We are not new to the Euganean Hills and have had diverse experiences. The Hotel Terme delle Nazioni, however, we placed it in first place and indeed, we wondered why it did not have 5 stars! Elegant environment and Staff always up to the task. The services available are many and all first-rate, as befits a context where quality stands out everywhere, even in the painstaking attention with which the service is carried out on the floors. In the Hall and the pool bistro we felt pampered as well as in the SPA area where the beneficial effects of mud and thermal baths are added to the relaxation and toning effects of the many treatments available. What about... we will definitely return because it would be impossible to imagine a better place! Weekend to celebrate two birthdays between couples. What can I say: we really pulled the plug! The superior rooms are huge and modern and the bathroom with shower and tub is as big as my house😂. Slippers and bathrobes for the pool area are available on the bed. Bathrobes are changed every day. We had full board and every day for lunch and dinner there was a nice à la carte menu to choose from with traditional and innovative dishes, always with a choice of meat and fish as well as a buffet of vegetables, cheeses and desserts. The breakfast is also really complete. The dining room staff is wonderful: always present, smiling, helpful and patient. Same thing for the staff of the various bars. The reception was also courteous and welcoming. The pools are not very large but even on busy days there is no confusion and there are free hydromassage stations, as well as sunbeds. We stayed in this property during the New Year period, it is a nice clean hotel with large common areas. The services are up to par. We were satisfied with the catering, especially the very varied breakfast. The restaurant service is excellent and fast. All very good, something to improve on the salad buffet. While for the New Year's Eve dinner everything was very carefully done. The buffet after midnight with cotechino and lentils and lots of desserts and fruit was also very popular. There are many occasions with satisfying aperitifs served in the hall, with several appetizers. Our room, a junior suite, large and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and always very helpful. The pool area was clean, even if some hydromassages were not working, despite this and the large turnout of customers, we were always able to use all the hydromassages present. I have known this wonderful property for years now, at the end of May I stayed with two other people and I must say that once again I was not disappointed, on the contrary. They were 3 days of relaxation: clean and well-kept pool area (I loved the semi-Olympic pool), helpful and friendly staff. Note to the cuisine: among the hotels tried at the spa, it is one of the best, not to mention the spectacular desserts. Beautiful breakfast area, large, with a wide choice and with the possibility of having breakfast on the outdoor terrace.
