Our first time as a family of 5 to Nana Golden Beach, we had read the many wonderful reviews here and couldn’t wait to see if they were really true - and we were not disappointed!

Everything about this hotel is luxury, the food was delicious; so varied for the more adventurous eater but some staple meals, gyros, stone baked pizza, fries, plain pasta for the more conservative. Amazing selection of desserts every day, children loved the ice cream bar. The staff can’t do enough for you, so very friendly and kind. All fantastic with children, ours loved going to the swim up pool bar to get a Mickey Mouse mocktail! Bingo around the pool was fun for adults and children, the evening entertainment gave us a great laugh every night.

The complex is very clean and well maintained. We did encounter a small issue with a blocked shower in one of our rooms but maintenance came to resolve immediately. The waterpark was great fun, it isn’t huge but has a great selection of waterslides. The waffles at the snack bar were the best!

The hotel has its own beach which is so perfect, shallow clear water for children to safely play, lots of little fish to see if you like to snorkel. Kayaks and pedalos were just sitting on the beach ready to be taken out for 30 mins at a time absolutely free! Jet skis also looked lots of fun for the more daring.

There is a very well stocked mini market shop in the centre of the complex if there’s anything you might need or have forgotten; medicines, souvenirs, swimwear, buckets and spades, sweets, and all pretty reasonably priced.

I honestly hope I’m lucky enough to see Nana Golden Beach again! 🇬🇷 thank you for a wonderful week! X

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday and had a super time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was newly renovated with excellent air conditioning and bathroom. There wasn't a seating area, but had a double length balcony. Minor issues with the lighting but quickly fixed... If you have a problem with your room give them an opportunity to fix it rather them sit on the problem until you write a review!!

We found ALL the staff except one to be very friendly. I'm not going to name and shame as in the scheme of things it didn't matter.

For various reasons for dinner and breakfast we preferred the restaurant by the beach, it is smaller but being by the sea was lovely. Not all the food was to our taste and may have suited the hotel's Russian and German guests more, however we always found something we liked. Would have liked to have seen some seafood. Remember all-inclusive food is mostly going to be buffet style, it does take a few days to get used to the movement of traffic, although I will never understand why people allowed small children to wonder round having hot drinks/food being passed over their heads! Special shout out to the 'egg' guy in the beach restaurant.

We enjoyed the A La Carte restaurants, you will have read the reviews and been told by reception on check-in you can book them at the top restaurant 12.30 everyday. Just book them all up at once it was no problem. The trouser policy wasn't enforced, it wouldn't have impacted my family anyway, I think they are just grateful to have guests.

The Cretian village feel was lovely, super landscaping, nice pools, we always got sunbeds and parasols around 9 no problem but we are not ones for lying in.

Cons:
There is no one tidying the pool areas during the day.
No waiter service for any drinks except wine or beer in restaurants.
The queues for the beach bar can be long in the evening, the hotel isn't cheap and queuing for a drink made me think would I prefer non all-inclusive but get served my drink.
We didn't use the kids club but the facilities looked fab, other entertainment seemed very quiet, we weren't bothered but if you are expecting a place rocking this is not the place for you., definitely a family resort.

Overall, if you take into account my comments above I would recommend the hotel. Thank you for a lovely time.

The satisfaction of our guests is our highest aim and indeed we highly appreciate, if a guest lets us know, when something is not as it should be and gives us the chance to react right on the spot. A hotel is a "living object", in the daily operation always can occur minor or also bigger issues - we are here to solve them with pleasure. Thank you as well for your remarks, which with pleasure we will follow up within the bounds of our facilities. To clean the pool areas during the day it a bit difficult when guests are enjoying the sun there. We don't want to disturb them, that's why we do the daily cleaning in the evening and/ or in the morning. Of course, when during the day bigger pollutions occur, they are removed on the spot. Our colleagues at the bars do their best to serve our guests as fast as possible and to avoid waiting times, but in peak times it does not always work out. We can only ask our guests for excusion and comprehension in these situations. Kindly note that self service is quite common in All Inclusive hotels. It's a pity that you did not use our new kid's club, but nice to see that you liked it. This year we are a bit limited with entertainment, as there are some rules from our government which we have to respect for the health and safety of our guests and staff, but our team gives his best to keep our guests entertained, if they want to. In addition, we offer live music on a regularely base. Dear Mrs. Sara, it was a pleasure to welcome you and your family and we hope to see you again, whenever you return to Crete! We really enjoyed this hotel. The beach has really nice sand and there are plenty of activities like diving and watersports. Rooms with seaview are definitely worth it, and the staff seemed very attentive to covid cleaning and protection. Only problem was that holiday was too short 😀

I am Totally Baffled that this Hotel is getting 5 Star Ratings on Trip Advisor, I am struggling to understand what this is being measured against ? Could it be Butlins!

Upon arrival at the Hotel, you are not meet with a friendly welcome, in fact some of the Reception Staff are extremely rude. Normally in 5 Star Resorts I have previously stayed at, you are met with a warm welcome, refreshment etc., we where told our room was not yet ready, which is fair enough, but then told we could only use the Al a Carte 3 times throughout our 11 night stay. Not what is advertised when booking the holiday.

In regards to the Buffet Restaurants, unfortunately this is like feeding time at London Zoo, it is utter chaos and not an enjoyable experience. Also the food is no way worthy of a 5 Star establishment, for example at lunchtimes, you have a choice of one item from the grill, which is pork every day, they do have a pizza oven, but out of the 11 days, pizza was put out on 3 days only. The rest of the buffet normally consists of Meatballs, Rabbit Stew, Cheese Pastry Pie, Stewed Fish and Chips. (Hardly 5 Star dining). You also have the other option of the snack bars, which consist of Burger, Hot Dog, Waffles, Chips, not something you would want to eat every day or is something that I would class as 5 Star Dining.

In regards to the waitress service in the bars and swimming pools, this is Non-Existent, you have to queue every time you want a drink, sometimes waiting 20 minutes or so, if the queues are bad. Once you receive the drinks they are pretty bad, for example if you order a G&T they put so much Gin in the glass it tastes disgusting so you have to queue again just to get some tonic.
Also just to note the Minibar, this is for soft drinks only.

It appears that any reviews which the Hotel deemed to be negative, they are always quick to blame everything on Covid, which I think is unreasonable considering the following:-
Waitress service should be in place to stop people queuing continually in mass at the bars.
Upon entering the restaurants a member of staff should be there to give you sanitiser and direct you to a table, rather than a free for all.

In fairness the rooms themselves are lovely, the complex is very nice, the Al a Carte restaurants are a treat in allowing you to get away from the madness of the Buffet.

In my opinion I think the hotel is understaffed and I think the staff are being put under unnecessary pressure by the management. The food and service is no way worthy of a 5 star hotel.

I also could not agree more with the comments made by Hayley1952 and Pinklucy4891.

Please allow us to inform, that our staff is working very hard and does his best to avoid waiting times and queues. We are urgentely looking for more staff since the day it was decided, if, how and when we can reopen, but unfortunately as in other countries as well since Covid 19 it's really not easy to find good staff in the hospitality sector. In normal times, especially in main season we always had also trainees from hotel schools or tourism academies to help out, but a job in tourism has become unpopular for young people in these times, just very few decide to spend their future in the hospitality or tourism sector. Before Covid 19 a job in the hospitality sector was a save job, but this has changed, therefore in general many people turned away to other businesses. Thanks god we are in the lucky position to have many experienced colleagues, who are working with us since many years, but indeed we are looking intensively for more helping hands and ask you kindly to excuse the mentioned inconveniences. Please understand, that for safety reasons we cannot provide glasses in the pool- and beach area. Kindly note as well, that the 4 A la Carte restaurants, which we have in addition to our 2 Buffet restaurants can be booked as announced in all hotel descriptions and on our website depending on the availability. In normal times it nearly always worked out, but this year, which is our first year since Covid that the hotel is open again, we also experience, that the request for our A la Carte restaurants is much higher than in normal years. We do our best to allow as many guests as possible to dine in our A la Carte restaurants. For next season we already planning to add 2 more A la Carte restaurants in order to solve the situation. From entering the hotel it was not the best experience,no welcome and the process of checking everyone in was unnecessarily long. Once we eventually checked in we then had to wait a long time for a buggy to take us and our luggage to our room. There was only one buggy running and there were quite a few of us needing transport to our rooms .
The room was very modern and bright. We had a pool view with terrace although we could not see the pool due to the height of the foliage outside the terrace.
The hotel is well laid out with a number of pools each has bar and snack menu.
Sadly the food was very disappointing we ate in the main restaurant and found the food very bland. There didn’t seem to be any theme to the food offered. I think we may have been spoilt by other all inclusive hotels in the past as this one was a real disappointment. Some of the Buffett food containers were often empty as no one appeared to be refreshing these.The food was occasionally not hot and was lacking in flavour.
I personally feel the restaurant is not big enough for the number of guests and they could use more staff.
The standard of cleaning in the room was average , sometimes we received fresh towels sometimes not. Our mini bar was never refilled even with water. The room has a kettle but our room was only given one coffee sachet and one milk and that was on our last day. We supplied ourselves with supplies from the pool bar.
The evening bar service is a joke, most evenings in the main bar you had to queue for at least 15 -30 minutes to get served.
Entertainment is very poor I would expect there to be entertainment every night but this is not the case at this hotel. There were 2 nights in the main bar when the music was reasonable. On the Saturday the music was so bad people were leaving in droves. The only plus was you could get a drink without the queue.
There are numerous bars on the complex but not all of them are open in the evening which puts pressure on those that are open.
We did try to book for some of the alacarte restaurants but they were all fully booked so I cannot comment on any of these.
One plus is WiFi is free throughout the hotel.
We were looking forward to this holiday as it’s our first since Covid but sadly this hotel was a disappointment.

we had originally planned to go to the mainland, so this was a rebook due to covid swayed by the good trip advisor reviews. To summarise, hotel is not 5 star, 4 at best. Rooms are good, new but the usb sockets don’t work and TV had no ability to cast, couldn’t book restaurants even though tv showed facility for it, had to go at a certain time to a location to book which was inconvenient. Food in the restaurants was poor and with little rotation, couldn’t get booked into the al la carte restaurants, they only cater for 10% of the hotel population. Snack bars were good, special mention to Stella on the kids pool who was nothing but the epitome of what good service looks like. Drinks were ok, bar men at the top bar and Tony on the pool bar were excellent. General feedback is that there is not enough staff in, particularly entertainment and the bottom pool bar, queuing for 30 mins for every drink, hotel was sleepy, not enough music or entertainment. A couple of nights we went looking for the good music and it was in the sister hotel next door! No wifi in the room and have to pay, also need a separate login for every device so looking at e160 for family of 4 with teenagers. Reception staff all women extremely rude, had to wait for everything until they were ready just not what you expect from a luxury 5 star hotel where customers should come first. First night evening restaurant cats were eating off leftover food on the tables. Wouldn’t revisit.

It's nice to see that you liked the style of your freshly renovated room, but we are really sorry to hear about the technical issues. Can you please let us know your room number by private message in order to check your room and to fix it? If you don't remember the room number, we are also fine with your complete name. But we want to avoid that future guests experience the same inconveniences. Our 4 A la Carte restaurants can be booked 1x per week each depending on the availability and we are really trying our best in order to let as many guests as possible enjoy them. Unfortunately sometimes it happens, that guests forget about their reservation or just don't show up - without cancellation. We kindly ask our guests to let us know, when they changed their dining plans in order to be able to give these seats to other guests. Thank you for your kind words concerning our snack bars, which we have upraded for this season. With pleasure we will share your kind words with the mentioned colleagues, who will be very happy about it. As we are still in a pandemic situation, we have to follow some rules from our government for the protection of our guests and staff. This affects as well our entertainment, but we are doing our best in accordance with the current rules and ask you for your kind comprehension. Our colleagues at the bars are working very hard and they try to avoid waiting times and to serve our guests as fast as possible, but in peak times it's not always to avoid. We are trying to find more staff, but as everywhere, since Corona it's not easy. The local infrastructure until now does not allow us to provide free Wifi in a good quality to all our guests. The hotel area is too big, the structure of a Cretan village and the thick walls make it really difficult to receive a good WiFi. It would not make sense to offer free WiFi, but it's not working properly. Therefore we work with WiFi Cards of an external supplier, 1 week costs € 40,-. In order to avoid disappointments and not to raise false expectations, in each hotel description of the touroperators and on our website as well we inform about these circumstances. Of course the WiFi should work in each room, therefore we kindly ask you to let us know your room number in order to check. The friendliness of our staff usually is praised a lot by our guests and most of our colleagues are working with us since many years. In busy times, e.g. during big arrivals or departures in a hotel of our size certain waiting times can't always be avoided and of course our guests always come first. We accept your personal opinion, but we don't really have an explanation for it. Concerning the cats please allow us to inform, that the cats belong to Crete like sun, sea, olives, dakos and raki. They live here wild and they go where they want to. Of course we are not amused when they come to our restaurants, but that's hard to avoid. We kindly ask our guests not to feed them in order to keep them away. They find enough food in the nature and human's food can harm them. Here on the island are many animal welfare organizations, who take care to neuter as many strays as possible. We will have an eye on the situation and search for help in a local shelter if needed. Arrived at 5am and checked in, was efficient and friendly.

Pros:
Considering the size of the hotel, it is well maintained and spotless. Rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels and the mini bar is restocked (soft drinks only). Also there is tea/coffee facilities in the rooms.

Rooms are modern and fresh looking.

Self service restaurant by the pool is very popular with families with small children due to the locality. However, there is very LIMITED choice of food and snacks. The food is far more edible than in the main underground restaurant.

Cons:

Food in the main restaurant is barely edible, considering the hotel is a five star all inclusive hotel.
The food choices are extremely repetitive and the hot food was either just tepid or completely cold.

The main restaurant is not self service, the food is behind screens and you need to ask for your food to be plated.
The food servers are extremely unhelpful with disgusting attitudes. Their roles are to serve the customer, if they don’t can’t be pleasant, then they shouldn’t work in this environment.

Most are reluctant to serve bigger portions for hungry appetites, this was noticed more so on the fruit and breakfast cereal counter, this server shouldn’t work in customer faced environment, her manner is disgusting.

However, the waitresses were full of joy and more than happy to serve you, certainly service with a smile.

The quality of the red wine was cheap and left a nasty taste on your palate. Even the wine in the Italian restaurant which we were lucky enough to get in was also cheap tasting.

Trying to book in the any of the a la carte restaurants is a task in its self and almost impossible. Basically, the capacity in the restaurants are far smaller than the demand.

It is stipulated that men must wear long trousers in ALL the restaurants, this is far from reality. Most guests do make the effort to look reasonably dressed, unfortunately there will always be a minority who just come straight to the restaurant from the pool/beach in swim attire. This should be mandated by the maitre d, but a blind eye is clearly turned.

This is a family resort, do not be fooled by the five star premium resort. If you want a relaxing holiday do NOT book this hotel. Yes, it is a family resort but the high volumes of noise and chaos in the main restaurant and around the hotel is like being in a cattle market. Children running round and screaming at the top of their voices, yes they are on holiday but so is everyone else.

Best place to sunbath is on the front by the sea, it’s peaceful and tranquil providing you are far enough away from the dreadful beatbox of the entertainers music by the pool.

Best part of our holiday, is going home to a peaceful house and looking forward to having something nice to eat and a decent glass of red.

We are pleased to see, that in general you like our completely renovated family friendly "Cretan village", which in all booking channels is clearly described as such. On the other hand, we feel very sorry for not having fulfilled your personal expectations in all points. We will follow up your suggestions within the bounds of our facilities, but please allow us a few remarks as well. A hotel of our size also needs a main restaurant with the appropriate capacities. Unfortunately, certain side effects are inevitable, even if we are already thinking about better soundproofing. In the past, there were sometimes bottlenecks and waiting times for our guests in our former main restaurant, which is why we decided to build a new, larger main restaurant. In addition, in winter we added 3 more a la carte restaurants to the 4 existing ones. These can be booked depending on the availability. During the day and in the evening there are definitely alternatives to the main restaurant. Since 31.05. we offer as well a slightly limited breakfast buffet in "La Pergola" at the main pool every day from 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., which also offers a lot of choice. For hyginical reasons, we prefer to serve our guests at the main buffet and most guests highly appreciate this. For this year we have eased our dresscode a little bit, as many guests were asking us to do so. Guests are kindly requested to ensure that they are appropriately dressed in all restaurants and bars during the evening. Nana Golden Beach offers a relaxing atmosphere, however we do like to keep a certain standard for dinner. Whilst a suit and tie is certainly not compulsory, please be aware that any kind of sports or beachwear are not be allowed in any of our restaurants for dinner. Gentlemen must wear long trousers or elegant bermudas in all restaurants and bars. For safety reasons, shoes must be worn in all bars and restaurants. Please let us informas well, that Nana Golden Beach is a resort, which thanks to its architecture and size, offered facilities and services for all types of vacationers (family, couples, singles etc.) is certified as a five star resort by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels. In this way, our hotel meets all the necessary criteria so as to be considered as a five stars resort on a European scale. We stayed at the nana golden beach for the October half term ,we had a truly amazing time here,
.First impressions were very good it’s spotlessly clean
The rooms are very modern with a large 49 inch t/v comfortable beds ,large shower area, there are complementary toiletries, tea,coffeee mini bar with soft drinks water and beer.
The grounds are also kept very neat and tidy, even at night time everywhere is lit up .
The hotel is right on the beach and has a nice little coved area which is safe for children, you can hire pedalos and ,jet skis This resort caters for all ages ,what I found really useful was around every pool area there was always something you could eat and drink (and there were toilets and showers )it has been designed to cater for most people .Outside of the hotel you can catch the local bus which costs around 1.60euros
There are four a la carte restaurants on site , we did try the Greek,Asian and the Poseidon all of these were good but the Poseidon was our favourite.(At every restaurant you will find hand sanitizer and plastic gloves )
I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff who work so hard to make your stay here a memorable one and i would especially like to thank Alexandra who sorted a couple of issues which we experienced.
The kids club was also brilliant we had our 8year old granddaughter with us and she loved every minute of it .The evening entertainment was a little hit and Miss but the animation team still tried there best .Veronica was so good with the kids
The weather for this time of year wasn’t brilliant but the hotel made up for that ,we loved every minute of our ten night stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone we cannot wait to go back
The only negive is all room have double beds or sofa beds (no twin beds available)☹️

What a great hotel. Let me start by saying I will be staying here again in the future.

Check-in, was a little strange, we were handed a bit of paper to fill out our info (although if you download the Nana Beach App, you can do all this pre arrival) We were taken promptly to our rooms (after paying the Greek tourism tax of €20 per person)

The room itself was lovely. Very spacious with a lovely great big shower. The only thing missing is an iron. Really could of done with one especially if you dress up for the ala carte restaurants. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, but are fridge was never filled up till our last day.

The pools are lovely. Be warned they are not heated, but are fine in the hot summer months. You will have to use a towel to reserve your lounger I’m afraid as if you don’t, all the loungers were “reserved” by 10am.

The food was good. Nothing really wrong with the buffet hall, could of done with some themed nights, but that just preference. We did two ala carte restaurants, our favourite was the Asian, really great service and food. The Italian however was a different experience, shame really. As for the bars, no one ever waits 30mins, those comments are utter rubbish, max wait of 10mins. Premium spirits and the cocktails were great. At this point I must mention “Katrina” at the smaller pool bar. That girls is amazing, she never stops, would happily give her a job! The swim up bar is always busy, but again, 10mins max wait, could do with an extra team member on that bar.

The entertainment was good, not too in your face. The team don’t come round to “sign you up” for every activity going, but their is loads to do, if you wanted. We made use of the water sports, can highly recommend the jet skis.

Like every establishment at the moment, they are in need of a few more staff members, but honestly, this didn’t affect our holiday in the slightest.

We loved it here.

Please allow us to inform, that on our pools, at the beach and at the sunbathing platforms along the entire coastline we have far more sunbeds and umbrellas than we can maximum allocate guests in our rooms. Not only, that we inform with clear signs that reservation of sunbeds is not allowed - it's also not needed, as we really have enough space. Recommending to future guests not to respect out hotel rules and to reserve sunbeds just leads to the unpleasent situation you describe and which nobody likes. Kindly note that in case we would collect towels from reserved sunbeds, they have to be washed and dried before handing them out again to our guests and they would be missing for a while. So we kindly remind our guests to behave in a considerate way and to respect our rules. Usually we have such issues only in July/ August and not often, but this season everything is a bit different. Nice enough but wouldn’t recommend to other couples.

Understaffed; pool bar only had 1 person serving all day, he did a good job but needs help. All restaurants only had 2 members of staff meaning things were often forgotten, orders messed up, long wait times. The staff were helpful but simply not enough of them to provide a good service

Average food; the buffet food was often cold but ok. The a la carte restaurants were average at best. Our best meals were all offsite when we went into the local towns. This food is good for family’s I guess but as an adult couple it was disappointing

Room appliances: despite saying that men need to wear trousers and shirts, the room does not come with an iron. They only offer a paid ironing service which requires 48 hours notice and will not give you a iron for your room. I’ve been to travel lodges which offer an iron as minimum, this was really unexpected and disappointing from a 5* hotel. If you plan on blow drying your hair I would take your own hairdryer - the one in the room is attached to the inside of a draw with little give.

Our tv didn’t work for the entirety of our stay - we asked for it to be fixed 3 times and each time it just had a different problem instead

Facilities unavailable; the gym doesn’t open until 10am even though it is advertised as 8am - far too late for a gym to open in our opinion. On our first day we were told it was fully booked right up until the day before we left. There was no table tennis as advertised

Sun bed hogging; in true European style, unless you get up early to reserve a sun bed then you won’t get one

Restaurant reservations; the online service to book a table does not work so you have to queue for an hour to book with the reservations manager. Again, understaffed. One man there to arrange restaurant reservations for all

Of course we are pleased to see, that you liked our completely renovated "Cretan village", which since always has been a very family friendly hotel and is also clearly described as family friendly, with a lot of option and facilities for our youngest guests. Of course guests without children also find relaxation, for example on the sunbathing platforms along the coastline, but especially in summer holidays we have many families with children as guests and we highly appreciate this. Our service staff is working very hard and does his best to avoid waiting times. We are urgentely looking for more staff since the season began, but unfortunately as in other countries as well since Covid 19 it's really not easy to find good staff in the hospitality sector. Before Covid 19 a job in the hospitality sector was a save job, but this has changed, therefore in general many people turned away to other businesses. Thanks god we are in the lucky position to have many experienced colleagues, who are working with us since many years, but indeed we are looking for more helping hands and ask you kindly to excuse the mentioned inconveniences. Our food usually is praised a lot by our guests, especially in our A la Carte restaurants. Of course we recpect your personal opinion and will have an eye on the temperatures at the buffet. Kindly note, that an iron in the room is not promised anywhere and cannot be expected. For fire protection reasons we are not allowed to provide irons in the rooms, but we offer laundry and ironing service against a small charge, if needed. Please understand, that in hotels it's quite common that the hairdryer is attached somehow. Your remarks conderning the TV will be followed up, we are sorry for the inconveneinces. Please understand, that we have to follow some rules and regulation from our government due to the pandemic situation we unfortunately are still in. One of these regulations is, that we have to limit the number of guests who are using the gym at the same time. That's why currently a reservation is needed. We regret that you did not get a slot in the gym. Please allow us to add, that we have more than enough sunbeds at our pools, at the beach and on our sunbathing platforms along the coastline. Reservation is not needed and also not allowed. Unfortunately somtimes and especially in main season it happens, that guests do not respect our rules and reserve anyhow, which leads to the unlucky situation you describe. There's not much we can do about it, removing the towels and personal belongings from reserved sundbeds would bring us in heavy trouble. We just can remember our guests to behave in a considerate way and to respect all the signs around the pools, which clearly inform that sunbed reservation is not allowed. Our 4 A la Carte restaurants can be booked depending on availability. Please understand, that in main season with high occupancy it can happen that they book up quickly. Frankly said the A la Carte restaurants never have been so highly requested like this year - we assume that this is due to Covid, as many guests prefer A la Carte in smaller restaurants instead of the buffet in the main restaurant. For the future we think about limiting the weekly possibilities to reserve them on order to be able to allow more guests a reservation. For the mentioned inconveniences we ask you kindly to accept our apologies. Dear Mrs. Katie, we have many guests who are returning year by year, who recommend us to their friends and families and who enjoy the unique and familiar atmosphere of Nana Golden Beach. If a guest is not happy with something, we do our best to satisfy him. Of course we accept your opinion, but frankly said we think that we are just not the right hotel for your personal needs and expectations and we have to accept this. We sent a message ahead of time to request a bath instead of a shower, which the hotel accommodated with no issue. We travelled early in the season when they were not at max occupancy, so I guess they may have had more availability to choose from at that point, put the staff were very helpful.
