Aging but clean residence (painting outside to be redone) , apartment renovated comfortable bedding . Decent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.
Animation rather not bad .hours of reasonable end .23h
No refrigerator in the rooms, no air conditioning. Accommodation quite warm.
The residence is close to the sea on foot 10 minutes With some shops and enough to eat.possibility to go into the center with more shops on foot
Close to the port , very lively at night in the heart of Cap d agde Very noisy if you are looking for calm. (Let's think we're set back.)
The prices of drinks at the bar are more than correct same 6.50 e to 8 e for cocktails like meals at the restaurant 17 e
The staff is very kind.
Secure car parking and barrier for direct access to the beach and shops.
First the negatives:
- The absence of air conditioning in the rooms! Impossible to rest day and night due to the extreme temperatures in the rooms in August, a small fan provided for 2 rooms, if you want another one you will have to pay €30 😱
- schedules: do not expect schedules to be respected, when you call the day before to find out what time you can check in and you are told 4 p.m., it is completely different on the day of the When we arrived, we had to wait until 5:15 p.m.!!!
For an excursion scheduled to depart at 2:15 p.m., we left at 2:45 p.m.!!
- the discretion of the staff needs to be reviewed: when you have lunch next to a young waitress, she does not hesitate to criticize the customers and talk about the little disappointments of the day before with them!
Then the positive points:
- a dynamic and very friendly entertainment team
- The big strong point: the catering!!! Simple but effective products ☺️always varied and excellent menus!!!
It's not a hotel, it's rabbit cages.
The buildings are very old, very noisy and I am not talking about promiscuity. No privacy.
I'm not talking about the pool which is small, covered and the noise is just unbearable. Hardly any deckchairs to settle around the pool.
Fortunately the beach is 10 min walk.
I gave 2 stars for the room because it is renovated and clean.
Room very warm and not air conditioned and impossible to open the window given the promiscuity.
On the other hand charging 5€ per day the mini fridge (not installed on our arrival ☹️) is shameful when it is 320 outside.
The worst, is to charge 27€ for an early arrival while the reception is closed at the time of arrival are simply scandalous.
I explain: " when booking, I request arrival before 16:30 (room availability time)
They don't tell me a problem but it pays (27€). It's okay for me.
I'm told to come by 1:00."
Except that we arrive around 12:40 and there we discover that the reception is closed between 12:30 and 3:30 😱😡.
I call the reservation center and they do not know and tell me to see on site except that there is no one.
Fortunately we ran into someone passing by who kindly gave us the keys to the rabbit cage and we were finally able to land.
Obviously the fridge was not installed 🤣😡
So to summarize A FUIR!!!!!
As for the restaurant, we had full board and the meals were more than adequate with a very attentive chef. The picnic baskets are as generous as in the restaurant. The small downsides of the restaurant: the dishes are not always clean, the heat and the salty breakfast is not great.
The swimming pool is ok but very noisy and sorely lacking in deckchairs.
The location with the beach on foot is a plus.
The entertainment is quite varied with good animators with Francis and Sami at the top. On the other hand, there is a big lack of supervision from the teen facilitator (James).
The bar is great with very reasonable prices and good cocktails.
A big congratulations to the staff who were really very nice, both catering, housekeeping and bar (apart from the lady at the bar who could be a little more pleasant despite the end of the season).
Cap d'Agde is our second home that we have been visiting for... 25 years.
During work in our studio, to escape paint odors, what could be more natural than trying a stay at Azuréva located just 1.7km from us.
We knew from vacation periods spent in Métabief (Jura) and Murol (Auvergne). We appreciated the positive contacts with the Bourg-en-Bresse reservation platform, the welcome is friendly and accommodating.
We have never been disappointed.
Our studio 135 was quiet, pleasant, new, well appointed and clean.
The catering is in the average Azureva range.
I will refrain from any comments on Cap d'Agde, the good rubs shoulders with... the worst!
during certain periods. It's up to everyone to evaluate their choice...
As far as we are concerned, a very positive stay with pleasant staff.
We will not fail to recommend.
Our first Azureva experience was rather mixed in Pornichet, but I am reconciled!
The children had a blast at the clubs, a huge THANK YOU to Océane, Wendy, Mattéo and Antho who get high every day for the pleasure of the children and the parents. They are full of ideas and activities, real champions full of gentleness. TOP entertainment with Sammy the entertainer, and Francis the Marseillais... (Paris is Magic :D)
The catering is very correct, there is a huge choice of starters, several choices of hot dishes, there is something for everyone. And what a joy to eat every meal every day outside! The staff there is also very friendly. Special mention to the superb evening of July 14 :)))
The bar is very good, fair prices, very good cocktails, and a kiss to the charming Gwenn!
The only "negative" points: the lack of a few charging stations for electric vehicles which are becoming more numerous each year, some somewhat abandoned equipment (tennis court, mini golf) in which it would be worth investing. Indeed there is no air conditioning in the rooms, but we are also now used to a certain comfort, but in today's climate, we still survive with a fan :)
In short, a great holiday where you enjoy and don't have to worry about anything with full board, and we will definitely come back! It won't displease the children who didn't want to leave! THANK YOU
Obviously, there are things to review, that's normal, we can't be satisfied with everything...
In short, the stay was relaxing; comfortable beds, a functional bathroom, top-notch catering for children, (and I know what I'm talking about, many school canteens could show the same example...)
A downside to the sanitary facilities however, but here I think it was up to each of us (vacationers) to be more careful to aim for the center! It's like football!
Come on... it's pure joy, arm yourself with good convictions to develop your holiday center!
I wish you good luck, and a good end of the season!
We'll come back!
Negative points: The catering which is not at all great, the cleanliness of the plates, cutlery... and even the staff and more particularly an agent who wears a lot of jewelry and who claims that management asked him to remove them during the service and he refuses.
The entertainment, nothing corresponded to the program, with services canceled and no one told us anything.
I do not recommend this establishment.
