No lift. Management below average. Parking 400 m away. Central, view from restaurant terrace lovely. Often noisy, also late. Restaurant average, overrun at weekends by cheap day tourists. Not convincing, I am afraid.
Our trip to Lazise was fantastic, but the Classique made it the cherry on top! I highly recommend, especially if you want to get a taste of what first-class Hospitality should be like! Receptionist from Poland did everything she possibly can to make your stay special. She recommended us places to see and also helped to book a table in Classique Restaurant. Where food was spectacular. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is included and was abundant with hot and continental offerings.
Location could not be better. We had the Junior suite with an outstanding view of the lake and the promenade. The hotel is older, but that gives it a special atmosphere. Breakfast on the terrace was the final touch to our experience.
I have a very pleasant room looking out on the restaurant patio and on the lake. There was a welcome fridge in my room which I used for chilling prosecco. The staff were very busy, but still pleasant. It is a delight to wander round the town after dinner. I had some of the best ice cream in my life there. I strongly recommend this hotel with its atmosphere and heritage.
We visited for one night for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful stay. Parking was a little difficult to find (around the corner) but staff gave us a small map and the key code and it was easy to find. Reception was informal, whoever was available to help us at the time did so. We booked into the top floor suite and were stunned! Huge room, lake front views, beautiful wooden furniture, large comfortable bed, crisp linen, separate shower room and toilet but a bath in the room with views of the lake! Off another door was a small room leading to a 360` light house type room, 2 chairs and a small table, perfect to sit in whilst drinking a glass of wine, watching the sun set. Dinner in the restaurant was something special, we had reserved a table overlooking the prom and harbour, staff were attentive and helpful. Food was delicious, plentiful and desserts were home made. Buffet breakfast the next morning was good, fresh coffee was tasty and the staff friendly! …
