The hotel is close to the railway (about 5 minutes) but as they are electric railways in Italy you don't hear the trains at all. It's a quiet street with hardly any activity, though you do see the occasional traffic warden.

Room needs refurbishment, looks like it from 80s.
Owners didn't speak english at all
Breakfast was basic: croissant and coffee.
But, for 28 euros for 2 persons it is super great value.
