump on others, push into the slides, enter the slides in groups of five, are in swimming shorts, reserve the deckchairs for several hours...). Our son had an accident in the closed slide where a buoy had been stuck which had nothing to do here, but the supervisor could not help us, because he was "alone to watch the whole pool": the result was trauma. cranial with loss of memory and more than 24 hours in the Bézier emergency room, fortunately without after-effects. The campsite has so far never responded to our reminders following the accident report, and more seriously, has never even received any news of our child's state of health...

Some facilities are brand new, but among other structures are in very poor condition:
- the laundry room with exposed electrical wires and decrepit walls,
- a swimming pool with an entrance "in the mud", a swimming capacity and deckchairs that are very insufficient compared to the number of customers, and above all a normally heated pool yet "left" at 18 degrees for 1 full week in August (half of our stay)
- several power outages in mobile homes (6 in 10 days),
- one shower in two does not drain the water, forcing us to use only one shower at a time during our entire stay despite two interventions by the technician,
- Overall a very high price of stay.

In conclusion, this campsite does not deserve all its stars and we cannot recommend it to date.
An improvement in the facilities (quality and capacity) must be made and above all, invest in greater security and, please, a little more "humanization" of management.

A real nightmare...

especially if like us… you have booked for 3 weeks in this hell…
Excessively dirty swimming pool… poorly supervised… (supervisor = decoration…)
Holidaymakers bathe either with their underwear under their boxer shorts or with the full veil... no worries for the supervisors... use of the footbath at the entrance is very random... everyone makes their own sauce...

Swimming pool which is also very small given the size of the campsite… therefore overcrowded and dirty…. Cloudy water... no desire to swim there at all despite the heatwave this summer during our stay...

It only seemed heated to me 😂🤣 during the extremely heatwave days of this summer 🤷‍♀️(mid August) otherwise we couldn't set foot in it because it was so cold...

Not enough deck chairs...ground vacation if you arrive late at the "pool"

The shop is closed most of the time and catering closed from 8:15 p.m. in the middle of August

Very very noisy and uninteresting activities... even the animators have lost the desire to participate... We understand them!
Despite the lack of entertainment, it is impossible to relax or read by the pool because the music or noise is so loud...

We fled to another campsite nearby, preferring to lose our rental money rather than ruin our entire vacation...

I had to forget various inconveniences because there were so many... (very unpleasant welcome for example... And so on...)
Run away !! In addition, the team really didn't listen to our complaints...
Only the location close to the beach on foot and the port is pleasant... if you don't fear being overlooked by the neighboring buildings (but we are in Cap d'Agde...)

you will certainly find better than this soulless pseudo “campsite”….

Rental 9 Loc Cottage Seaview 2CH, not a real sea view because the vegetation hides it, the rentals are adjoining, fortunately the neighbors were discreet, the jacuzzi is maintained in the morning by the staff, the decoration is very pretty, impossible to park the bikes , we had to take them up to the terrace after each use. The proximity to all activities and convenience, we never used the car. The water park is very good but little shade. The perfect restaurant and supermarket. At night, in the event of a problem, you have to call the campsite reception, security moves quickly, people who are too noisy are removed, that's cool and it calms them down quickly!

The location of the campsite close to the port and the beach is its strong point.
We stayed there the first week of September, and the restaurant only offered a very very limited menu, the reason given: it is the end of the season.
It is no longer possible to return by car after 11 p.m., which is certainly a plus for peace of mind, but a little too early.
Only one vehicle is included in the rentals, we had a cottage for 10, therefore obliged to pay 9 euros per day in addition for the 2nd vehicle. It is otherwise possible to park for free outside the campsite, but 800 meters from the cottage.

As a family, renting a privileged mobile home at the price you expect something top...

Mobile home not ready when we arrived, keys handed over 2 hours after the time stated when booking under the pretext of cleaning... except that on arrival in the mobile home dirty outside bed, very dirty shower, inventory to be done either even... when we point out that something is missing we are told ok... baby kit not in place we have to return to reception...
The cleaners pose on the terraces of the empty mobile homes then leave crumbs everywhere...

Pool not heated, shoes prohibited (normal) the facilitator comes home with it... even if 2 minutes before he was walking with it in the campsite. Shorts prohibited but the supervisor in shorts see grandma socks/shoes! Not a swimming outfit!

Afternoon entertainment mixed with music not at all adapted to the age of the children but rather adapted to the age of the animators who take it easy! Between friends we have a good time… no hello or anything when they meet the holidaymakers.

The family mobile home area is great but the staff are constantly passing by on scooters at full speed...

In short, the atmosphere is really not great, the cleanliness is very neglectful, the swimming pool is average

Hello, we chose this campsite for the sea and city location.
1) We found it a shame not to be able to collect the rental before knowing that it had been available since 10 a.m. and validated by the cleaning team.
2) When we arrived, no toilet paper in the common areas for 3 days and no ashtray was empty!
3) Non-existent entertainment team, he should go see other campsites. Animation is a profession.
4) drink a coffee in a cup, and a stick, limited service because it is overwhelmed while we are in a campsite, we expect holidaymakers in numbers of the size of the campsite will be there LOL.
5) I remind you that we are in a 5 star hotel, the priority for us in a campsite is:
Security
Hygiene
Animation
Services
User-friendliness
Unfortunately this is not met especially for a 5 star. We don't all have mobile homes with private swimming pools, the stars should not be satisfied with only the standard of 15 private swimming pool rentals!
During our stay at the campsite next door we had a great time with the entertainment team... nothing to do with the 5 star village clape... Too bad!!!

We stayed in palmier and ocean mobile home. Very clean, recent, very pleasant. We enjoyed the ideal location of this campsite, we did not like the very knowledgeable  days security, who speaks fluent foreign languages Foued and Francois.
We had a generally good stay.
Thank you

The location is great, beach 300m away, shops 10min walk, port 15min walk. Lack of cleanliness, lack of outside light, we cannot enjoy the terrace in the evening. The bedding is comfortable. The rooms are small, and in the small rooms there are no small lights apart from the ceiling light. The plancha was dirty and lacked utensils to use it. The kitchen is also dirty and lacks utensils. The mobile homes are too close to each other. The pool staff were polite, pleasant, the rest of the staff not very involved in their work. No inventory when we arrive so if there is a problem you have to cross your fingers that we will not be charged. No barrier at the entrance to the mobile home for children. When you ask for a baby kit, you don't have to go and ask for it at reception. No specific location for cars, we don't even have the right to park in front of the mobile home, so if the parking lots are full you don't have to park outside even though you pay for it to be inside.
