Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It seems this hotel is starting up activitities after a long COVID break.
The place itself is great, a beautiful building with splendor inside.
But the staff is hardly speaking English, but friendly.
The bar is not properly stocked; no limoncello, no Aperol spritz, no gin tonic etc.
The outside pool is not available (outside temperature 26 degrees)
The inside pool can only be used after paying €15 p.h.p.p.
The breakfast is OK; the restaurant offers fine food and a small selection of wines.
The hotel has no signage at all on the outside; you could experience more pride.
On your way - which is not that easy- you will not find any signage either.
Lots to do!

Room as in the picture, right in size.
Bathroom needs maintenance shower cubicle.
Present hairdryer and slippers. We found a stained cloth but immediately replaced at our request.
Relaxing common areas, suggestive panorama visible from the windows overlooking the greenery of the place. Good breakfast, varied and pasticciotti typical Lecce top. The spa has Turkish bath, sauna, large pool and upgradeable emotional shower. Herbal tea and relaxation area beautiful. The unsmiling spa staff, the reception staff little informed about the costs of the spalin said one price and at the reception they knew another) this detects little communication between the two managements, noisy room cleaning staff (at 7am they were talking on the phone behind the room doors). I would still recommend the stay.

Excellent modern hotel, we stayed for 2 nights in October 2023...
Excellent spa, relaxing spa pool, courteous and polite spa staff
I don't give 5 stars due to a "mistake"
They wanted to charge us for a dinner in the hotel even though we had never had dinner in the hotel, there was our room number but my signature was not on the order (which must always be present if you dine in the place and charge it in the room), It can happen but you have to pay close attention to these things.

We booked this place with the intention of spending a relaxing Xmas. Our suspicions were raised when advised at the railway station that it was not within town maps; confirmed as the taxi too to the dual carriageway out of town and deposited us at an industrial estate.
The 'hotel' had no dining facilities other than breakfast (7-10) and dinner (7-10) including a wine list of 5 bottles of red of which only 3 were available. To improve access to food and drink the nearest taxi was said to be a 40 Euro return trip.
We stayed the first of 5 booked nights but the room was of a really poor standard (no bedside lights/ tables only an overhead heatlamp....) and not at all what might reasonably be expected.
We both rejected the served evening meal which was inedible and checked out the following morning.
Do Not stay in this place, unless it seriously improves and you then, only then, wan to beat yourself up. Absolute hell and such a shame for the workers in this place.

Arrived in Lecce hotel to hot rooms, no in room internet, cots in rooms? closed pool and location in middle of no where. Very Late to try to organize a dinner in Lecce (on a Friday night)
Hotel food service was disapponting . Limited menu, poor service, unpleasant atmosphere (in a large banquet hall)
This hotel was a big disappointment. Too far from the city as we were booked in for three nights as part of a tour package.
Hotel tried to tell us that rooms do have wifi internet. Previous reviews on social media say that this hotel has spotty/no Wi-Fi in rooms. Appears to be on going issue. Given it is classed as a conference centre I don't know why they didn't have suitable internet. Throughout our other 3 weeks in Italy it was never a problem.
Guests should be informed prior to stay that outdoor pool closes Sept 1st. Would have definitely spent last afternoon at pool if we could. Instead, looked at a green pool through the window.
Generally grounds looked a bit overgrown and under managed. Surrounding area around hotel and roads leading into hotel were dirty and unkept.

I'm sorry to write such a review for a 4 star hotel but the spa service was really disappointing. The staff is courteous but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. There was only one towel provided compared to the usual bathrobe when you go to a spa. Dirt in the changing rooms, especially in the shower cubicles. It seemed absurd to me that a disposable shower kit (shampoo shower gel) was not provided. Sauna and Turkish bath normal. Cold water and ambient air. Dirt also in the pool area. I hope this review helps to improve the service to reach the 4 stars which at the moment is not worth it.

It was a great experience staying at this hotel.
For what occasion? The search for a place able to welcome our whole family on the occasion of mom's 90th birthday.
The structure is very large and well furnished, the large rooms with comfortable beds.
We spent pleasant moments in the large common areas and to finish off intoneto a beautiful table where we could celebrate mom.
The friendly and caring staff but an extra compliment should be made to Dino who shared with our large family the cutting of the cake also participating emotionally in our happiness and making us feel in the "good living room" of home and not in a hotel.
One Recommendation I can give concerns the lighting of the first floor glass and corten corridor beautiful aesthetically but a little dark in the evening hours.

Upon arrival we were told that the room would be delivered to us at 3pm, after the long journey I asked if we could have it earlier, we were told that check-in is at 3pm and not before. The sunbeds at the pool are paid, alternatively there is the grassy lawn, to be honest in a 4 star hotel it seems embarrassing to charge for the sunbeds, however this is my opinion. The pool opens at 10.30am (late), check out (leave the room) is 10.30am, we wanted to use the pool for about an hour before leaving but were told we would have to pay to use it, disconcerted by the response and the manner, we preferred to take our bags and leave.
Being of Apulian origins, I defend and love this region, but when faced with certain situations I feel a feeling of shame and embarrassment.
All in all the structure is nice, it has ample parking, very well-kept comfortable rooms, a swimming pool for adults and children, but unfortunately all this is not enough, there is a lack of courtesy and attention towards the guest.

I had a terrible experience at this 4-star hotel. The service was dreadful, and the rooms were infested with mosquitoes to the point where sleep was impossible. Despite informing the reception, they offered no solution or compensation, not even a drink. On top of that, we were forced to pay city taxes after enduring two uncomfortable nights. I'm extremely frustrated with their lack of response or management. I will never return to this hotel, and I strongly advise avoiding it. The breakfast was also disappointing, far from the standard of a 4-star hotel: just water and juice with croissants.

Although at first glance the hotel seems nice and full of services, as soon as you have a first approach everything changes; bare rooms, small, minimalist, full of mosquitoes, small shower, poor breakfast. But the most serious thing is that there was a problem with breakfast that should have been gluten-free: we asked for specific gluten-free products for a person with celiac disease, and among them there were packaged cookies (unfortunately the outer packaging was completely transparent).
A few hours after eating them, the person allergic to gluten feels terrible.
So we ask for the photo of the gluten-free cookies they provide, and there was actually no photo of the cookies given at breakfast. We ask, therefore, for more information, and after hours and hours of waiting, we are told that the box of that type of cookie had been thrown away days before and that the package given that morning was the last. Random? I don't know.
Benefit of the doubt? I don't even think I'm giving it.

Neither are open! And even if they open the spa for you there is construction going on there and its not relaxing at all! Also they expect you to pay extra for this horrible service. Do not recommend to spend your money on this!
