Palazzo Sant’ Anna is nested in the historical center of Lecce. It is a discrete traditional white stone tuffo building which hosts rooms and suits renovated with taste and detail to give a modern while historical spirited atmosphere. To make a long story short, likely a Palazzo at its best. Part of the Palazzo was still being renovated and will soon offer additional suits to the place organised around a interior court. We stayed for two nights with our two children on the second floor. In the Palazzo you take your shoes off as soon as you walk through the door and hosts walk around barefoot or in slippers on the sleek white polished stone floor. The staff is incredibly helpful & kind and will assist you with anything you would need during your stay: finding a place to eat, every day advice and recommendations on what to visit. Breakfast is made of a rich selection of cold Italian meats, homemade quiches, cereals, eggs, homemade pies and fruit. Quite an amazing buffet which will allow you to skip lunch. The Palazzo is only a stroll away from the Duomo and the Santa Croce church. It’s also close to all the main sites to see in Lecce.

Our stay was amazing at Palazzo sant Anna. The decoration of the hotel is breathtaking, the staff is extreme friendly and the food is so delicious.
During our stay Beatrice, Alfonso, Alessandra and Sarah exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. A very warm welcome and an extremely nice free upgrade to the presendential suite. Which has 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a patio and private rooftop terrace. This made our experience complete and want us to come back for sure! Also the hotel and room are super clean!
The staff suggested many nice beaches and restaurants to stay, they are so helpful. We really appreciate this! The location of the hotel is perfect, you can just walk in the old town and many nice restaurants are located nearby.
The hotel is now under construction (this does not cause any disturbance at all) and will have more suites and a spa in the future, we cannot wait to see the result and enjoy this amazing place again!!

Wow! This has to be one of the best hotels that we have stayed in the world! The convent/palazzo has been tastefully renovated to provide unique, spacious, luxury accommodation within the walls of old Lecce The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast spread has to be one of the best we have ever tasted in the whole of Italy! Such a choice of freshly baked sweet and savoury pastries & cakes, along with fresh fruit, bread, etc. If all of the above was not great enough, the staff (especially Matteo & Silvia) were amazing and cannot be praised too highly! Really friendly, welcoming and helpful. We hope we can come back to Lecce and Palazzo Sant'Anna sometime.

Our first time in Lecce and very first time at a B&B property, and we nailed it. Staying in this boutique palazzo feels like living in a Lecce jewel - the design, the style, the heavenly hospitality! We loved everything about the experience from the welcome and on-point advice about Lecce, to the stunning, decadent breakfast feast of local products. I can’t even begin to share the experience of staying at Palazzo Sant Anna Lecce! The location is on one edge of Old Town near the market. You enter through an unassuming door; but then it’s like opening a present…behold the wonders of the hotel! The rooms are beautifully adorned and each of the rooms have a name, all with different interiors. Learned about the history of the structure as it dates back to feudalism times. In all my travels and engaging with various staff, the individuals who are employed by this establishment by far are some of the most hospitable staff I have ever met. Their willingness to check in with you each time you see them and their offers to always assist surpassed my wildest dreams! The breakfast area and service exceeds the typical European breakfast. There are a large variety of options including made to order eggs. I never left hungry after breakfast! The hotel hosted an evening reception during my 5 day stay…it was lovely under lights on one of their 3 terraces. A spa will be opening soon…will have to come back to enjoy this. Thank you, Deanna/Alfonso/Mateo/Francesca, for making my staff incredible! I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Lecce.

A fantastic 4 night stay. We were greeted at the train station by the owner and taken to the hotel in a TriVespa. Our room was spectacular with a large bedroom, big and modern bathroom, lovely sitting room with a cabinet kitchenette and a private balcony and outdoor shower. The room had a great blend of old stone walls with all modern appointments. The breakfast every morning was homemade and delicious with a variety local pastries, fruits, vegetables and egg’s prepared how ever you preferred. The staff was extremely helpful in arranging reservations, transportation and drinks to our room. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels but this place ranked in the top 10 because of the service, gorgeous accommodations and ambiance. We definitely will be staying here next time we visit Lecce.

Delightful, comfortable , stylish place with unbelievably helpful staff and every imaginable amenity. Our room had private terraces, SMEG coffee machine, lovely rose-scented soap etc., a record player and vinyl records and everything else that one could possibly want. Whilst hidden away and quiet, the location is excellent.

there's a parking lot about a 5-10 min walk from the palazzo for 5 euro per day that allows you unrestricted entry and exit. Beatriz will show you where it is.
