We stayed at this hotel for one night and the place is nice but very basic. The staff is really courteous and affable. The rooms are quite clean although a little more could be done. The big problem is the practically absent soundproofing. Adding a few more cushions to give the customer more choice wouldn't be a bad thing. Small hotel with small but clean and tidy rooms in the center of the town. The strong point is the friendliness, kindness and attention of the staff of the small but welcoming hotel. Very attentive to detail and with a varied and abundant breakfast. Highly recommended

I recently stayed at the Nuovo Hotel Giardini with my husband and two friends. I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel location as well as with Bra itself -- great little town and a perfect "home base" for day trips around the Piemonte region.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms, however, are very basic. No frills, but clean. The breakfast too was basic, but the friendliness of the staff made for an enjoyable start to the day as we chatted with them about local towns/things to see. (Our group speaks Italian...not sure how the staff's English is.)
My complaint with the hotel is the lack of soundproofing. The long corridor of rooms has a wood floor, and all the doors are wood. Every coming and going could easily be heard. The cleaning staff also starts quite early (7am) and so there was no hope of sleeping in a bit. Perhaps this is done on purpose -- check-out is early (10am) and maybe they want to get everyone going.
I'd recommend this hotel for a weekend trip with friends, where you're not looking for anything posh or romantic. Just a clean bed and a really good price.

We stayed just one night, booked practically the day before, room of the right size, clean, with everything you need in the bathroom, central location, the only flaw that does not depend on the structure, is that we caught a wend from rave here of music and casino until 6 am.... but it fits. In the morning we were greeted in the breakfast room by the Owner as if we were family at the uncles' house, full breakfast and all the really sociable and kind staff, we left really happy. THANK YOU very much to those who do this work with passion and love that makes living a great experience to those who use it.

Structure in the center of the town with a large public car park, pleasant room with optimal temperature given the period. good cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom (sore but not important point. light switch on the shadow side of the door), good breakfast, very professional staff and very nice owner, more than satisfied for my needs at the moment, I would highly recommend it.

Room was very comfortable, quiet with a good breakfast. The owners are warm and friendly!

My wife and I stayed in Bra while apartment hunting for a year long stay in the Piedmont Region of Northern Italy where she will get her masters degree at University of Gastronomic Sciences in nearby Polenzo. After a hellish travel day we arrived to Albergo Giardini to the warm welcoming Sergio! This man went out of his way to make us welcome in Bra, providing all sorts of great advice, conversation and laughter to our stay. The hotel itself is simple and basic, but the staff make it excellent. Coupled with the great location to all the town has to offer, we'd recommend this hotel over any other in town.

We booked into this place quite late in the evening and they were friendly, well-priced and helpful. They recommended a great restaurant for dinner and he gave us his own internet code for access.
The rooms aren't luxurious and ours smelt like cigerettes but it was clean and a good size.
We told the owners we werent having breakfast but on the sunday morning we walked around for an hour, couldn't find anything and after we returned they unpacked breakfast and served it to us! Great service but basic.
