This hotel is sharing facilities with a thalassotherapy centre. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Large rooms well cleaned. Very good breakfast buffet. A bit remote from Arcachon downtown but in a quiet area and you can rent bycicle at the reception desk. Bring boxer swimming suit and swimming cap as they don't accept others. byccil

This hotel was not for us, so we left early. We were hoping for/ expecting ‘sun in the fun’ vibes but there was no sun, limited fun and the vibe was ‘retired guest’. No atmosphere for a holiday.
We didn’t have a car either and found the hotel to be quite isolated - buses infrequent and stopped at 20.05, and taxis only seemed to be private limousines ( rather than taxi firms) and as such expensive for short journeys.
There was a guard in the indoor pool to make sure men didn’t wear swim shorts, which was both ridiculous and a little sexist, and not uniformly enforced either, leading to unfairness to according to who happened to be on duty.
The room itself was big and clean but given that it felt like our experience at the hotel was one we had to endure rather than enjoy we left, because life is too short to be miserable and trapped!

A nice break in a very nice hotel. The half-board option is well thought out, the rooms are large and the beds are TOP. The SPA part is very pleasant and Arcachon is not far away for outings if necessary. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Very nice hotel located in Arcachon in the middle of the pine forest. The places are decorated with care and cleanliness is required everywhere. We really appreciated the thalassotherapy area and the restaurant. The staff as a whole is welcoming and smiling and allowed us to spend a relaxing and pleasant weekend.

Very nice establishment. Large parking lot. The suite with terrace and jacuzzi was splendid....Very large suite, beautiful decoration, very comfortable and cozy.
