This place is absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful staff making things easy-going and straight forward. Decoration and rooms are wonderful and spotlessly clean and well kept. I want to come back some time.

My husband and I stayed here with our two children aged 3 and 9 for 3 nights. The property is tastefully furnished and exquisitely maintained. Elena has an obvious eye for detail that is evident in small touches everywhere, from the cookies and cakes made by her mother, the small handbags hanging on the coat racks, to the complimentary wine on arrival. It’s a magical property in a charming hilltop town. Our children are still talking about the cake, the cookies and the Piano. Elena has a genuine passion for sharing the best the region has to offer and her recommendations were spot on. As a family of 4 we haven’t ever stayed in a B and B, and wouldn’t have considered it had this not been recommended. I am delighted we did. This place is a gem.

We were so excited to stay at this B & B last week, until the US imposed a travel ban on us and we had to cancel our entire Italian honeymoon :-( We tried to cancel or even re reschedule our dates at Il Tosco, and this B & B would not work with us at all. They said the only thing they would do is offer us 30% off if we re-booked with them at a later date, but we would lose the money for our two day stay. I'm sure the B & B is beautiful, but this is the ONLY location that wouldn't offer us a refund due to our vacation cancellation. We are very upset about this and wanted to warn future travelers.

My husband and I stayed four nights at Il Tosco and had an amazing experience. Elena was incredibly helpful with recommendations and making dinner reservations. We loved all of our help and recommendations. Her mom made a large and delicious breakfast every morning that could feed 50 people. She was even so accommodating as to make my husband every morning a dish that he loved from the first morning there. We were weclomed with a bottle of wine and there was a bar in the common areas for use if we wanted it. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend and intend to stay at Il Tosco again on our next trip.

We spent 5 restorative days in this charming, luxurious b&b walking distance to everything in this magical hill town. We felt cared for in every way. There is no where else we would rather stay in the area. We will always treasure this experience!
