Location of the hotel was good - about 15 minutes walk to the tram, 10 minutes walk to a large supermarket, just 5 minutes to a pastry shop & few restaurants just next to the hotel. We chose the hotel because of onsite parking. Caught the tram into Bordeaux which was around 40 minutes but still much better than driving around and looking for a parking spot.Â
The room was very clean, functional & spacious. The kitchenette had adequate basic utensils to warm up meals. The receptionist at check-in was very friendly, answered a lot of questions & had good English. The hotel also had a laundry onsite €4 for a load of washing, €1 for drying & €1 for washing powder. Since we stayed for 5 nights our room received a quick service on a daily basis - towel replacement and rubbish removal.

Stayed here for a few days on a very warm October week, so the air con was welcome. Room was very clean and bright. Lots of windows. Electric blinds fitted, so not bother by outside lighting at night. Problem was that on occasion they had a mind of their own and would just open or close on their own. Never at night thank goodness. Room well equipped and staff friendly and helpful. Point knocked off because of a problem we had, but it was quickly remedied. Will stay again.

Stopped off here on a trip from the UK to Portugal. The staff were lovely, kind and helpful. The suite was clean, as described and the beds were comfy.
Not sure if it's an ideal base to explore Bordeaux as we arrived and left within 12 hrs.

My daughter and I rented this hotel because my daughter is studying at the University and this hotel is close to campus. But the apartment is not like in the picture. Firstly, we have a very dirty bathroom, with fungus on the wall, the furniture is old. Cleaning is not carried out every day, as in different apart-hotels in different countries, including France. We have to pay for cleaning! We don't have fresh towels, toilet paper, cleansers. We were told that we even have to take out the garbage ourselves! This is the first time we have come across such a situation.

I’m not sure if I stayed in the same hotel. There is section A and section B. I was staying in section B and this is very uncomfortable.
It’s dated and the room is not nice at all. The bed is very uncomfortable and noisy. If you want to have fun with your wife they will wake up in the center of Bordeaux.
It’s not expensive, but pictures and other reviews are misleading.

Stayed there for almost a week, and my colleague and I really liked how quiet is there. Breakfast was very good. Apartment was spacious and clean. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Tram and bus stations are also very close.

Perfect for a stopover, very close to our route and so comfortable with everything we could possibly require in the room. Shops and restaurants close by, easy walk or drive. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Appart Hotel, ie serviced apartments. Kitchenette in room, lots of space for a bit of cooking, everything you need is supplied. Reception very helpful. Supermarket, shopping centre, McDs and KFC just 5 min walk away. Tram stop 10 min walk, there is a bus which leaves from right outside though! Takes about 30 mins to get into Bordeaux.
PS If you miss check in (closes at 10.30, although hotel is locked at 11) they will put your key in a safe box round the back for you.

The rooom was spotless and quite large, with new mini-kitchen. The bathroom was spacious and had an immense shower, so large that I expect it would work as a roll-in shower for travellers in a wheelchair.
Although close to the highway, I slept every night with the window open and never got woken up. The staff were friendly, the wifi good and the check in and out smooth and simple.
Frankly if you are looking for a solution where you can actually feel like a human and not stay in yet another hotel, this is a great idea. I noticed that there was a fair distribution of guests - many professionals, some tourists passing through on their way south, and some short term business visitors. This provides for a good atmosphere and it doesn't feel to "tomb like" as many appart-hotels can do.
I have bookd it again for another 2 triips, so you could say I am convinced. Bear in mind the neighborhood has an Ibis, a Holiday Inn and a Premiere Classe all within walking distance, and you can see I am impressed by this property.
