Having stayed 5 nights in the hotel in July and used for a base for exploring both Lecce and the wider Salento Peninsula, I'm happy to say that its a perfectly good hotel for that purpose.

The room we stayed in was very large and well appointed, though both the room and the public spaces were a little tired/in need or a freshening up.

We spent some time at the pool which was pretty large, with plenty of sunbeds and tables/chairs to relax at. The pool bar was pretty good, with sheltered tables and a great selection of meals prepared by the main kitchen.

We didn't eat at the restaurant, but breakfast each day was pretty decent - even though somewhat restricted by COVID-19 protocols.

The reception staff were professional and efficient, the pool manger and breakfast staff were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful.

Overall a great value hotel and a very pleasant stay.

No idea where the 4 Stars come from, it's more like a youth hostel. Very clean but this is it.
It is a good 20minutes walk from the old city.
Rooms and bathrooms are very basic. Shower is for children only.
The staff including reception speaks very little if any English. TV channels in the room are only italian. Newspapers in the lobby only italian.
Breakfast is very basic, staff rather unfriendly and even impolite. Dirty dishes are not touched as long as guest are at the table no matter how high they pile up.
No idea where the rooms on the website are located, none of our group had anything like it or closely resembling it.
Very noisy as it is located across from the bus terminal. A lot of concrete.

Experience not pleasant at all.
The structure is very dated, moreover it lacks a good air conditioning system both in the lobby and in the room. The room had only one window plus no mosquito net so we were sweating all night as the air did not work and you could not open the windows (we submitted the problem to reception, but clearly they could not do anything). The bathroom with silicone gaskets of a pitch black color however old. Not to mention the cleanliness of the pool, very dirty on the edges and also very frequented by pigeons that keep you company while in the water.
The only positive note of this overnight stay was the breakfast room, there the air conditioning works...

A large conference type hotel 10 mins walk to old town. Slightly dated and so flaws that make this a 3 star hotel. Perfectly fine and comfortable enough. Good continental breakfast. Staff were pleasant (pool bar attendant particularly so) but obviously having to deal with many visitors. Lovely to use the pool on a hot summer afternoon to refresh and relax. Bedroom was huge and quite modern but some flaws: no bath plug to have a bath, chipped tiles in bathroom, no shower screen, tv too far from bed with no English tv, and poor sound insulation due to interconnection room and door.

I would stay here again if I got the same good rate that I got on this visit - otherwise would look to stay in the centre and experience the ambience.

I stayed at this hotel and paid a superior room € 120 per night, but by the standards of the room and services offered by this hotel I would say it is totally inferior.
For the type of Hotel and services received I believe that if I had paid € 50 euros it would have been an almost honest price.
The very old room, was devoid of a walk-in shower, and there was a huge tub moreover non-slip and not cleaned with some degreaser, I think dated at least over 30 years ago.
Hotel staff non-existent, breakfast in the morning there is no kind of welcome starting from good morning sir what would you like a coffee, a cappuccino? Just a coffee vending machine that you have to wear like a military man or a school cafeteria.
In summary run away from this hotel!

Hotel was purpose built business hotel. Nothing fantastic but nothing to complain about. Breakfast offered a good selectionwhich is unsual for Italian hotels. Easy walk to the tourist "Old Town" so it served our purpose and the rates were acceptable

I don't even know where to start.
Very weak, there is nothing good to value.
Hotel in need of extensive renovation.
Breakfast was very poor, not to mention the breakfast room, which was cold and uncomfortable.
It's the middle of May and the outdoor space and swimming pool are closed.
Old-fashioned room, bed with very soft mattress, windows do not isolate either light or outside sound, water with low pressure, rotten wood, dirt on the AC vents (as are the internal ducts, they have probably never been cleaned).
Very old elevator, lots of noise, uneven elevator entrance.
Parking full of holes.
Summary, they claim to be a 4-star hotel, they charge the tourist rate of a 4-star hotel (€4 per day per person) when in reality it doesn't even deserve to have 1 star.
In need of urgent deep renovation.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Its location just inside Lecce coming from Brindisi makes it an excellent hub. The service is perfect and Recommendation to everyone, and the breakfasts are the best ever tasted and very rich. Ad hoc rooms as well as meeting rooms. That's good.

The rooms assigned to us were hostel-level to say the least, air conditioning not working, bathroom with rust in the tub, shower head that not even the shower on the beach has, and a general sense of carelessness. Instead of resting, we got stressed. Ah Be careful not to bring your water bottle to the breakfast table, they are very touchy.

This hotel has never been renovated or properly maintained! We arrived 18 of June in the middle of heat wave heating the whole area! The air conditioning in the whole hotel was not working since a couple of days !!! They were trying to repair . When we check in they did not say a word . We got in the room and it was hell! . The A/C was on full power but warm air was coming out. We called the reception and then they informed us of the reality but there was nothing they could do and they did not know when it will be functioning again since as they admitted it’s been a couple of days the A/C is out of order! The manager is obnoxious just stating that he is sorry but there is nothing he can do… The point is the hotel is a scam! Only one plug in the room ! Fridge doesn’t work. The plug of the main light is broken and the manager is just sorry. So simply stay away because even if everything was in order the hotel atmosphere is decadent and the hotel is totally unattended !
