A very pleasant and friendly team, whether at reception, in the restaurant or at breakfast. The breakfast is really well stocked, refilled throughout the service until the last moment (10 a.m., even during the week). Service at the restaurant (table d'elle l arte) pleasant, good meal, service until 10 p.m. I agree with the other opinions just on the decor of the rooms and common areas of the hotel: it is shabby and a little outdated..... As for the noise, when the windows are closed, you can no longer hear the ring road at all, however. close. We will come back, because what is important to us is not the color of the carpet, but everything else😊

Very good hotel. Nice comfortable room with good bathroom and a quiet night. Breakfast was a supplement and worth it. The Italian restaurant was too expensive for the average quality but ofcourse convenient when you arrive late. Excellent reception desk

Brilliant location, close to the motorway, quiet, noise-wise which we really appreciate. Very clean, nicely sized room at a fair price for comfort.
Breakfast is available, good value, but very disappointed about dinner. We have used it for the last 14 years and used to have a good dinner but now unfortunately only pizzas and pasta are available as the main meals.

I picked up my room Saturday, July 20, 2024 in the early afternoon, I dropped my things at the room before leaving. When I returned that evening, the room had been completely emptied, all my personal belongings were gone! I had to pick up my things in bulk and drip at the front desk... It seems there was an error with the housekeeping service, they got the wrong room and reversed with another room that had just been returned. The cleaning staff believed that the business had been "forgotten" by the previous guest. Strange as it may seem, they decided to empty everything without prior checking.
I tried to negotiate with the assistant manager of the hotel (Elodie Cantin) hoping to get compensation and pay only one night instead of 2, but this was refused. They only offered me a simple subscription to their loyalty program ALL by crediting me points to compensate me, which I am not interested in.

We had a fantastic couple of nights at this hotel. Receptionist was excellent and kindly changed our room from a double to a twin with no fuss. We ate in the Delarte Restaurant both nights (the second by accident - but that is a long story!!). The food was excellent and served with a smile. Special thanks to the Delarte manager, Vilay, who squeezed us in very late on our second night, her assistant Killian and his impecable English and the two cheerful, helpful waiting staff, Romaine and Elodie. We would highly recommend this Ibis. It is one of the older ones but recently refurbished, within sight of, and 2 minutes from, the Auroroute so easy to find after a long drive. 10 minutes walk from the tram station - which gets you to the heart of Bordeaux in about 30 minutes - no grinding driving or exasperating hunt for a parking space!!

I’m not one to write reviews normally but as you walk into the hotel room the smell of ciggerates is disgusting in not one but two hotel rooms, everything is damp including the bed and the sheets and the towels crunch when you move them and covered in dirty black stains.
The shower head didn’t hold up so you can only shower if your about 3 ft tall, with no choice of cold water to brush your teeth from. The toilet is squashed in to a corner of the room that makes you feel claustrophobic woth your knees pushed into the wall infront. Also the air con is almost non existent. And you wake up feeling like you’ve not breathed all night.
We had two rooms booked and didn’t know which one was worse.

Accor hotel regular, I am extremely disappointed by my stay at the Ibis hotel during my transit. This property does not even deserve to be compared to an Ibis Budget, let alone a standard Ibis.
Chamber: I booked a triple room where the air conditioning was not working, making the night very uncomfortable.
Crib: The crib was a simple drawer that creaked with every movement, disturbing my child's sleep.
Cleanliness: The carpet of the room was in a dismal state, without a square centimeter without stains.
Comfort of the adult bed: Only positive, the comfort of the adult bed was correct.
I strongly advise against this hotel for those looking for a minimum of comfort and cleanliness.

I arrived at 20.30hrs when it was 3 degrees outside temperature and discovered my room heating was turned off and had not been turned on for my arrival.
I turned the heating on and set it to 30 degrees and it made no difference whatsoever. The heating remained on all night but the room was still cold in the morning.
The room was exceptionally cold and I had to sleep with additional layers of clothing to try to keep warm, and obviously I did not sleep well.
I did not complain to reception as I had had a long drive and just wanted to sleep.
In the morning I waited to speak to someone at reception but it was obvious I would wait a long time and I was short of time, so I had breakfast and departed for an early morning appointment.
I can only comment on my room and breakfast and that's why I have given one star.
Extremely disappointed.

Very friendly, smiling team.
Excellent breakfast
But the rooms have cold showers like the one I took! You can choose between cold or hot water, it may be a Norwegian concept lol 🤣
One light out of two in the bathroom works, no toilet brush although already reported during a previous visit. The toilets are so low that an elderly person gets stuck 😂 or you are 8 years old, protection of the extra bed which is held with tape. Having been coming for several years, I have seen the hotel deteriorate from year to year. It's a shame.

hotel consistent with the chain. pleasant breakfast room. Large parking lot but watch out for holes on the access road and parking lot which can damage your car. Pleasant staff in the evening and at breakfast. On the other hand, very bad experience on 08/09 in the morning: I asked for an invoice showing "dinner" and not "expenses" so that my client's accounting would reimburse me...the young girl at reception had no obviously don't want to find a solution...this is confirmed I have not received a new invoice. No problem there are other IBIS in the area for my next stay
