Good location in Mestre, dormitory city to visit Venice. There is a bus stop nearby, easy access to Piazzale Roma (where you can take the "vaporetto" or cross the Ponte della Costituzione (Calatrava).

The hotel needs an overhaul. Limited parking. They do not serve breakfast (previously informed).

If I could give this hotel a 2.5/5 I would. It had a nice entrance and lobby area but that was the only thing nice about it.

The hotel room was extremely small, little to no storage space so I had to leave my things in my suitcase. The room had no fan and it was boiling hot when I went. There were many cobwebs and spiders. The TV was very very small.

The bathroom was a struggle getting ready in, not really friendly to use.

There was no iron in the hotel nor was there any extra pillows which was unfortunate.

Other than that, the staff were ok and they showed the champions league final which is why I have given the hotel a 2.5/5 instead of a 2.

I don’t even know where to start. Reception was nice and clean and modern and that’s where the niceties end. The carpet thought is awful and hides multiple steps. The room was freezing with a tile floor, the wardrobe door wouldn’t close, you get a tiny sachet of shower gel (vile by the way) the hairdryer was there but may as well not have been, the beds were like you’d give a 6 year old and the curtains were filthy. Freezing all night and woke up to a bug on me. The bathroom was from 1961 with brown tiles and the shower was constantly dripping. No water, tea or coffee but you can buy them at reception. The breakfast buffet was almost funny and uk earthy if I’d been stuck there for any more than the unfortunate 2 nights I was if rather have come home. Don’t do it just pay for better. The advertised photos are BS

I want to start this by saying we are not scared off from staying places easily. In fact, this is the first time we have ever left a hotel immediately. For context, we have just cycled across Europe, have stayed in many old campsites and last night had a tent flooded with rain at 3am. I would choose that again over this hotel.

AWFUL! Reception was incredibly rude from the off-set. They would not allow our oversized luggage in the room (bike inside of bike box as we are getting a plane) and then there is the matter of the fact the whole place smells musty/ Smokey and the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned.

After turning up, we actually did something we have not done before which was instantly left, stomached the money lost and checked into an Airbnb a few km’s down the road. Upon checking into our Airbnb, we have rarely been so chuffed with a decision that cost a lot more money.

We often are content with cheap options as we usually spend little time in the rooms and like to spend that money in restaurants and bars instead. - Any of the campsites I am sure will be a much more hospitable cheap stay. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel is on an extremely busy dual carriageway which you can hear day and night. The room is outdated and sparse. Know tea/coffee facilities and don't expect a dressing gown or slippers. The staff don't speak much English and if you want a coffee from vending machine they hassle you until you've paid. I've always paid at the end of a hotel stay so being hassled for two euros was confusing. The breakfast is continental which was lacklustre at best. Two choices of cereal and know fruit! Know local amenities or restaurants unless you include a chain steakhouse, not what you really want in Italy. Local transport was a nightmare with buses crammed to capacity and know bus back to hotel after 8 o'clock. Staff were indifferent and not very helpful with little to know knowledge about the area or how to reach Venice the best way. It's only on the last day I've found out you can buy a travel pass consequently spent a lot on transport and having to use taxis at night. Don't stay here pay the extra and stay in or nearer to Venice as this hotel is inadequate outdated and too far away from any atmosphere. Ruined my first experience of Italy

The worse hotel I’ve ever been in my entire life , no microwave, no fridge, no Air Conditioning as they turn it on around 8pm and turn it back off in the next hour and half thinking people will be sleeping then. Bathroom disgusting and dirty. Bath drainage overflow and don’t drain down , water never hot because they turn it on at certain times and so if you missed the time then you will be bathing with cold water. I booked for double bed and I was served with two singles .dirty old broken wardrobe . Check in is at 2pm and you will have to wait for exactly 2pm should you get there early and there’s nothing you can do about. They made my birthday the worse I’ve had among them all . It was meant to be a surprise from my Mrs and also a time off from professional football. What a nightmare this was!!! Please avoid going there as possible. Also there were mosquitoes everywhere and we were bitten all over our body . What a shame!!!

The woman on the day shift was the loveliest woman i’ve ever come across when travelling, always helpful and when i shut my friend in the door by accident, she laughed along with us; very friendly. hotel room was slightly outdated but clean. one thing i would say is a slight negative would be the room was awfully cold during the night but went out and brought a jumper and was absolutely fine the next night- nothing to do with the hotel to be fair, the ceilings were very high so naturally it was cold. Similarly, the woman on the night shift/ late afternoon shift was also as lovely and let us wait in the hotel after check out for an hour before our flight. They also kept our bags safe when we went on our last day into venice due to a late flight. Brilliant hotel for 2 young girls exploring italy, we felt safe.

The hotel was very nice, clean and wonderful. The reception staff was very polite and helpful. Public transport was available within a few minutes for the hotel. The hotel was also very reasonable in terms of price. We will never forget the good quality coffee in the lobby, I recommend this hotel to everyone if you need an affordable hotel in Venice Italy.

Absolutely DISGUSTING hotel.
The lobby is so misleading. Very nice to walk into. Our room though… wow. Blood and fecal matter on the curtains. Bed full of long black hair. A leaky shower and a flooded bathroom as a result. MOLD growing around the windows, very dusty. Heating didn’t work. Bugs in our room, scuffs on the walls. Dead bugs in the light fixture. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly quite frankly and that the staff are probably so bloody lazy. Had to pay to have half a cup of coffee. Not even a kettle in the room for our own. My travel company arranged late check out for me. I had a Staff member walk into my room and tell me I had to leave and that they refused the late check out. I wasn’t told by them or my travel company so I think they just wanted to get us out. I was refused the chance to have half an hour to shower and collect my belongings.
The staff were sat on their phones at the main desk blasting music out of the phone. Just didn’t seem very professional. The pictures on the website are nothing like the room we were given it was hideous. The elevator you would have trouble fitting in if you weigh more than 80kg

We stayed here in July 2022 and it was a very clean and a great location with a 5 minute walk to the station for Venice.

The owner really helped us out when we needed to get to the airport quickly.

Would definitely recommend staying here if going to Venice.

I know I’ve said it above but the staff really made this stay a good one.

Thanks Ariston we will see you soon.

Hiya! Theres a bus stop right outside the hotel you get that bus stop to the town centre and another one to venice island its super simple, we got a venice travel card so barely cost anything, with the card you get free access to the water bus’s which are so beautiful to ride and you can get them to lido island and murano!

The reception is working 24h so I guess checking in late will not be an issue.

I am so sorry to have seen this question so late but it can be usefl for travellers in the future. Bud number H2 from Mestre station. It is around 10-15 far from the hotel and the bus stop is just 2 minutes far by walking. the name of the bus stop is Caserma Matter.
