Detailed Reviews
I cannot praise Mantatelure enough - absolutely loved this place and after three nights I would have stayed longer. The service and information provided before and during our stay from Chiara and Francesca was excellent and very personal. The Mantatelure is very well located with great access and parking nearby. The place is super stylish and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Visiting in Corona-times, they have made very effort to make you feel safe with a great breakfast served at your table. I would love to come back to Mantatelure - it is a true gem.

Really a study in absolute perfection. Everything is so well done, from the entry and public rooms, a lobby that is pastry shop and also a bar is run by a delightful and helpful manager. A garden area is an oasis from the near by craziness of the old town center. Hard to find but worth the effort.

This small boutique hotel oozes style and has the ambiance of a spa. This converted town house is elegant with friendly staff. Our junior suite had a high domed ceiling and was incredibly spacious with its own mezzanine level.

This amazing boutique hotel is located in the old city about 5-10 minutes walk from the main attractions. And you have to park outside the old city at the street 3 minutes away from the hotel.
The hotel is beautifully designed, staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast is excellent. (The price of the 180 per night should not mislead you)

Three of our four nights were spent in an apartment (7) we loved the space and decor. We felt like it was the best mix of old and new. High ceilings, beautiful tiled floors. Excellent amenities and access to a small balcony. Loved the breakfast at Mantatelurè! The scrambled eggs and bacon the best I’ve had anywhere! The biscuits and cakes made fresh by the lovely lady who makes the eggs. She has an enviable talent. Location a short walk to the main attractions. Parking nearby at minimal charge (paid street parking from 9 am to 2 pm only). I would pay a little extra for the apartment. We stayed one night in a Junior suite and the toilet was accessed through the shower recess. I felt the space upstairs was not very useable. Aside from this the property was lovely. I would stay again.

+1
Lovely hotel, very quiet in room 4, excellent breakfast, nice places to sit outside in courtyard, main negative is parking and luggage drop off. Hotel is located on a one-way street in old city center with no room to pull over and drop off luggage. There is a school nearby with parents dropping off kids so traffic is heavy in front of the hotel. Parking is half mile away on the street so nothing can be left in the car and you have to go out to the street one or two times a day, pay for parking tickets. Leaving at the end of the trip is also challenging getting Luggage back in the car and departing on this busy street with cars honking at you. I’d you can handles these challenges then hotel is wonderful and nice location to visit old Lecce.

I cannot say enough good things about the Mantatelure. The property is a small, thoughtfully remodeled, boutique hotel in the old town. We had a completely quiet apartment sized unit with a full kitchen and living room. The staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. Breakfasts included homemade pastries that were a delight. I would gladly return for a multi-night stay to visit the wonderful town of Lecce, a highlight of our visit.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was fabulous. Just bear in mind, it’s up steep stairs which was not a problem for us. The hotel was wonderful and I cannot fault it in any way. Breakfasts were delicious and particularly the homemade cakes. The staff (two ladies - sorry I cannot remember your names) were so professional, friendly and accommodating. I recommend sitting in the beautiful garden with an Aperol Spritz at the end of a full day sightseeing - peaceful and relaxing and no other guests about! We 100% want to return here if we ever travel to beautiful Lecce again. Thank you Mantatelure for getting things so right!

My wife and I have visited Lecce three times over the past 7 years and have stayed at this place all three visits. I think we realized the reason we love Lecce so much is because of this hotel. Always Amazing service and such a wonderful property down to Evey detail. Francesca helped us with everything including going out of her way to help us with our Italian. Marco the owner must really practice great customer service with everyone he hires. Marta who helped us on our first visit also did a great job. Breakfast on the patio is the best we have had in Italy. Great location. When you leave you really feel like you have friends in Lecce. I think they convinced us to move there.

Dear Milica,
the most beautiful beach is in Porto Cesareo and it takes 40/50 minutes by car. Also on the Adriatic side there are other beautiful beaches at the same distance from Mantatelurè.
Best regards
