The perfect getaway !
My family and I recently visited this Hotel which is located centrally but also tucked away in plenty of greenery and serenity. Staff are stupendous and where very helpful with my needs once traveling with both a newborn and my elderly dad. Would certainly recommend and looking forward to be back. THANK YOU FOR A MEMORABLE STAY !

Location on impact does not give you the 4-star hotel area. Structure with neglected details.
The room I give the sufficiency is cozy is clean, but the mattresses were not comfortable for my type of standard. The breakfast very disappointing with the bare minimum.
The bad services, Sunday I find myself in the pool without deckchairs because already reserved I suppose to outside people because at each deckchair there was the last name and for me that I was staying there after a complaint they had to solve the problem recovering deckchairs somewhere.Pool dirty from insects and not clean enough.Le deckchairs many old, neglected wooden floor.
My afternoon check in was well received by the receptionist.
At the price I would have given something less because it is not worth it.
Sorry I was dissatisfied.

Cleanliness and courtesy are the standards. The exterior of the structure (the entrance and the Park) are forgiven by the well-kept interiors and the beautiful park with swimming pool. Very professional even if asking for the room number at breakfast is not an indication of organization and perfect control of what happens inside. Breakfast cmq ok.

The photos do not correspond to reality .dirty environment of poor quality, unfriendly staff. It's not a four-star hotel at all. It has the potential but abandoned long ago. At check out they do not give you the opportunity to use the pool. They do not have a hair dryer in the entire structure

I stayed for my first time in this hotel in Ragusa for business reasons together with other colleagues. Good hotel with a nice pool although I didn't use it. Room ok for size and cleanliness. Breakfast was also ok because there were several dishes to enjoy.

Hotel Villa Carlotta was a fantastic venue for visiting South East Sicily. Just to the west of Ragus city, the Hotel was very comfortable and staff were so very approachable. Giulio was so helpful and presented us with a wealth of information about everything we wanted to do and places we wanted to visit. He introduced us to "Uncovered Sicily' too. The Hotel is well equipped and very modern with the fantastic 'Le Fenice' one-star Michelin restaurant. Evening meals were delightful and restaurant service for light lunches at the pool were just as good. Thank you also to the English speaking waitress who made understanding the delicacies of Sicilian cuisine come to life for us.

We stayed here for the last night of our Secret Sicily tour. It must have been the end of season as there didn't seem to be any other residents. Our large, very quiet and dark bedroom (112) was on the ground floor and overlooked the expansive pool. It was very clean, but lacked atmosphere, as did the restaurant. Our tasty group dinner was swiftly served and the wine waiter did a good job. However there didn't seem to be a bar which meant pre- and post dinner drinks meant a lack of conviviality. Next morning my wife and I went for a short stroll around the neighbourhood which comprised nice housing an a stunningly modern church, but it seemed an odd location for such an aspirational hotel property.

Stayed just one night at the end of our tour. Although very modern, the hotel is not over-large and has nicely furnished rooms and a large pool complex. Staff are friendly and helpful. As a group we had a set meal but it was all good quality and breakfast (continental style) was also good with fresh fruit/juice, eggs, etc.

This was the second time we visited Villa Carlotta. We booked a quad room which was very comfortable and cosy. Service was excellent as always and staff is always very friendly and helpful. One thing you need to keep in mind when staying At Villa Carlotta is to try and stick to nearby villages if you want to avoid long distances and hiring a car would be the best thing to do. (eg Ibla Ragusa, Noto, Vittoria etc) Their breakfast was EXCELLENT. Would love to revisit.

A Michelin 1-star restaurant on the premises says it all-- not the poshest, but definitely a pleasure. Dinner at the restaurant is as expected-- exquisite-- but breakfast (complimentary for hotel guests) was an unanticipated bonus, with pefectly ripe fruit, omelets to order (in Italy!), home-made marmalades, and really flaky pastries. Combine the cuisine with a top-flight architectural experience-- clean, modern lines, barcelona chairs in the lobby, wide lawns set on an expansive estate, large pool enhanced with attractive landscaping-- made our stay a sensory pleasure. Location was on the edge of town-- not within walking distance of the many tourist sights for which Ragusa is noted-- but is suitable as a base for day trips to Noto, Modica, and other nearby cities that are well worth a visit. A good beach is also within a short driving distance. Staff was helpful, responsive, and courteous. Parking was ample. Area restaurants offer excellent fish and local Scilian dishes, and the pasticcerias (pastry shops) are to die for. Hotel was clean. Room (medium-sized) was well laid out and enhanced with a spray of orchids behind the headboard of the bed-- a nice touch. Finally, the price of the room was unexpectedly low given what we got. No negative comments.
