I have been coming to this village every summer for about 4 years at various times between June, August and September, the only positive aspect of this place is that it is located a few steps from the sea and the kindness and availability of the market lady and the concierge, after all the money spent is not completely worth it. Starting from the bad cleaning because every time they came I found dirt: a crekers between the sheets, hair in the bathroom not collected, lots of dust, stained sheets and towels and ants in the hob or cooking (after complaining at reception I was also teased). The furniture is dilapidated, there was a broken fridge handle when we called the staff they put the broken one in the freez and the healthy one in the fridge (I see it as a joke). For heaven's sake the staff is helpful in solving problems but these problems shouldn't even exist if they gave a check every time the house changes guests. One morning out of nowhere we found in front of the garden the staff cleaning the sewers, needless to point out the bad smell, but at least they could say “sorry for the inconvenience and if we entered your garden” instead no there was not even a greeting. To bring the dog you pay and even a lot, what do they give you? nothing, around the village there is not even a dustbin where to throw his needs.
When we come in September they start to take away in front of us the beach accessories (tables, umbrellas in the first rows...) saying that summer is over.
This is not a Resort Treatment. So change your name or better improve the services.

I was at Kamarina for the first time and what can I say, I immediately fell in love with it.
The structure is simple but well equipped with all comforts... The apartments, although not exactly event, are well maintained both in the external structure and in the furniture.
Inside the resort there is both a super-stocked mini market where the very kind Valentina provides high-taste local products, and a pizza restaurant (also take-away).
Furthermore, the bar and tobacconist are open until the evening.
The swimming pool is not very large but it is more than enough for children.
The beach is very spacious and the sunbeds are not close to each other, everyone has their own privacy.
The sunbeds on the beach are paid but at fair prices otherwise there are free plastic beach chairs as well as flamingo-shaped pedal boats.
The entertainment is there and is not intrusive and is made up of very willing kids.
For sports there is a tennis court and a five-a-side football pitch.
Too bad Wi-Fi is not available and phones don't always have good reception.
The highlight is certainly the sunset, one of the most beautiful ever seen on the beach in the evening.
Finally, a few kilometers away you can reach places like Puntasecca (set of Montalbano), Noto, Siracusa, Donnafugata and many other wonderful places.
What can I say...Kamarina is a really lovely resort and I already miss it
We will definitely be back soon

I've been coming on holiday to Kamarina Resort for 4 years... beautiful place but lately it leaves something to be desired... the beach could be cleaner, the service of the deckchairs is terrible, in the restaurant the staff are all gloomy, in terms of catering, the same evening after I felt bad having dinner there.
The pool is too shallow, only suitable for children.
Terrible animation, head animator always absent, kids always with the phone in hand and unable to involve, they often stay on the sidelines. Only the latest arrival Sara is saved, she deserves so much.
Regarding the rooms, the cleaning is absent, they made me wait for cleaning and they didn't give me the keys, but when I entered the cleaning was really absent and I had to clean everything again. Sparsely furnished rooms.
I only feel comfortable at the bar, everyone is welcoming and helpful, whatever request you make they always do everything possible to make the customer satisfied with the service.
The breakfasts are really good, very generous aperitifs, not to mention the really good cocktails of their inventiveness. The boys always give their best.
I'm sorry about everything else, it could be a really nice village.

Beautiful village on a spectacular sea, very friendly staff both at reception and in the shops. Very nice houses, some furniture is missing. Large and clean beach, the service should be improved by assigning umbrellas, instead at 7 in the morning the umbrellas in the first rows are occupied by ghost towels. The lighting in the avenues should be improved, in the evening you have to walk with torches and perhaps some baskets should be placed for animal waste since they ask for 50 euros a week without providing any service. Apart from TIM in the accommodation it is almost impossible to call and connect. Overall an amazing holiday.

I've known this place for years and I could retrace its history step by step. To date he has definitely lost points. The location remains the strong point especially due to the proximity of the apartments to the sea as well as to services such as minimarkets, pitches, bars and bazaars. A place immersed in nature and tranquility and in which to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The apartments should be renovated, in particular the bathrooms and associated services. The cleanliness of the rooms and the maintenance of the village in general leave a lot to be desired as does the entertainment which does everything but involve, while still respecting the work of the kids who do their best. A plus point for the bar which offers a complete 360° service.
A wonderful place that does not exploit its potential to the fullest.... let's hope for a great evolution!!! Kamarina place of the heart forever

The Resort is surrounded by beautiful vegetation and located in a beautiful beach always clean and suitable for children. The apartments are quite clean and comfortable beds but a bit 'dated (some details to improve) and little equipped but we were fine cmq so 👍
We left with the dog and I must say that it is really a place suitable for our 4-legged friends who can access all areas without restrictions
What made the difference was the King animation led by Renato very nice and who prepared shows really different from the usual seen in the villages 👍😘 no intrusiveness.
Low pool suitable more for children.
Market provided every morning with fresh bread cold cuts and good supply of meat ..super increased prices but you know you are inside a village. Recommendation to bring something from home to cook too.

I have been going to the Kamarina Resort for several years, usually always with my daughter. We always have a great time especially due to the wonderful location of the residence right on the sea front with a large and wonderful beach. The kindness and friendliness of the hosts, Mr Dennis and all his management staff make everything even more pleasant and make us feel at home. A special praise for the BREZZA MARINA restaurant inside the village led by Luca Salme', Viviana and all their collaborators who delighted us every year with typical local specialties and very fresh fish served and cooked divinely... I highly recommend it to everyone but above all I recommend them to families with children because they will find always an entertainment that keeps them busy with games, shows, making them have a lot of fun so that even parents will have their daily space to dedicate to themselves between SEA, SUN & RELAXATION... Well done guys, see you soon...

An expensive holiday to forget as soon as possible! When you arrive at check-in, they make you wait more than an hour in the sun, you can not enter the reception because otherwise you are scolded heavily. After the first suffering, they allow you to enter, they hold for 48 hours the documents (never happened in any place), of course having delivered the license I asked that it be given to me immediately, otherwise I would have been a prisoner for two days! You can not bring two cars, because they allow you to enter only one (they decide everything in practice). If you are lucky enough to find a parking space near the house, the luggage unloading phase begins, nobody helps you, despite having the Club Cars (Golf car), the staff watches you suffer under the sun, at the limit you can use the shopping carts (yes just those of the supermarket) where you can stow your things and start making the Hope Trips! Useless Club Card, since you pay for everything even the air you breathe! Phone signal absent, Wi-Fi network even in common places absent, basically you are isolated for the duration of the "holidays"! Staff rude, sometimes almost grumpy, respond as if you knew each other a lifetime! The beds are not cared for, the houses are small, bedrooms for the dwarfs and showers so small that you can not turn inside, furniture so old that they hold up by miracle, dirt everywhere.Unique pro of everything, the house I had was two meters from the sea in the morning and in the evening you enjoyed unique views! These areas offer beautiful places, you will spend less and earn more from choosing other facilities!

A worthy corner of Paradise. The view is spectacular. The apartments are large but at least some of them need to be renovated.
Too bad for the lack of care, dirty beach, swimming pool with cigarette butts, beer caps, lifeguard who doesn't get up either to welcome you or to help you fix the broken sunbed. Dry meadows. ANONYMOUS entertainment, a good morning or good evening to the customer wouldn't hurt. Good restaurant service. Bazaars and expensive groceries.
There are no buckets for animal bags, sicarettes, throwing a paper.
There is so much potential to make this place a paradise, but at the moment we are in purgatory.

Heavenly place, excellent location
Village directly on the sea... Too bad everything is left to chance.
No interest in the structure.
Swimming pools with very dirty edges.
Old and dirty houses.
Old and broken furniture.
The sockets don't work. The bathroom light is only provided by the toilet.
Old and dirty fixtures.
The cleaning service DOES NOT EXIST
The greenery that should be around the village is practically non-existent, all dry!!
No playground.
There is not enough light on the seafront.
It is absolutely not a 4 star!!!!
It's not the first year I've come, and if I return it's because the place is truly strategic and the beach is excellent for those with small children.
It's a shame that this year the animation is also non-existent.
Little desire, little interest, little in everything! I was bored!

Salve la spiaggia davanti al villaggio è sabbiosa ma allontanandosi un po’ si possono trovare tratti di scogliera.
