Our logde looks directly up at the the forested mountains within the Maungatautari Ecological Island, a 3500 hectare pest free scenic reserve. We usually do a dinner, bed and breakfast option. All our meals are served buffet style with plenty of options for everyone.

Sandy and Paul are great hosts. Setting is very peaceful with stunning views. Food delicious and plentiful. Loved sitting outside outside on patio for breakfast and being encouraged to pick grapes from the vine overhead! Rooms comfortable and very clean. Great to be able to store bikes outside our rooms. Definitely recommend a visit

We stayed here for two nights, and had a great stay. Paul and Sandy are very friendly and helpful. The cafe/restaurant is lovely, with a fantastic garden for alfresco dining, and the dinner was very tasty. The room was quiet and comfortable.
