Using a long weekend to get away with the family, we decided to book this place to escape the crowd of Phuket. In this regard, it was certainly a success as upon check in we were told there were only 2 other rooms booked for these 2 nights. A mere 5% occupancy ! First impression

The hotel is definitely amazing and beautiful, perfect place for vacations. The staff is really nice and the breakfast that is included offers great international and local options. The fee that we paid (which included breakfast) allowed us to rent bicycles for free, as well as k

We spent 10 days in the pool suite, which was great! The hotel is a hideaway meaning there is no shopping or cities nearby, which for us was great! The beach is 20 meters from the hotel and accessed by a private bridge. In our room we had a private pool which was well worth the e

This resort really has potential...It is a shame that management is poor.

Things could go south easily at this resort especially when you wanted something that had to do with front desk.

The only service that could cheer us up was F&B. We have to commend F&B manager, New, Kin

Highly disappointing. Hotel bills itself as 5 star beach resort and it isn't. Upon arrival we were rushed through an outdoor dirty dark hallway to our room. Room was spacious, but worn and slightly dirty, uncomfortable furniture, garish design, and bathroom lacked privacy. Simila

Do have any tours that good from your hotel as we are coming to stay at some time soon?
I didnt join any tour with the hotel and not sure whether they had one? you might need to contact the hotel. Islands hoping could be good, but it could be very exhausted. I joined this one before: loveandaman, Their services were okay. I would recommend you to join the tours with not many islands, otherwise you will be surprised, how long they let you spend times in the islands.

Hi! I would like to know if I can rent bicycles or scooters if I don't stay in the hotel. Also is it true that only one restaurant is open? Im keen to stay but would reconsider if there's only restaurant open. Thank you.
Honestly, stay at Akyra along the road! We were told there was more than one restaurant open & there is not! Also the coral moon bar & Luna bar are never open. The resort almost felt deserted & the beach has literally nothing on it, only about 5 sun loungers with a very dangerous floating crossing to get to it!

Hi! Are there any other restaurants or cafes/eateries near the resort that is walking distance? Also, are scooters available for rental?
Resort has 3 outlets on site serves daily: La Perla, main restaurant for Thai and Western favorites, open from 6:30 - 23:00. Coral Moon Bar, open-air bar suites for sun downers over the Andaman Horizon, serves snack and drinks from 16:00 - 23:00. Luna Bar, located by the pool, offer refreshing cocktail or tropical drink, and delectable eats. You may experience local menus from nearby restaurants with 10 minutes by car. We don't have scooters for rent, but we offer mountain bikes for free. You can enjoy cycling along the canal.

Hi, can you get easy access to the nearby town? What are prices for food and drink like in the hotel? Also is there bar's and restaurants in the town?
Yes, hotel provideห complimentary shuttle bus service to Klok Kloi everyday. There are some local restaurants in Klok Kloi town. At the property, we have a main restaurant; Le Perla Restaurant; open from 6:30-10:30 a.m. for breakfast and 10:30 a.m. - 02:00 p.m. for lunch with various selections, from soups, sandwiches, pasta and savory entrees to dessert. And dinner time with Thai and Western dishes till 23:00 p.m. Also, we have 2 Bars: Coral Moon Bar (16:00 - 24:00) and Luna Bar and Restaurant (18:00-24:00). Every outlet offers various selections with reasonable price.

Hi, we are going here for 3 weeks in December to include New Year and was wondering if you could answer some of our questions: 1. How much did you pay for a meal in the hotel 2. Was it easy to get drinks beer / wine and how much 3. Are there any shacks on the beach for a mid morning beer? 4. Are there any restaurants/shacks for evening meal in surrounding area We have read some negative reviews and as we are going for quite a long time we are getting a bit anxious. It will be our first time in Thailand so we want it to be fab. Thank you for your time.
Hi....there is a restaurant/shack on the beach..which sells very cheap beer and great food..from memory it's open from 11.00am till around 10ish at night...and there is another hotel up the beach too..but I think it's more expensive than Le Coral. Look it was our first time in Thailand too and we loved it. But we are in our 50eeee....three weeks is a long time..but we got a guy/taxi to drive us around for a few dayssee the sights..the hotel arranged it and it was so cheap..you can do a few days trips to the islands and go to Patong... so you will fill it in. The meals and drinks were very reasonable at the hotel and we are there every night..big selection to choose from. We found the staff excellent and we did get the staff asking if we wanted drinks when we where at the pool...like any holiday it's what you make it..we had a great time and meet some lovely people. By the way the massage's are wonderful too. Hope you have a fabulous time....
