Detailed Reviews
The room was a good size and included a refrigerator and tea making facilities. The good sized ensuite was well appointed with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 and had an excellent variety of food.

+1
Stayed two nights as part of an Exodus group tour ( from U.K. ) to the Puglia region .
Negatives - very small double room ( closely resembled a university dorm room ) Safe not working & when advised staff said couldn’t be replaced or repaired . Tea / coffee sachets in room but never supplied with milk & staff said hadn’t got any . Paper cups to use for black (!) tea /coffee which promptly leaked as soon as hot water put in them ( several other guests mentioned the same ) Corridors are extremely dark ( recessed lighting )
Positives - convenient to walk into town ( about 15-20 mins )
Close to a couple of mini supermarkets
Breakfast OK ( standard continental)
Has a nice roof terrace that is not mentioned & worth sitting on with a glass of wine from the bar .
Shower small but ample supply of hot water .
Staff very friendly

We stayed here while on a small group tour. We loved Lecce and Skei enjoy our 2 nights at this hotel. It’s an easy walk to the old town and we had a decent sized room which was very dark at night👍
We enjoyed our own drinks on the rooftop terrace and the kind staff provided us with glasses.

We booked two rooms for 1 night in this property in the middle of August about 80€ per night (breakfast included) this property is located about ten minutes from the historic center on foot and parking is free around it. The rooms are ok (a little aging) but for one night nothing to say. The buffet breakfast is very good.

Minimal room. Zero cleaning. As noted, the fridge water tasted disgusting. TV with unmanageable volume. Even the greeting from the cleaning ladies is a sign of friendliness, saying hello and not hearing an answer is not pleasant. Maybe it doesn't count for the purposes of the evaluation but it is certainly remembered as a negative aspect. I wouldn't go back. To be improved...

Reasonable and convenient tour stop accommodations. Nice desk staff - polite and efficient. Continental breakfast was good with nice choice pastries, cold cuts, yogurt, egg, and a nice selection of fresh fruit. Cappuccino was very tasty and served table side. Hallways are dark and overly scented with room freshener. Room was a bit tired decor-wise but the bed was comfortable. I couldn’t really give more stars because the bathroom was kind of ick. It didn’t seem clean - especially the shower and there weren’t enough towels. It looks like it needs an update. Area around hotel is a bit downtrodden but it was a short walk to the city center.

Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to write a review, your advice is very important for us to improve our service and we take it seriously into account. The hotel was built in 2008 after a design competition involving architects from Milan Polidesign and we work every day to keep it up to date. I am sorry that you did not ask for more towels or extra cleaning at the reception as we are open 24/h. We do hope to welcome you in the near future to test our suggestion for more authentic experiences in our place. Best regards,

We were allocated two rooms on the second floor.
Cheap furniture and now ruined fortunately the mattress was comfortable.
We reported the dust allergy but unfortunately, both air conditioner filters and curtains we did not spend a pleasant night.
Signposted but justified “blaming” the road works (pavement of the roadway in front) only that with closed window and blind corridor it seemed really not credible.
Essential bathroom with very poor cleaning: toilet and toilet covers stained by who knows what, we proceeded to remove stains with sanitizing wipes in our possession.
Very good breakfast.
Room and corridor really dimly lit.
We will not return

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days, necessary to visit Lecce. The hotel is brand new, clean rooms, breakfast with a very good sweet and savory buffet. The receptionists are very kind. We also particularly appreciated the private garage at 10 euros per day (since we always walked from the hotel to go to the centre.)
In short, everything was perfect.

Pension well located to visit Lecce (10 min walk).
Comfortable and nicely decorated. Good bedding.
Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Claudia at the front desk is francophone.
The big plus: parking in the basement bookable for 10 € per day.
Cons: a small refreshment of the paintings of the bathroom and shower joints (room 208) is to be expected. A little yellowed by the use still passes but black mold it is not acceptable

Nice property with friendly and efficient staff. Great breakfast. A special mention for the very kind receptionist, who prepared me a great Lecce coffee to apologize for a - however minimal - delay in the availability of the room.

Two-prongs will work if they are of the small diameter; our large diameter pronged plugs will not fir. Ideal is a three-prong adapter.
