Stay of 4 nights. Good reception, quiet, discreet room service, free parking that can be saturated anyway and you will therefore need to go to paid parking in the basement, for 2€ the first hour, and 0.5€ each hour following. Good bedding, quiet room with sliding door airlock. Inn currently under construction, but not constraining on noise. The rows of garbage cans are visible outside on the right side of the Inn, because of the work in progress I presume, which is a bit embarrassing for a 4*. The restaurant serves fairly simple dishes, but breakfast is very varied and you will find your happiness there.

Hotel a few km from the center of Varese, with large spaces for parking both outdoors and indoors. Located in a strategic position to easily reach the motorway or Switzerland. As soon as we entered they welcomed us with extreme courtesy and professionalism. A big applause goes to Front Office Manager Paolo Guidi who manages a large team of very young guys who put their soul and passion into their profession. They make you feel at home. For anything the reception is always available 24 hours a day. The room they assigned us was very large. The cleanliness is obsessive, the bathroom very welcoming. There was even a walk-in closet in the room. The room was equipped with much appreciated bathrobes and slippers. We also tried the hotel bar and restaurant on all evenings of our stay. We can say that the cuisine is truly excellent with refined and quality dishes. Thanks go to the chef and his team as well as to the waiters who served us the dishes with extreme kindness and friendliness. The breakfast in the morning was truly delicious and varied with fresh quality products of the day. I also thank the waiter Davide, very courteous and professional. Finally, the night reception service is covered by Mr. Fabio, a man of unique kindness who with patience and a lot of devotion always finds a solution to the most varied needs of guests. Having said that, for me this hotel will remain a point of reference for future stays and I recommend everyone to try it. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Excellent hotel , nice spacious rooms, clean washrooms. The only con is restaurants closed for lunch and Sundays. All rooms have nice views of either the horse race tracks or mountains. It has a very silent surrounding and hence no disturbance from traffic or any noise. If only one has a car, it makes it easily accessible else getting to the downtown is a bit difficult. Overall a nice experience of staying at a green and serene place.

I stayed at this hotel three times and I found myself very comfortable, unfortunately for the fourth it was not so. The environment is always pleasant and relaxing, not central so quiet. When my husband booked he asked for a double bed, but we ended up with two single beds together, the worst thing there can be, much better two detached beds. The biggest problem was the pillows: the pillowcases were clean, but the interior smelled awful. We had to sleep without a pillow which for me means not sleeping a wink. The next day I had an important appointment and I wasn't rested. We pointed out the mishap at the reception and to find no surprises we asked for two extra bath towels to create a pillow I would like to point out that there are people who, unfortunately, are not clean and do not wash so it is not enough to change pillowcases. I'm not willing to receive a service that's not adequate for what's coming. Excellent breakfast The dilemma remains: the next time I do? I come back and I don't sleep? Or am I never coming back?

Large conference hotel near the racecourse. Early arrival (1 p.m.) not desired! We were able to store our luggage, however. In the evening, during the "official arrival", the system failed. There was no plan B, so we had to wait... something like that is completely unacceptable in our eyes. Systems can fail, but you can prepare well for something like that. Parking spaces and underground garage available. Rooms with balconies, very clean, modern and well equipped. Quiet hours were not allowed until 1 a.m. because of an event by Lindt, which was inconsiderate to the max. In such a case, you can a. inform the guests when making the reservation and b. give them rooms at the back. Breakfast in a very large banquet hall, very uncomfortable, limited selection, coffee from the machine....

Very nice New Year's Eve dinner. Good food although slow with the courses. There was a magician who went around the tables to entertain people but sometimes he was intrusive. Very good Brazilian dancers even if they danced only a few times. To cheer up the evening there was a very nice and witty singer with an always smiling and very kind lady at the console. Thanks to their music we had a lot of fun and it was pleasant to listen to some beautiful songs! Rating 7

we stayed New Year's Eve. Well organized dinner starting from the aperitif onwards until after midnight. Many courses, well cooked and plentiful. Reception, lounge and bar staff, friendly, helpful and professional. The dinner was enlivened by good Brazilian dancers, a friendly magician and, above all, live music for all tastes. Ample parking outside the hotel with the possibility of using the garage. Fabulous breakfast with a rich buffet, cappuccinos, coffees and chocolates prepared at the bar. The rooms assigned were large, spotlessly clean, with a balcony overlooking the surrounding woods. The bed, really huge and very soft. You couldn't ask for more. Compliments

For work they booked me in this hotel. Nice facility but awkward night staff. It is impossible that after booking rooms you arrive at 1 am and the room keys are not ready. After 15 minutes or even 20 I manage to get the key, I go upstairs, the key (card) doesn't open. Then leave your bags in front of the room and go down. I get the keys enabled and go up. I open the room and find other people sleeping there. Without words…. I go down and the staff apologizes for the inconvenience, stating that their colleagues had given the room to other people, causing a bit of chaos.

My husband and I have been passing through for one night due to a trip. Modern hotel, with great facilities, quiet, very spacious room, with careful details and well equipped. Friendly staff. It has a swimming pool, which we have tried and we have been relaxed and calm, since there are not many people. It also has a restaurant at night but you have to make a reservation in advance. We dined at the hotel so we didn't have to go out and we have to say that the dishes as well as the variety are more than adequate. Buffet breakfast included, plenty of variety and quality. It is a very good hotel to stay for business or if you are passing through and want to be quiet and relaxed on the outskirts of the city.

Hotel is located in quiet environment facing the horse race track. Which explained why the hotel's major decoration theme is 'horses'. Room are very decent sized and as far as I know all of them do have a balcony (with an ashtray for the smokers). Hotel interior is very cozy and modern as well the rooms. Hotel has more than enough parking so parking your car is not a problem. The only down side is maybe the breakfast which is sufficient but nothing to write home about. Tip: ask for a room at the back side of the hotel in case you want a view on the mountains. Tip nr 2: when you book directly on their website do not forget to go for a room with breakfast included. Tip nr 3: if a good internet connection is important to you ask for a room at the start of the corridor or not further down than half the corridor

Si per quanto riguarda l'hotel... molto cordiali e competenti! Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso del ristorante (gestione separata) dove sono estremamente disorganizzati è definitivamente scadenti!
