Large rooms, cleanliness, fantastic view from the balcony, parking in the hotel garage. Adjustable room temperature, important to me because I'm a cold person. I had half board, good and varied food. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The location is not central but can be reached relatively easily on foot anywhere. (5 minutes walk to the center, or to the gondola).

Structure created to accommodate Paralympic athletes and still welcomes disabled people given the total absence of architectural barriers.
Large but minimal rooms, with few comforts and power sockets/lighting not very comfortable compared to the bed, but there is a large fridge and wardrobes.
Large balcony with breathtaking views that allow you to admire one-of-a-kind sunrises and sunsets!
Structure affiliated with all possible activities in the center of Sestriere, friendly staff, always attentive and helpful, rooms always clean and beds always well made.
A round of applause for the kitchen which is truly attentive and available to accommodate the various problems of food intolerances.
In my opinion the weak points are the appetizer buffet with little choice and dishes that are not always fresh and the breakfast buffet where something is missing in terms of biscuits, fruit, planned and savory dishes.
Good location a few meters from the center and large garage.

I now arrive at the Hotel Lago Losetta, where I will enjoy for a short time bed and breakfast. With the magnetic card received at reception I access the garage inside (others have parked outside). The classic view of the Roc du Boucher from the large double bedroom (with the possibility of a third bed) is always fascinating to me. Large bathroom (shower, hairdryer - which, alas, does not seem to want to work -, textiles for the toilet, radiator rather marked by rust). Rationalist atmosphere, maybe a little minimalist, but I do not miss anything important.
A door--something on the right partition of the terrace is vandalized; the partition panels, bolted (traces of rust), shield the side wind, not any indiscretions of others. There are plaster detachments on some ceilings of nearby terraces. I notice a certain scent of soap, perhaps due to lack of ventilation, although easy given the place.
Some young people animate the sports facilities; disabled guests and near the road.

I state that the only reason I chose it, was for the covered parking. It is located in front of the race course, in an area accessible both from the center of Sestriere with bad climbs, and via a side street of the provincial road less steep and a little longer. My first impression wasn't much. The staff very kind and very helpful, however. It is a two-storey structure suitable mainly for paraplegics and / or those traveling with walkers and prams. Corridors, elevators, no obstacles. The room was on the ground floor with a nice balcony with deck chairs and a beautiful view of the track and mountains. Very quiet. The bathroom with grab bars, alarm rope, hand shower (no bidet), hairdryer. The room with TV , fridge, cupboards, safe. The bed quite stiff but very comfortable. Pillows too high (but that's a personal opinion). Taken next to the bed.- The apartments, on the contrary, have them in other rooms, just as there are lamps in the bedroom, above the pillows, where I got two nice headboards in getting up.- Spacious. From the bathroom, for the whole period, came a horrible smell of sewer that I covered with deodorant and leaving the balcony window open. There was no window or ventilation fan. Daily cleaning, much, too superficial. A crumb-like dirt thing, I saw it zoned out for three days. Something sticky on the main shelf of the room, I removed it with disinfectant tissues that I passed every day after my return. Shower supplies, two days shower sample and a bar of soap. Plus something in the shower enclosure. On the edges of the shower I removed black streaks of dirt. Coming from medical backgrounds, my stomach turned. The breakfast, defined by many as good, for me was a great disappointment. Machine for hot drinks, cold ones (two) saved by orange. The other one watered down. Four types of croissants. one or two cakes, three/four flavors of yogurt, eggs, ham, bread on request, rusks, something cereal. I didn't take any more meals, but I heard complaints. I was eating around, because I know the areas well and there are several great places.

I spent 4 days half board in this property which is located 5 minutes from the center of Sestriere where you can find bars, shops and restaurants.
The slopes can be reached either on foot or by car. The room was very spacious, beds and pillows ok, TV with sky. Very large bathroom and shower. There is a large terrace with deckchairs for sunbathing, facing the mountain.
Excellent breakfast and dinners.
Covered garage
Wifi and safe in the room ok.

I was a coach driver taking a school on a ski trip. To be honest, I was worried about staying in the same hotel. However we were really well treated and when we wanted to clean our coach, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

We ate with the school and it is not Michelin star food, but more than acceptable. The breakfast was a very good buffet style.

The hotel has a secret weapon called Mada. Mada runs around after everyone. Her service was fantastic and she was so quick, we named her “whoosh”.

All the other staff were nice too. The bar prices were reasonable too.

The hotel specialises in disabled groups and schools. If you need to take a large group here, it is just the job.

Excellent location, underground garage, spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast. I recommend cappuccino or coffee from the bar and not from the machine, good dinners. I recommend taking things out of the fridge a little first for both starters and desserts and for breakfast as they are a little cold.
Waiters, reception and all the patient and friendly staff ready to satisfy customers.
Beautiful structure with excellent potential, a little in need of renovation which with a few tweaks would make a leap in quality but nice holiday thank you!

Staff in the restaurant (Mada and Roberto) very welcoming and friendly to my travel group. Large rooms, rich and varied breakfast and dinner. Fruit and yoghurt would have been nice for the group. WiFi a bit slow

We chose this hotel for its disabled accessibility and were not disappointed. Our room had doors wide enough for my wheelchair and the shower room had a wet-room style area. The only way it could have been improved would have been to add a few more support rails.

All the rooms face south and have a balcony although I couldn't use the balcony without help due to a fairly high threshold. There was a very small bar area which got very busy and congested at times. Prices were reasonable for an Italian ski hotel.

Breakfast was a a simple continental buffet which could be busy at times. Dinner consisted of a salad buffet then a choice of pasta or soup. There were usually three choices of main course but only one sweet with no alternative. Wine seemed reasonably priced starting at 15 euros. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Most of them spoke some English to some degree which helped as we have very limited Italian.

Free wi-fi was available in the lounge/bar area but a cable could be borrowed to connect a laptop in rooms.

The only real minus points were the distance from the slopes and poor sound proofing between rooms. There was a minibus which could be used on request.
