Detailed Reviews
I stayed at this hotel for one night. The rooms are very small and cramped but it is beautiful. They use red and gold duvets and have patterned wallpaper. We were not happy with the bathroom, however. The shower is not raised - it is flat on the floor and there is no shower door, only a shower curtain. Please be sure to carry a travel plug if you're coming from another country. The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed a variety of pastries and cakes. You can purchase tram tickets from reception, which is very convenient.

We stayed here for 2 nights pre-covid.
The hotel is decorated in a lovely typical venetian style. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They were also quiet which is such an important thing.
We had pre-booked and paid for the room for 2 adults and a 1 year old and on arrival we were made to pay €20 a night extra which was non-negotiable for them to place a cot in the room which was slightly distasteful.
Also be aware as with all Venice hotels there is a small per room tourist tax (we paid €9 for 2 nights).
The location is excellent, it is right by the bus and tram stops so easy access from the airport and also to get to the centre of Venice. It is also located close to lots of shops and restaurants which was such a bonus and lovely to walk around in the evening and have a tasty pizza and gelato.
Food at breakfast was enjoyable, something for everyone.
I would recommend anyone going to Venice and not wanting or able to stay in the centre to stay in this lovely hotel.

The hotel is situated at an ideal location, right in the heart of the city. Access to public transportation, such as buses and trams, is only a short 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel. The Marco Polo airport is easily accessible within 15 minutes via public transportation, as is the old city of Venice.
With frequent transportation options available, this is a great location. While the rooms may be slightly old-fashioned, they are still comfortable for those wishing to rest and enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day.
The staff were friendly and Lorenzo, in particular, was especially helpful and accommodating. He went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable, even arranging a specific breakfast for me during Ramadan. Overall, the price for the hotel was more than reasonable.

Second time visiting, having a 10 night stay, and cannot fault a thing on either visit. The last one being 7 nights.
Rooms are very clean, decor is in kind of where you are. Continental breakfast has so much to choose from, and a big shout to Gianni and his team in the restaurant as they work so hard, yet still make you feel welcome and wanted.
Reception staff very helpful, and whenever you ask a question always give you the best service in answering and also checking you know the correct price for tickets for transport, taxis etc, as not to get overcharged.
Rooms are very nice, and the housekeeping team are very friendly and do a brilliant job.
From top to bottom, all the staff are brilliant, friendly, and even snacks and drinks from the bar are very reasonable in price.
Cannot wait to go back.
Lastly very special thank you to Mauricio, who after a family members flight was cancelled helped us enormously and changed arrival date free of charge for us and made us very welcome.
My wife's 60th birthday with fruit and prosecco in the room was the icing on the cake, fresh fruit and plenty of it. Thank you all and see you soon.

Me and my family had a very pleasant stay at that hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights in quadruple room. The room is clean, comfortable, old-fashioned but typical for Italian hotels. The breakfast at the hotel is perfect, delicious food, perfect espresso coffee and juices.
The location is excellent- near the tram and bus stop, about 5 minutes walk on foot from the hotel and the bus takes only 20 minutes to get into a Venice. It is also close to the bus station for the airport. You can purchase tickets from the reception for the vaporetto in Venice. The hotel is in the centre of Mestre and close to many restaurants, bars and shoping stores.
The reception team are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Many thanks to Nicola and Lorenzo!
I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Venice!

My daughter and myself had a lovely stay at the hotel. It's quite basic and would advise bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper as it you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms, even the toilet flushing. Apart from that it's everything you need for a stay a short bus or tram ride from Venice. Bed was comfortable, extra blankets are provided, WiFi & breakfast included. Rooms are cleaned every day. The cleaning staff are lovely, but definitely some Do not disturb signs are required for the doors as they just walked in a couple of times while we were napping.

I would definately stay at this hotel again. It is beautifully decorated in old Venetian style. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful. This is the best area of Mestre to stay in. The buses and trams for Venice are nearby. You can buy tickets from reception for the vaporetto in Venice. The airport bus number 15 stops just around the corner on the main road.
The train station is about is about a mile away, we got the tram there and went to Verona for the day. (I wouldn't stay in a hotel in the area near the train staion, I felt uneasy at night)

Me and my wife stayed here for 2 nights, It is €35 from Marco Polo airport via taxi and the journey is around 15 minutes. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. The room was rather small as well as the shower / toilet room but the bed was comfortable. Because it is an old hotel the walls are paper thin and you can always hear when people are coming in and out of rooms and walking down the hall way and talking, I am a light sleeper so i didn't get as much sleep as i would have liked during our stay. The only thing i was disappointed with was the breakfast mainly because there was no hot food and not many options to choose from. In all honesty i wish i did not pay to have breakfast and just got it somewhere else. The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk to get to the tram and bus stop to get into Venice and reception helped with directions and you could buy day passes at the hotel. All in all i thought it was a nice hotel and perfect if you are staying to visit Venice. I would stay again but i would just not include breakfast. Also with the new rules to visit venice with the QR codes this hotel is in the catchment area and because you pay the tourist tax at the end of your stay you wont have to pay the €5 each a day to visit venice you just have to apply online for your QR code.

The hotel is exactly as I expected the decor is very Italian just what I wanted .
It's well kept and very comfortable soft beds and nice pillows .
Breakfast is continental as you would expect but does have everything for everyone from cheese and ham to toast boiled eggs and yoghurt, a range of cereals and croissants.
I had a room with a balcony which was a bonus as they wasn't many of these room number 538 .
The only down side I would say is the bathroom is very tight with it behind sliding door and if your on the larger size would be difficult to use .
The toilet is right Infront of the bed so no good if your sharing one would have to leave the room whilst you use it.
The customer service is good and are very helpful.
The hotel isn't near Venice but is in reach on the bus just 10 minutes, the bus station is right behind the department store outside the hotel the bus tickets are €3 return and can be bought from the hotel reception, once you get on the bus you have to scan your ticket on the machine to activate.
The bus you need is B1 stand and bus 4L this will drop you off at the steps to an enchanted world , then the same bus back to the hotel you don't get off until the last stop in both directions.
They is also a market on a wednesday and Friday outside the hotel and you will be surprised of just how big it is ,it goes from street to street with plenty to buy from food and flowers to clothes, shoes and hand bags.
The hotel is in the perfect location it's quite and easy reach of all the local shops ,buses trams and coaches .
The coach you need to return to the airport is an ATVO just on the main street and is €10 you buy the ticket from the machine.
Have a wonderful time in this beautiful city and this fabulous hotel.

Better to take bus as it much simpler. For train, you need to change station.
Yes, vaparetto will be great way to see beautiful city venice. But slow gondola ride also is just amazing to see the beautiful city.
Sorry, i didn't see earlier the question!! Yes you can. We did that without cost
We took a cab from Marco Polo which I think was 35 euro or thereabouts. To get to the cruise port from the hotel, we took the tram from the nearby terminal as it was leaving before the bus. There was plenty of room for our luggage and it was quite than the bus. From memory it was about 1.50 euro each. The tram terminates at the Plaza Roma and from the we walked across the road to catch the 'People Mover', a kind of monorail to the port. It can be a bit of a walk to the actual cruise terminal, depending on where your ship is berthed.
Hi,
I know the bus station and I think the railway start from this place also because we saw it.
Its only 5 min by walk.
All the best
