Hotel Terme Antoniano is lauded for its array of pools and spa facilities, where the attentive staff contributes to a relaxing experience, despite some calls for updates. Nestled in central yet serene surroundings, opinions on its location vary, with some desiring more modern external amenities. Guests are charmed by the cozy atmosphere and live music, and find the hotel offers good value for money. While cleanliness is consistently applauded across the property, the rooms receive mixed reviews, with cleanliness and comfort praised, but some noting the need for modernization and better soundproofing.

We are in 2024: let's renew ourselves at least a little. Suggestions:
-Only in the breakfast room: change only the table top, or more modern material and more simply set up without having to change the entire table linen for each diner having breakfast! Outdated, expensive, energetically wasteful!
-at the reception, good and friendly (except for one operator, who was really unpleasant, although young).
-bathroom: My big criticism: the TUB! Dangerous and high (when a short person has to go out they risk slipping and getting hurt), without protection for splashes of water that ends up on the floor with every shower, increasing the risk of falls and I hope that only a few rooms will have a bathtub in 2024 ! I hope it has been replaced with a practical shower.
-Pools and Pool Staff: Fantastic.
-food: good but honestly too much;
-dining room staff: all good, but really a lot! Maybe too many?
-rooms: comfortable
-furnishings, collective internal and external spaces including excellent parking.
-the SPA: I'll visit it next time

My new favorite hotel for summer holidays as a solo traveller
It is undoubtedly a high-level hotel, with a swimming pool park that is wonderful from every point of view.
Everyone is kind, smiling and professional, the cleanliness of the rooms and various environments is perfect and the quality of the food as it is cooked is truly exceptional. In fact, it makes no sense not to do half board or full board because the value for money is excellent, as are the menu options
I recommend booking through the hotel website, because it is the most advantageous solution

Hotel with very kind staff, excellent cleanliness, good thick and soft terry towels, excellent bathrobe and spa towel, large swimming pool area, to be returned in spring for the garden area. Very beautiful spa, very knowledgeable and kind staff, excellent products used.
Breakfast served in a large, well-appointed room, a very abundant and varied buffet.
Dinner served in a different room from breakfast, buffet of appetizers, vegetables and desserts, abundant and varied, very good food, impeccable service.
Room: sore point! Comfortable bed but the room does not reflect a 4-star superior in terms of soundproofing, television position and bathroom; I have already been told that the hotel will be closed from June to September for renovations.
Excellent dog welcome, found 2 steel bowls and a cloth that could be a kennel or mats (I bring my own kennel for its smells), fair surcharge for the dog.
Overall to be returned to the reopening, after the renovation.

We have been regular customers at the hotel for over 25 years. Food always top, thank you to the great kitchen 🙏🏻 unfortunately this is now the only one the top is. Swimming pool unfortunately very old and extremely chlorine-containing water. Likewise the rooms extremely old and old. Rangkeller top, however, the dirty plates were not cleared, so we had to stall the main dishes at dessert ourselves. Let's now come to the reception. It couldn't get any more incompetent. Asked about half board, we were told by a lady in the reception that this did not exist - but it is very great that I can book this via the hotel's website. In addition, my parents had to pay 30€ per person, as they arrived in the morning. An hour later, a couple also arrived and this did not have to pay anything. We had our dog with us and had already requested an additional lunch for the last day upon arrival. Only on the second day we realized that we then also need the room longer, because of the dog. so we are again to the reception. Lunch 30€ per head. so we can keep the room until after lunch, we should pay another 40€ or until the evening +100€. so lunch plus room until after lunch due to dog would be 100€. we decided against it and then we said please cancel the lunch again, as this is not worth it to us. however, the incompetent lady at the reception told us that we cannot do this, so the 60€ we have to pay now either way and for this we get a packed lunch with two rolls, some fruit and a juice sent with us. From the moment we realized that we were last in the hotel. After a long back and forth, she erased our lunch again and we were finally able to leave the next day - thank God. I am really disappointed with the once so friendly and great hotel. Today, unfortunately, a total flop.
Ps. Bar is not directly part of the hotel - World's best cocktails 🙏🏻 Big praise to the tenants of the bar and the young barist who makes all cocktails with love 🫣

I would start with the positive sides which are numerous, starting from the excellent catering, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff at the bar, at the restaurant, in the swimming pool I don't know why there was no trace, the guests wandered around like ghosts in bathrobes looking for a deckchair , but they had all been occupied since dawn, full of towels and other objects to establish ownership even as they remained deserted. Also in swimming pools between swimming competitions between adults (there is the Olympic one for swimming but then you don't bother others so what fun is there) and children left free to shout and splash everywhere it is honestly quite annoying and not very relaxing. Another negative point for a 4-star hotel are the ladies who take care of the rooms: at seven in the morning they are already shouting among themselves like possessed people in the corridors, slamming doors and forcing you to wake up in a bad mood, despite the holiday to rest. Unfortunately I have to admit that the previous stay three years ago had left me with better memories, probably influenced by the fact that the hotel was packed and that outsiders were also allowed in the swimming pools, which were therefore overcrowded and noisy.

Well-kept environment, clean swimming pools, not crowded, with a great choice of whirlpools and therefore with the possibility of using them freely without long waits. Friendly staff, breakfast with a good choice of products, sweet and savory... highly recommended! 👍🏻

We stayed in the Antonian hotel 2 nights, including New Year's Eve. Overall all good regarding room, pools and services offered, shame that our stay was ruined after dinner on 31/12. On the 31st morning (so in advance) we booked a table in the hotel bar for the New Year's Eve post dinner and for the midnight toast. In addition to forcing us to buy a whole bottle of wine to be able to sit down, the moment we arrived at our table we found our bottle together with another at the same table, with two room numbers indicated. At this point we asked the girl in the bar to move us to a separate table since we did not know the other people with whom we had been assigned the table (they had not even warned us of this possibility). After insisting we were moved to an uncomfortable table, in front of the exit door but above all WITHOUT DELIVERING OUR BOTTLE and leaving it at the table where there were other people. After passing midnight without having brought back the bottle we decide not to open it anymore since it no longer made sense. After kindly telling to take back the bottle and collect the order on our behalf the very rude, annoyed and arrogant attendant girl replied with verbatim words 'dear lady we have 250 people, the bottle is already on the bill, you must keep it and if you do not want to open it give it to someone or take it home'. We did not understand the difficulty that there would be in removing from the bill a bottle still unsealed. Clearly the problem was not the cost of the bottle, but the rudeness and the lack of attention to the customer of this girl. It could have been a pleasant evening but unfortunately it was ruined by this. We're not coming back.

It is always nice to return to this hotel. The "historic" staff is always super professional, kind and helpful and attentive to your needs. They always welcome and pamper you as if you were family. And for that I thank them very much! The "new" staff, however, is, although professional and courteous, much colder and quicker. Too bad because the Antoniano was one of the very few hotels in Abano/Montegrotto that, at least until May at the beginning of this year, treated guests as if they were in a "family-run business", even though it is a large structure. Instead now I find a very business / managerial management, also seen the "new rules" of access and stay in force to align with other hotels in the area....... The hotel is always spotless both in the rooms and in the common areas. The rooms unfortunately are a sore note.... a renovation to the bathrooms and modernization of the rooms should be, in my opinion, taken into account. The pool and wellness area is always tidy and cleaned several times during the day. The delicious and varied food. In the room they always have an eye for consideration and great professionalism even towards those who have problems or various food intolerances. My compliments to the Chef for the meals, and to the Pastry Chef for the desserts and breakfast! As for the treatment department and the Spa, very attentive, professional, prepared and courteous staff. I will definitely continue to stay at this hotel as long as I find people like them who will make me feel at home!

We were allowed to move into our room earlier and immediately in a fluffy bathrobe into the thermal bath.
Dinner.. Rich buffet with super fine appetizers, further menu was served. Very friendly waiters who even served cappuccino at breakfast. Swimming pools really big, and we could continue to enjoy the bath even on the day of departure, even with our own cabin. An all-round successful short holiday, gladly again. Petra and Wolfgang

For 16 years we have been spending a relaxing weekend there either in June or September. Great friendly, helpful and qualified staff. The structure is a bit dated, but well maintained it is very clean. Rooms to be renovated, some are partially. 5 beautiful swimming pools: one recently renovated and the others still in good condition. A well-kept restaurant with a wide choice of buffets for vegetables, appetizers and desserts and a choice of 4 first and 4 second courses served at the table. Excellent beauty center for massages. Appreciated the possibility of using the pools even in the morning of the day of departure leaving the room free at no additional cost.
