We were welcomed by Mrs. Carlotta who, in addition to helping us carry our luggage, offered us a snack of piadina, various drinks and coffee. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious, in the evening we were well advised to have dinner in an excellent restaurant in the city center which is just two km away The breakfast is rich, varied and super abundant, a specialty. We spent 3 nights here and had a great time, Mrs Carlotta and her husband, Mr Mario, were very kind and super hospitable. Already the welcome was super with an excellent snack, the unforgettable breakfasts, everything was delicious and plentiful, Mrs. Carlotta packed everything leftover in a travel basket that she could take with her. The location of the b&b is strategic, in a quiet area, just outside the centre, which can also be reached on foot with a half-hour walk. We even had the opportunity to park our car in the courtyard for all three days, but in any case there is no shortage of parking in the immediate vicinity and it is free. The recommendations on restaurants for dinner were also excellent. Impeccable cleanliness and very comfortable beds. We will certainly never forget it, we will definitely recommend it to our friends and sooner or later we will go back again.

We stayed one night at Villa Carlotta in the spotless attic, spacious and with a really comfortable bed. The owners are very kind and do everything to satisfy your needs and provide information for visiting the city. We arrived by car and with 2 bicycles, which were placed indoors inside the wooden house for the night. The next day breakfast was definitely superb and amazed us with its quality and quantity!!

The owners, Carlotta and Mario, are two kind and helpful people, who welcome you warmly, without ever being intrusive. They offer spacious, clean rooms equipped with every comfort. The strong point, in any case, is the breakfast: plentiful, varied and, above all, prepared at home by the expert hands of Mrs. Carlotta. I would definitely go back!

Fantastic B&B! The owners were very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh food also prepared on arrival! The property was easy to get to via bus and a circa 25 minute walk from the train station. Would highly recommend!

Super kind hosts, they welcomed me with extreme kindness and with a snack (typical piadina). They were super helpful. Abundant and very good breakfast. I was nicely accompanied by one of the two hosts to my destination and they helped me move around the city. I will definitely come back.

Nice B&B, room in an apartment shared with the owners but with personal bathroom, everything perfectly tidy and clean, nothing was missing. Excellent welcome, despite our arrival before the check-in time. Owners very kind and available in advising/suggesting itineraries and more. Loved to stay here, hosts were super-friendly and hospitable, went the extra-mile for everything! Free parking space to begin with, little tidbits to eat for a great welcome. Free water for the night and day. They even made a reservation at a nice Osteria for us AND gave us free bicycles for the next day - and we only stayed one night! Breakfast is exceptional - like nowhere else.The only thing you should avoid is the upper appartment if you have trouble climbing very steep stairs.

We stayed two nights. We were greeted by Mrs. Carla with a warm welcome. The stay was very pleasant, large rooms, comfortable bed and daily cleaning including changing towels. A note of merit is the 10/10 breakfast. We highly recommend it.

Found this B&B by chance and it was a success, Carlotta and Mario, two exceptional hosts, excellent cleanliness and delicious breakfasts carefully prepared by Mrs Carlotta who prepared everything you had leftover for you to take away, a wonderful experience which I recommend and obviously if we happen again in those parts it will be worth repeating, highly recommended
