We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were attentive and professional throughout our stay. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, offering all the necessary comfort for a relaxing stay.
Breakfast was a real delight, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty dishes.
The Inn's location is ideal, close to the main attractions while offering a peaceful and relaxing setting. We highly recommend this Inn to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience and will definitely return on our next trip.

Hotel is located 12-15 mins drive by cab or 30 mins by direct bus to Eiffel tower. Bus 42 is just outside the hotel entrance which takes you directly to Eiffel tower which was good for our visit. There is also Porte de Cloud Metro where there are trains and other buses to all parts of paris, which is 5 mins walk away. There are loads of restaurants close by to eat food. The area surroundings looked very decent and secure considering hearing stories of some areas of paris not good with pick pocketers and mugging, this hotel is in a very good and secure location from that aspect. There are few areas that the hotel can try improve on is upgrading some of their maintenance as some of the bathroom fixtures like water pressure in shower and door wooden panels in bathroom in our room needed some work. However I would recommend this hotel for a great stay in Paris. Go for it and you wont regret.

Just stopped by the Radisson in Boulogne and really loved my stay.
It all started with Coralie at the reception, very professional and dynamic, she really puts in you in confidence this is a well run hotel. Got a room at the back (front is a bit sad). View to the gardens, very stylish. Got a room with cork flooring, very original, a bit wine themed, but also very good sound proofing.... Slept very well, very large beds.
First night had a room service was decent and international. Morning had Breakfast and that was a blow out, so good and fresh, loved it ! Then that evening had dinner in the Library behind the bar, and it was great, the staff at the bar was accommodating and responsive as I was asking for some specifics for my food.
Overall I have to say very impressed. It's a four stars so you have decent expectations, but I think facilities a OK+ but really what makes the difference is the motivation of the staff and their smiles. They have at heart to make you have a relaxing stay. I' will for sure be back (when prices are not too high....).

We booked a 3 night stay at this Radisson Blu hotel. At check in we were upgraded to a premium room by a very professional and pleasant lady called Yasmin (l think). Nothing was to much for any of the reception staff which was very much appreciated. We were always greeted with a helpful smile. The room was big and comfortable, consisting of all the amenities one would expect of a 4 star hotel. The only minor issues l found was that the lighting in the room/bathroom wasn't bright enough, hence l struggled to do my make up. Also the toilet roll and soap could have been of better quality. If your a light sleeper, perhaps request a higher floor room because you can hear the metro which must run underground beneath the hotel. We were on the third floor. We found the location good. The metro station and buses are a few minutes walk from the hotel. The metro took 15/20 mins to the Eiffel Tower and is easy to use. An all day ticket costs around €8/9 per person and you can get 2 day or 3 days passes aswell. The bus cost €2.50 pp to takes you into the city. The hotel car park costs €25 per day. We had an amazing long weekend in a beautiful city with lots to see and do. Make sure you take comfortable walking footwear.

Dear Chanadep2017, I would like to thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to learn that your stay was not up to your expectations, please accept my most sincere apologies. Regarding your comments, and as mentioned during your check-out, the doors in between the communicating rooms cannot be opened both by one of the rooms. It has to be done by each room individually. I would also like to let you know that as promised, you received the points for half free night in any Radisson one day later, as it has to be done by somebody who did not worked during the day you checked-out. Once again, I am sorry and please rest assured that all your comments will be taken into account in order to improve ourselves. I stay at your disposal and wish you a very lovely day ahead. With best regards, Sophie Pouyoune - Rooms Division Manager

Check In was good, staff were helpful. Stayed in a junior suite which was spacious. It was our only option when travelling as a family of 4. Sofa bed was very squeaky and quite uncomfortable for an adult but the kids managed. Main bedroom was very spacious. Bathroom was not so good. Sink would drain very slowly and the shower was useless. Despite the maintenance person fixing the shower adjustment the water pressure was ridiculous. All 4 of us were unable to take a shower during our stay. At 300 euro for the night I didn't think this was reasonable. No manager available to discuss with, was charged full rate and then have to discuss any remuneration with them via email after the stay. Breakfast was good although quite a lot of fruit flies.

I was invited to a seminar. The room is very pleasant. The snacks served during breaks are a treat. The meals served are very good. As for my room, it was comfortable, there is nothing too much but nothing is missing. In the evening we were able to enjoy the lounge, the atmosphere was cozy and although there were people there it was not noisy. When I returned to my room I spoke to Coralie who was charming.
Throughout our stay I noticed that all the staff were attentive to our slightest needs. Ninon, who was apparently in charge of our group, was very present and orchestrated it all brilliantly.

Very poor. Soundproofing of atrocious windows, you can hear outside as if the windows were open. Medium bedding and breakfast too expensive to eat cold eggs and medium croissants. Value for money very bad. I would not recommend this hotel. You find much better elsewhere

We spent one night in Paris on either end of our trip to France with our daughter. The hotel communicated with me prior to arrival to ensure we had a rollaway bed in the room for us. We ended up in the same room for both stays, and it was a very nice high floor room with an Eiffel Tower (although at a long distance) view.
Bed comfortable and room clean, even the rollaway was comfortable. The shower had a bit of a hard time keeping the water the same temperature, but nothing scalding or freezing. On the first stay we couldn't get thermostat to kick on AC and it got warm, but on second stay it worked fine.
Staff were very kind and welcoming. Accommodating for the handful of requests we had.
Also the hallways had a delicious peach scent!
Location is super easy walk from Metro station, even with two pieces of rolling luggage. A couple of staircases but nothing too hard. Places to eat all around.
I believe we received a welcome amenity as a Radisson Rewards Gold member of a bottle of still and sparkling water (or maybe it's everyone?). They playfully teased me when we used our IHG card for incidentals, but the Radisson card has a 3% Intl fee! We all shared a laugh.

Worst hotel service ever. I booked my weeklong stay a **full year** out because of the Olympics in Paris next summer, and they canceled my stay four months after booking with no explanation. After calling multiple times (international charges at that) and emailing several times over the course of a week, I finally got a response. My room is no longer available because they booked it out already after canceling me, but I’m welcome to book a much smaller room at roughly the same price. Gee, how generous. Wound up going with a much nicer two-bedroom place in a more central district (15th arr), but am warning other travelers to stay away from this hotel. I travel roughly 100 days a year and have never experienced anything like this. Can’t say I’ll be opting to stay at a Radisson Blu again in the future.
