After looking at plenty of hotels both inside of Venice and outside we decided to stay at this one due to its close proximity to Mestre Station which is only a 10 min journey on the train to Central Venice.

On arrival we found the room to be spacious and spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was equipped with a really nice rain shower. There was also a tv in the room which included English tv channels such as BBC News and CNN.

We decided to pay for breakfast at the hotel at a cost of €10 each as we had heard some hotels were offering breakfast boxes instead due to Covid which in my opinion aren’t worth the money. Luckily this hotel still provides a buffet which is served at your table by a friendly waitress. The breakfast was great, it included yoghurt, cereal, fruit, croissants, donuts, biscuits, baguettes, cheese, meats, boiled eggs, high quality fruit juices and a variety of teas and coffees. I would like to give a special mention to the waitress who served our breakfasts during our stay, she was really friendly and helpful when ordering and she was very attentive by making sure we always had what we needed.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Venice.

Brand new hotel, similar to a budget hotel in the UK, the room had everything we needed and the bathroom was great.

Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open so we were unable to eat in the hotel itself, but found an amazing little pizzeria a few minutes walk away which was fabulous and so reasonable priced.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the railway station and bus station were you can get a transport directly into Venice for St Marks Square. You can buy 24hr or 48hr passes and travel as often as you like.

Breakfast was continental and above average.

The great thing about this hotel were the amazing staff who couldnt do enough for you.

Clean and new built hotel, close to Mestre Train station. You can take the shıttke from Marco Polo Airport to Mestre (8€/person) and reach to hotel in 30 mins. Hotel is out side of Venice area, which was fine for me because otherwise you need to walk to your hotel and struggle with your luggage or take the water taxi which is costy. If you stay in this hotel you can go to city center by bus (1,5€/person) and you can find it anytime. Everything was so clean and the beds were comfy.

Useful budget option to visit venice. Hotel cheap and clean, rooms decent size. Due to an early flight, we arrived at the hotel an hour or two before check in. We asked to leave our bags and return later. We were charged for this. There is only a shampoo/shower gel dispenser in the room. Towels were not changed during our stay.

Worth knowing that from here to the train station is only a 3 minute walk and a train to venice is €1.40 each way and only 10 minutes.

At the train station you can get a coffee, orange juice and croissant for €5, it is not worth paying for the breakfast at €11 each.

This is a brand new hotel in an area with quite a number of similar large city hotels. It’s 10 minutes walk to the main Mestre railway station (we arrived there from Switzerland) from where you can catch a train or bus to the old city of Venice on the island, which is just a 10 minute ride away. It’s a comfortable, smart hotel with all the facilities you might expect. The wifi is super-fast! I didn’t see any cooked breakfast options, but it was very quiet when we stayed. The receptionist was very helpful when we arrived, giving information about restaurants and getting around Venice. The large photo of gondolas on the wall of the room reminds guests of why they’re in Venice.

very low class hotel must say nothing was available in room not electric cattle to hot the water rather they should change it to hostel caz rooms were so small in size bathroom also very small table everything very tiny in size. wifi was very very slow they have restricted many websites to open .

funniest thing about the whatsapp you will be surprised that you will not be able to use whatsapp on their wifi connection . we booked thorugh agoda stayed for two days there. we aksed at reception whatsapp not working you will be surprised by their answers - 1) when we checked in there was on Man staff he replied like there were group of students they have used alot whatsapp on their wifi thats causing the issue it will be reloved but it didnt get resolved in two days also. 2) second day at reception on female staff was there we asked again about whatsapp not working she replied like due to some technical issue its not working it will be resumed in 30 min but it didnt happened we have travelled from another country without having sim card how we suppose to contact outside world where most of the ppl use whatsapp.

One more blunder by reception guy - when we checked in he said not able to find our booking after some time he got the booking by looking in some emails .he asked to fill one form we were not able to understand what need to fill when we asked for help to him rather looking into our request he was checking wether form is in english or not . we hve travelled from so far that much help you guys can do to customer because why we spend time to understand the form when we are already very tired you guys could have helped us quickly it will take just 1 min of your time Note: at our check in time no other guest was der so no rush.

Our travel booking website reservation was cancelled by the hotel the night before checkin. Immediate response via phone resulted in the possibility to rebook a room in a fully occupied hotel with a 50% increased price. The excuse that was used was that the credit card was not valid, but the renewed booking with the same card was immediately accepted.
Hence Campanile used a way around to get higher value for their rooms in time of high demand in the weekend.

Clean modern room and bathroom with shower gel and hand gel provided. Clean towels but no wardrobe space only a small clothes rack with a few hangers. No desk but a small portable one on the bed side. The room on the first floor looked out onto the street and it was very noisy all day and night so it was not great if you are a light sleeper. Great breakfast option. Just 4 mins walk from main Mestre bus station and train station to Venice, Verona, Milan or Lake Garda. Airport was just 17 mins away and cost 10 euros on the ATVO bus or catch the local line 15 bus for 3 euros but takes 35 mins. There was a sandwich cafe next to the hotel and the food was great there. The Michael restaurant was also great to eat, next to it is an ramen noodle places that was has very tasty noodles soup with cakes and bubble tea next door. I much prefer eating in Mestre than in Venice.

Very much enjoyed our stay, the rooms were cool and very clean , bathroom modern and shower excellent. The breakfast was included but its 11 euros if not, everything you could think of for food and drink, cheese, croissants, hot food and fresh fruits. The staff were very helpful and we kept our bags in a room for 5 euros for two which was great as we had a late flight. They let us use the wifi despite the fact we had checked out and it was lovely to not feel hassled. Overall the stay was definitely enhanced by this hotel as it was such a cool comfy space to return to after a crazy hot busy visit to the city. We would be out all day, come back for showers and rest then out again to Venice as the trains were so easy to access from there. Thanks !

Brand new hotel on perfect location.

We love new and clean hotels and this is one for sure. Its walking 5 minutes to the train station, where you can buy tickets to Venice (S.Lucia) for 1.40€ pp. Everybody is very helpful.

Bathroom and bed are very nice and it’s a pleasure to come back here after a long trip Venice.

Claudia from the welcomedesk is helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is doing great!
